As one of the most architecturally diverse areas in San Antonio, the Near East Side has a rich history as one of the city’s oldest suburbs. The development of the area started in the late 1800s, and coincided with the construction of Fort Sam Houston, just to the north. The neighborhood is home to one of the more prominent architectural displays of San Antonio, Terrell Castle, a Romanesque-Revival residence turned event space.
With the Alamodome to the north and the AT&T Center to the south, there’s access to San Antonio’s sports and entertainment scene just miles away. The southern edge of the Near East Side runs along I-35, so commuting from this area is relatively easy.

We have been here for a month and got comfortable really quickly. Staff is amazing, they are all super nice. I'm glad Rachel took her time to get us the apartment we didn't know we needed. The maintenance team has been super nice, they also explain things and don't just show up and not say anything. It's a nice area that is quiet with some city noise that is really not over whelming. It's in a great location to walkable coffee shops, couple of spots to grab a beer, and eateries. If you find a Veo you can get to the pearl or downtown within minutes if you don't have a vehicle. Everything is close by without being very in your face. I truly recommend stopping by as they have plenty of floor plans to fit what works for you. On top of that it's not like regular apartments that all look the same, they have character.

Have only been here a few days but totally love it! A very refreshing change to my last place. Place looks very well taken care of, staff is attentive, and the layout of the apartment is my favorite! The location is great for me because it is right off the freeway and a short drive to work. However, it still feels like it is in a small neighborhood and is pretty quiet around it. Looking forward to the holidays here. :)

Building is brand new and while there's some stuff they're ironing out, the amenities and location is incredible. The staff is friendly, willing to help, and always has a smile on their face. They're knowledgeable and quick to fix issues.

Overall, this is a great apartment community. The location is convenient, the grounds are well-kept, and the staff is friendly and responsive whenever maintenance issues come up. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that parking can sometimes be limited, and I wish there were a few more amenities. Other than that, it’s a comfortable and safe place to live!

They made the transition of moving easy. This area is very up and coming. You are only 7 minutes away from downtown. Love the staff, no question is too small for them. I can see myself living here for awhile.

The space is lovely. Very pleasing aesthetic. Nice, cozy pool area. The amenities are top notch. There is a Speakeasy and very nice office space. Secure garage access is a wonderful feature. And the staff - exceptional! Entire move-in experience exceeded my expectations!!
