Residences at Grayson Heights

Building is brand new and while there's some stuff they're ironing out, the amenities and location is incredible. The staff is friendly, willing to help, and always has a smile on their face. They're knowledgeable and quick to fix issues.

Move in went smooth, the staff were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I absolutely love my apartment and the little event they have here.

Overall, this is a great apartment community. The location is convenient, the grounds are well-kept, and the staff is friendly and responsive whenever maintenance issues come up. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that parking can sometimes be limited, and I wish there were a few more amenities. Other than that, it’s a comfortable and safe place to live!

Great!!! from start (initial tour) to the application process, move-in and beyond. Rachel and the other staff have been nothing short of stellar, going above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. The amenities are great and we are looking forward to our stay here!

I recently moved into Grayson Heights apartments, and I can't express enough how wonderful my experience has been, largely thanks to Rachel! From the moment I first inquired about the apartments, Rachel's personable nature shone through. She was welcoming and made me feel right at home even before I moved in. Her communication skills are top-notch; she always kept me informed throughout the entire process, promptly answering any questions I had and providing detailed information about the community and its amenities. Rachel's dedication to ensuring a smooth move-in experience was evident, and her friendly demeanor made every interaction enjoyable. I truly appreciate her willingness to go the extra mile to help me settle in and make the transition as seamless as possible. Rachel is a true gem, and her support has made all the difference in my new home!

I usually hate apartments but everyone that works at this Apartment Complex is very nice and make everything so easy. I cannot recommend this place more.

Since the very first day all staff has been very friendly and professional. They always answer the phone and are quick to help with maintenance!

During my first week living at Rayson Heights, My wife and I have been genuinely impressed and grateful for the experience. From the very first day, the welcome has been warm, professional, and full of positive energy. The Leasing Office team has gone above and beyond to ensure everything feels seamless — their high standards of service, attention to detail, and kindness make you feel right at home. The entire building is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and even the amenities smell amazing (yes, We noticed that!). Everything is so thoughtfully designed for comfort and style that it feels like a boutique hotel you never want to leave. We´re truly happy to call this place home. And hey, a special shoutout for the cookie package — because nothing says “welcome” like a sweet treat that disappears in 10 minutes. ???? Thank you!

Very good experience. I will be moving in soon. I recently started moving stuff, to my appartment, and I was welcomed warm heartedly. I like all the amenities, Residence on Grayson has. Plus its close to popular destinations.

Clean and Luxurious apartment with beautiful amenities! The rooms are so well designed and the bedroom designs are super spacious. So glad I signed a lease here

These apartments are amazing. The staff is great. The amenities are great and it’s peaceful around here. I’m not far from anything in San Antonio and the food life around here is amazing. You guys should come check this out if you’re looking for your next spot to stay at.

I’ve been living in this apartment for several weeks now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The unit is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and high-quality appliances. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly

They made the transition of moving easy. This area is very up and coming. You are only 7 minutes away from downtown. Love the staff, no question is too small for them. I can see myself living here for awhile.

The space is lovely. Very pleasing aesthetic. Nice, cozy pool area. The amenities are top notch. There is a Speakeasy and very nice office space. Secure garage access is a wonderful feature. And the staff - exceptional! Entire move-in experience exceeded my expectations!!

Grayson heights has a great atmosphere and community, the staff are so very welcoming and I love all of the amenities. I have had a great experience ! :)
