This is the third place I have lived in since moving to MD almost 10 years ago. And I will say that this is the best place I have lived in. For one, the place is very quiet. I cannot hear my neighbors, which was totally different than where I was before. You can tell management really cares about it's residents. And I really appreciate them enforcing the no-smoking policy, because not everyone wants to be around that. The amenities are great and the maintenance staff are very responsive. The only way I would move is if I buy a house or took a job outside the state. Highly recommend this community.

Definitely a good place to stay. Location is relatively secluded but 5 fo 15 minutes a way from a lot of shopping centers and other entertainment. Also its pretty much the halfwY point between Baltimore and DC. On top of that, the staff is super nice and always throwing fun events for the residents and the amenities are top notch.

The staff are all super friendly—our tour with Chris sealed the deal! They do an amazing job creating community events. We love the amenities here and how well the common areas are kept up. Super close to Laurel, Odenton and Columbia, so everything is within reach that you need. Also, the food truck game here is top notch!

The staff are super friendly. Mrs. Jay is like the mother of the community. She really looks after the residents and is always willing to help. The building is clean and neat. The community room is super cite as well. Also, every month we have community events and gift basket raffles that are amazing. It’s like community family here. I love my one bedroom loft. It’s spacious enough for me and my son. The neighborhood is quiet yet convenient. Marc train station is a 5 min walk and there is a coffee shop, sandwich shop and brewery across the street. Shopping is near by within 10 minutes. All in all, I love this community.

The community as a whole is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The tow truck service that patrols the garage could be nicer and more understanding when passes are in the vehicle. They seem to be money hungry.

So far, so good. I love that there was a loading dock area to move in my things. There are so many community events planned. It's easy to get around. It's quiet, which is fantastic.

Cozy, clean, peaceful apartment complex with great staff. The common area is maintained regularly. A great plus is a separate package area and amazon hub.

Very happy except for a very noisy upstairs, neighbor! Wish people were more considerate in the trash room. Expecting the employees to take care of your boxes recycle and trash should not be permitted.

Front office is professional, responsive, and great with facilitating a positive community experience through events and engagement. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Location is excellent! Love the enclosed garage and fob system. Also appreciate the apps used here. Glad I found this property.

I have lived at the Residences at Annapolis Junction since early 2019. The building is kept clean and safe. The staff is exceptional, including all: the management office the maintenance staff and the cleaning crew. The apartments are conveniently located to all the major roads in the area making it easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend living here.

Hands-down bets apartment complex I’ve ever lived in my adult life. I lived on the West Coast for about 10 years in San Diego area and coming back home to Maryland to this beautiful apartment complex with amount amenities, and the ever helpful staff. This is, hands down, the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Ms. J and the rest of the staff are super amazing and attentive to the residents. And the community events are always on point. Plus we get random food trucks stopping by every now and then and it is in a relatively convenient location.

The leasing office is impeccable with their kindness and customer service. Very pet friendly apartment. Love that the building is green certified, so my utility bill is lower than usual. Gorgeous property that's kept up well. Maintenance turnaround service is quick. Worth the price you pay for your rent $. Wish I had moved here sooner.
