Property Ratings at Reserves at 700
Coming in from out of town and Affordable Corporate Housing was able to get me in an apartment within days of contacting them! The staff was incredibly friendly and hard working, I didn't have to do anything but sign papers! Highly recommend reaching out to them if you need help!
The property is great. The rooms are very clean and a lot of space. Just what I was looking for.
My experience with the staff was top notch. Blanca the leasing agent went out of her way to get me the apartment I wanted. She took me Through the whole process step by step. The apartments are beautiful and have been kept up as well as the amenities like the pool and the gym. I am so glad I chose The Reserves at 700.
I was able to obtain an apartment there for my large family through email alone. They made sure that I had contact with them and even went as far as special arrangements to access the property on a busy weekend! never has getting an apartment of this quality been so convenient from a few states away... I would recommend this place to anyone venturing out to Big Spring!!!! The entire team are all STARS in my book ! :D
Between the amenities, the awesome maintenance staff, and the breath taking views, there is no better place to CALL HOME. The manager has been nothing short of helpful and super sweet.
