The staff are super friendly. Mrs. Jay is like the mother of the community. She really looks after the residents and is always willing to help. The building is clean and neat. The community room is super cite as well. Also, every month we have community events and gift basket raffles that are amazing. It’s like community family here. I love my one bedroom loft. It’s spacious enough for me and my son. The neighborhood is quiet yet convenient. Marc train station is a 5 min walk and there is a coffee shop, sandwich shop and brewery across the street. Shopping is near by within 10 minutes. All in all, I love this community.

The community as a whole is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The tow truck service that patrols the garage could be nicer and more understanding when passes are in the vehicle. They seem to be money hungry.

I love it here great community!! Only down sides are the online additional payments ($62) that you make to your rent and a few of the amenities did not work but great place to live.

I love living here. The amenities are amazing, and all the community activities keep me busy. This is my third time renewing my lease and I have no plans on moving out!
So far, so good. I love that there was a loading dock area to move in my things. There are so many community events planned. It's easy to get around. It's quiet, which is fantastic.
Rotating food trucks onsite, great staff (got me setup in under 30minutes), several great amenities. Convenient indoor trash and recycle chutes. Would recommend.

Very happy except for a very noisy upstairs, neighbor! Wish people were more considerate in the trash room. Expecting the employees to take care of your boxes recycle and trash should not be permitted.

I have lived at the Residences at Annapolis Junction since early 2019. The building is kept clean and safe. The staff is exceptional, including all: the management office the maintenance staff and the cleaning crew. The apartments are conveniently located to all the major roads in the area making it easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend living here.

Best apartment complex I have ever stayed at! An d even better staff! I never had an issue here that wasn't immediately addressed by the staff.

Hands-down bets apartment complex I’ve ever lived in my adult life. I lived on the West Coast for about 10 years in San Diego area and coming back home to Maryland to this beautiful apartment complex with amount amenities, and the ever helpful staff. I am so blessed and lucky to be living in this apartment complex nothing but great things to say about here!

This is, hands down, the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Ms. J and the rest of the staff are super amazing and attentive to the residents. And the community events are always on point. Plus we get random food trucks stopping by every now and then and it is in a relatively convenient location.

The leasing office is impeccable with their kindness and customer service. Very pet friendly apartment. Love that the building is green certified, so my utility bill is lower than usual. Gorgeous property that's kept up well. Maintenance turnaround service is quick. Worth the price you pay for your rent $. Wish I had moved here sooner.

Responsive and friendly management. Maintenance is fast and effective. Great amenities. Walk to Metro station, can drive and park in parking garage in case of inclement weather. Three small cafe/restaurant across the street. Bus service available.

It’s a beautiful apartment with great finishes. However, needs improvement in the package system- it often gets lost or stolen, and having a train track right next to the apartment may not necessarily be a good thing- very loud at night.

It’s a beautiful community, the amenities are great, and the staff are amazing! Although there is some noise from the nearby train, the community is still quiet and we barely hear our neighbors. The private parking garage for residents is also a huge plus.

From the moment I moved in, the community has been welcoming and well-maintained. The apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable, offering all the amenities you could need. A huge shout-out to Jasimon and Christopher, who truly go above and beyond in ensuring that residents are taken care of. Jasimon is always friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive to any requests or questions I had. Leasing office is friendly and helpful. Whenever I have placed a maintenance ticket it has been addressed with 36 hours at most. The property has routine events and food trucks. Great quiet community.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating for most of our needs. The studio apartment layout is open enough to accommodate wheelchairs. I personally love the garden tub but it is not friendly to those who are unable walk. It would also be nice to have the flexibility to adjust the thermostat in the unit. Overall the my RAJ experience is pleasant.

Great place to live, but wish we had a concierge. The amenities close early, but the community is safe. The staff is nice. Definitely the best apartment community in this area!
