Fantastic maintenance! The maintenance process for our needs was excellent, from Jason in the front office to Mike who performed the maintenance. These individuals are outstanding representatives of your company. This is why your facility receives high ratings.

here are just a few. I can't believe you think these are luxury apartments! Toilet clogged on Good Friday. I put in a work order but no one was around to fix it so I spent all day getting it unclogged. It was listed as fixed on Sunday even though maintenance didn’t show up until Monday, the next work day. Had a stink bug infiltration. I even captured them in a plastic container and physically reported this to the office . Nothing was done until I filled out a maintenance request. I was never told to fill one out. Barking dogs, inside AND outside the building. Thankfully the inside dog moved away. The elevator broke down twice within a year, the second time with me on it. It took eight fireman and two fire trucks to get me out. I haven’t been on an elevator since. You can clearly hear the plumbing of my next door neighbor, as I am sure he can he mine also. Constant truck traffic through the parking lot. Multiple problems with the rent payment system. I was hit with a $128 monthly payment increase and given 9 days to sign a new yearly lease at the end of my first year. Before I moved in the first thing I did was ask Shannon(the previous realtor) what a normal monthly increase was, and she said $30/month. Then the building was sold. This is my 4th apartment in the last 16 years but the first where I was hit with a $128/month increase and then given 9 days to sign a lease. Now it’s another $50 increase for 2024. I spoke to realtors I’ve been in contact with and they said they never heard of an increase like that. $69 increase for 2025. My apt is above the exercise room and every time a weight is dropped the bang reverberates throughout my apt. I lifted weights for 40 years until my third shoulder operation and never dropped a weight in my life! I went down and asked them not to drop them, to lay them down, but obviously I was ignored. More than once the trash chutes were out of order Loss of hot water in the shower. Front entrance security door broke, took about a week to fix. Had to use alternate entrances. Loud music in the apartment below after 10pm more than a couple times. Occupants next door(same) burning food or cooking late at night with garlic. I had to leave my apartment this morning because I couldn’t breathe. I came back 1 ½ hours later and it still stinks. I had to open my windows in 45 degree weather. Inconsistent internet/cable service. I lost 3 days work in June 2024 because the internet was down.

So helpful & professional with my parents Debra & Jason were amazing through the whole process in helping my parents find their new home. Anytime I emailed or called, the response was quick & resolved the issue. Jason was so attentive & accommodating even through the holiday season. Thank you so much for everything! I cannot wait for them to move in.

I can't recommend this property more highly. I thoroughly enjoyed living there - the managers are friendly and thoughtful. The cleaning staff does an excellent job, and are very friendly, as well as the maintenance staff. The apartments are clean, and comfortable, and the building is very conveniently located between Washington and Canonsburg, and right off of 79. Great place to live!

I recently moved out (to purchase a home) but called the Residences my home for 4 years. Property Management is very nice and quick respond if there is a need. The building also has various tenant appreciation activities that gave it a sense of community. I wish I could have participated more but work often conflicted. However I highly recommend those who can participate to do so as it is a great way to meet neighbors. My neighbors changed through the years but fortunately the building was quiet and secure. I loved the proximity to I-79 and Rt 19. Sam’s Club/Walmart was just down the road and made it easy to go shopping or grab a bit to eat at one of the many restaurants.

This place is awesome!!! Great Management and Staff. They were very responsive with any questions/concerns. The location could not be better.

I lived here for 5 months and never had any complaints! By far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in, and so close to everything!!! Such a great place!

We've been in residence for nearly a month and EVERYTHING has been handled beautifully. Management is super responsive and stays in excellent communication with us. Our Apartment was Move-in ready when they said it would be. The facility is always in tip-top shape (very clean & well maintained). Really convenient location -- shopping, dining, entertaining is all close by. This is a really nice place to live. Highly recommend.

I just .moved in the residence .The staff was so helpful. I'm 59 years old and this was all new to me first time renter I research and found this was the apartment for me I like feeling secure in your building and they supply that .it feels like home . It is very elegant from the time you walk in. The apartments are beautiful and have everything you need and if you want something just ask. This is for many age groups .Check it out. I have been living here for more than a year and a half. I have nothing negative to say about it! The apartments are well finished with very nice appliances and fixtures. The staff is very friendly. It is very convenient to have the shops and restaurants on the ground level. Also very close to the interstate! If you work in Southpointe, this is a place to consider!

We recently to the Residence @ The Street the place is always clean, the staff is friendly. Is a quiet place. this place you can call home, the apartments is beutiful. They have everything what you need. This places is the best desisicion ever for call home.

I moved into Residences at the Street when they first opened approx. 2 years ago and it was honestly the best decision I made. The staff is personable, the building is always clean and well decorated and any issues are solved within hours. I would suggest this community to anyone looking for a new place to live.

The apartment was professionally cleaned before we moved in, and is very spacious. The staff is available for questions and quick to respond, and they also receive packages and let you know when they arrive! I’ve barely heard a sound from our neighbors in the entire time we have lived here, and the whole building feels very safe. And lastly the location is great! Minutes from the highway, shopping and many restaurants!

I moved into the Residence when the building opened in January 2016. The location is ideal. You have access to retail shops, restaurants, and a coffe shop within the facility. It is located minutes from the Tanger outlets. Highway access to Interstate 79 is three minutes away. The Meadows Casino is in the back yard and there are restaurants from fast food to high end dining all situated with in minutes of my home. Three gas stations and mini markets are on Racetrack road. You are next to Route 19 also. And it is an area that continues to see new businesses coming into the neighborhood. The building is really quiet and clean. The staff does a great job of maintaining the facility. They are very accomodating and have always been available when I needed assistance. The Fitness Room and Office Area (with computers) are very nice ammenities, that I have taken advatage while living here.The landscaping is well kept and the parking lot is well maintained during the winter months. Even though I am not a pet owner the Residence is pet friendly complex and I enjoy meeting my neighbors and the furry members of their families. The Residence is my home and I am proud to be a member of the neighborhood.

I recently moved in here and so far it has been absolutely wonderful! Moving is always such a hassle, but they made it easy and exciting! This place has it all! They have a nice gym and amazing community rooms on each floor with pool tables and much more. What really excites me about this place is that there is a washer and dryer in each apartment and utilities plus amenities are included in rent! Every thing is convenient and it is located around great shopping areas and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating which also is such a nice touch! The apartments are all new and in great shape. This is such a great find!

This apartment complex is in the prime location. From close access to 79 and 19 to having shops, restaurants, and the casino all within walking distance, this is the place to live! The customer service here is amazing. They made moving in a fun and easy process! Service requests are always responded to in a timely manner and the staff is always friendly and welcoming, whether you live here or are a guest. Having all amenities included with rent is very convenient. We feel safe and comfortable living here and couldn’t ask for a better place to rent! The apartments are all updated, spacious, and quiet and there are community rooms, an exercise room, a fire pit, a grill, dog park, and much more for you to use at your leisure! Don’t let rent price scare you away, it is 100% worth it with all the amenities and outstanding customer service you’ll receive!

I would highly recommend The Residences @ the Streets!! Staff is so friendly and if you have any questions or concerns they are always there to help you. They also keep you notified if there are any issues and they also keep you update with upcoming events. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. I absolutely love it here.

The Residences @ the Street is a wonderful place. I relocated to PA almost two years ago and made my new home at the Residences. Along with apartment community providing me with many new friends, the management has been superb in making my transition more comfortable and enjoyable. They have always met me with a warm smile and Hello and are always ready to listen. The apartments are beautiful and the complex is kept clean and fresh. I would recommends this to anyone, whether a relocate or a PA lifer.

I would recommend the community if they are more settled and is on a fixed income. I wouldn't recommend if they need more social interaction...pool, activities etc.
