Property Ratings at Residences at Forest Park
I am moving out, there are like 10 different things listed on my unit that aren't correct at all. No granite countertops, pantry, or walk-in closet. Make sure you tour YOUR apartment to confirm the features. Also, the basement is closed for reconstruction, so no gym or storage units available. Also, everything breaks constantly. At least one elevator is always broken. none of the AC units work and they will never fix them. Packages will be stolen if not retrieved within a few hours. Management does not care.
BY FAR, the best living in the Central West End. It's within walking distance to so many shops and I am even able to walk to work! This property is incredibly clean, well kept and I wouldn't live anywhere else in this area. Although pricier than most, it's definitely worth the money!
