Loud noisy complex. Dog waste stations frequently are out of waste bags. Maintenance denied replacing my dishwasher filter as they said it wasn’t a service provided. Ridiculous. The dishwasher has been leaking from the time of move in. They’ve done band aid fixes which has not worked. Business office got rid of the rent drop box and didn’t give any notice. They actually closed it then told residents. Terrible service you should give at least 30 days notice. Then this last month they implied they were going to get rid of check payments soon. My lease ends at end of March and I’m out of here.
Love ?? my apt, rent is reasonable and the building is fairly quiet, clean no issues or complaints. Amenities are being upgraded and gates are finally fixed

Love this community, however I'm rating it not perfect because its been months with the front gate not working. I asked Ruby at front desk about it and she lied to my face saying the gates were working at night after working hours. I would also like to point out that she turned away from me and ignored me, or my other concerns. Very rude. About the gates: it's been 3 weeks since that and I've come in at 7:00pm, 9:00pm, and 11:00pm several days and its not working. The gated community is not really working and front desk representative lied to my face.

All the changes as a new resident has been quite difficult. I don’t feel like things are communicated clearly. The property is clean and well maintained. There are some neighbors that are quite loud, but that’s to be expected in an apartment complex. On a positive. We do NOT have a bug problem which I find common in Phoenix.

Residences with amazing. A great location to go downtown or Tempe, both are only 10 minutes away. Community is well lit at night which is great when walking my dog. Office staff are super helpful especially the SCM Audrey and maintenance completes my work order same day.

The front gates continue to be an issue, not only because they remain open with no sign of getting their upgrade, but because the exit gate track has been loose for months with no sign of fixing it. Every car that runs it over makes a loud rattling sound that every apartment in the front has to hear a million times a day and night. McDowell is a loud road which isn’t the apartments fault but something to keep in mind.

The community amenities are basically non existent. Gym hasn’t been 24 hours for at least a month not that it is much of a gym anyways. Told them about a parking situation and the car still continues to take two spots pretty much everyday. The features shown online are nicer than what’s actually in the apartments. They still haven’t fixed the lpcks for the common areas.

I really enjoy my unit the layout the amenities in my unit, the beautiful sunrise and view of Papago Park. No place is perfect there’s always room for improvement. I wish a camera would be installed to catch whoever keeps breaking the gates.

I still do not have full access to the community amenities nearly three months later. The interior door to the dog park sticks significantly and is extremely difficult to open. Additionally, I feel that my maintenance requests are not being properly addressed, as there has been little to no follow-up. Somebody is supposed to come tomorrow, but we’ll see.

I love living here, the office is very communicative and do their best to be accommodating for their renters. Having access to the pool, gym, and business center is great, and the option for additional storage available onsite is a game changer!

I love the apartment, i love the community, the only gripe i have is the carpet was not cleaned when i moved in. Previous tenant had to have had a dog because there is hair everywhere.

Great experience touring and the customer service was great. A lovely place all around and very nice unit. It was very quiet and clean, happy we chose here as our home.

Overall this place is great! Love the floor plan, high ceilings, laundry ROOM, location and more. Communication with staff can use improvement but nothing that can’t be fixed.

So far, this has been the best first 6 months I’ve ever had moving into a new apt. I really hope I continue to love it! I have great access to the interstate and airport and I love my layout and storage options.

This place has seriously deterioated over the past year. The garbage dumpsters over flow at least twice a week. This has led to residents leaving their trash outside their door waiting for the dumpsters to be emptied; dumpster divers & feral cats rummaging through trash. Absolutely insane considering we are getting charged a $7.50 monthly junk fee for trash. Maintenance does not fufill requests. A month ago, my unit had water leakage from the unit above. I still have a light that needs to be repaired & spots that need to be repainted. I was told it would be done after the incident, it hasn't happened. Management is unresponsive to issues nor desires to assist. Due to the upstairs unit leaking water onto my unit, I was just told I need to contact my insurance. My electricity bill increased $50 for the week that the fans were running, unit was not liveable for a week. I couldn't work from home, had to drive to the office. I was again told to refer to my insurance. Horrible

La comunidad es muy tranquila, siempre tienen buen mantenimiento en las instalaciones. Me encanta tener lavadora y secadora full size dentro de los apartamentos porque Ya no tengo que salir mas a las lavanderías locales. Los muchachos de mantenimiento hacen un buen trabajo, siempre que he hecho una petición para reparación han venido a hacerlo cuando es mi turno. La gente de aquí es muy limpia, nunca veras basura fuera del bote de basura. Tienen gimnasio 24 horas abierto y tienen mail room donde puedes tener segura tu paqueteria. El area de alberca es realmente nice, hay un hermoso mobiliario de patio y sus asadores siempre están limpios. El staff de la oficina es muy amable. I love to live here!!

I love the apartment, but getting things fixed takes forever, especially the gates, which seem to consistently have noise issues and break. Maintenance just needs work.

Great apartments in a great location. Close to everything: downtown, airport, Scottsdale, Tempe. Tons of essentials close by, too. One of the more affordable properties when considering dollar per square feet. Love living here!

Walked in was greeted by Sabrina she is wonderful and so is Adian. I took a view of the first floor apartment and the layout was nice. I like the sliding back door. Whenever I have questions they are quick and willing to answer.

Awesome commenities - usually pretty quiet. Most of the neighbors we've met have been cool, surprisingly there isn't a lot of dog poop which is great always

I love it here so far! Amenities are nice, I feel safe walking my dog, my apartment is perfect for me. Staff can be a little forgetful but overall pretty friendly and helpful

Love living here. Going on 2.5 years and still a great experience! Office staff is great, the complex and surrounding are kept clean, and the gates provide a safe environment.

Have really enjoyed the stay here so far. The location, along with the amenities are a giant plus, and the management team looks for ways to improve the apartment as well as constantly sends out updates regarding resident perks opportunities.

The location is a huge bonus! Complex is pretty well maintained could use some new paint and a spray down inside the hallways but overall it’s not too bad. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part and the leasing staff are pretty helpful.

Good luck getting in contact with anyone in the office. No one ever reply to calls or emails. The trash is still an issue where is it overflowing. The gates are often broken. I don’t know why they bother paying for security because they don’t do anything to stop random people coming in (especially when the gates are broken). Everything in the gym is outdated and broken half the time. They took half the pool furniture away (which is also outdated and in poor shape). The tour apartment has nicer features than the actual apartments you rent.
