Kerrville is a small city in south-central Texas, positioned about 65 miles northwest of San Antonio and one hundred miles west of Austin. Property Ratings at Residences at the Landing
I have lived at this complex since they opened. Last month in July they sent out an email warning everyone that they would “no longer be taking late rent” and it would be “immediate evictions.” They did this with no real notice, no lease changes, and no signature of approval from anyone except for the management company, real big brain move from corporate. They had the audacity to claim this change was to help with “landscaping fees.” Do not apply here if you can afford someplace else, they will increase your rent by $150 every year while saying “we are just keeping up with everyone else’s increase” meanwhile being in the top 2 most expensive places in town. The price would be worth it if the balcony trimming wasn’t made of cardboard looking material and the utilities weren’t the basic cheapest ones you can get on the market. I loved the apartment, but managements greed ruins a good thing once again. Good luck out there.
The management here is awesome. if you like your property manager to actually hold the community accountable to the lease expectations you need to live here. Everyone is happy and that makes the renting experience very positive. I like the floor plans, the quietness and value for the rent paid. the units are just 2 years old and look very nice. You need to experience living here.
I wish I could give 0 stores. What a miserable expo we were lied to and they owe us thousands. We broke our lease in 17 days we were so mistreated. Good luck getting ahold of anyone that doesn’t lie there. We were told we would get our entire deposit back. We got half of the pet deposit back. Can’t get ahold of anyone that will do anything. It was such a terrible expo there. Everything on the inside of the apartment is cheap. You can hear everything and the paint chips off if you breath too hard on it. It was cheaply and quickly put together and it shows. Absolute 0 stars. I wish I could swear on this because I could really say what I want. I hope they go under
