The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I moved here to attend graduate school school and this was my first apartment. I loved the apartment and have no complaints, the manager property had nice upkeep and was a very quiet neighborhood.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this amazing review. We are thrilled that you love our community! Our staff will definitely be happy to read what you wrote.
The Reserve of Jackson is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at by far. The management and staff were very kind and resourceful to help me with all of my needs. They are conscious covid which also made comfortable to be out and around the property as well. I recommend the Reserve to those who are looking for a great place to stay in Jackson, Ms!

This review made our day! We are so grateful for your kind words. Thanks for sharing your review with us and the community.
I’ve tried to be patient, but I’m at the point of extreme annoyance. When I first walked thru the apartment on moving day, it looked like they weren’t prepared for anyone to move in. Walls and ceilings dusty with spider webs. Air vents rusted and dirty. I’ve had spiders, small roaches, gnats, lizards, termites since day one. Bathtub rusted, fridge yellowing. They fixed some of those things, but the bugs and lizards don’t go away. And to think I was so excited to move here.

Dear Sharon, thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry your experience didn't match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance and we'll do better. Please feel free to reach out to Linda, at (601) 957-006 with any further comments, concern, or suggestions you wish to share. We would love to make things right if you give us another chance. Thank you.
I live at the Reserve Of Jackson and I just want to say it is a very nice place to live. Notices and e-mails are always put out for anything coming up and it is so clean and well kept. They had an inspection last week and notified me they would be coming to my apartment to make sure everything was ok and to see if I needed anything replaced. It's a good feeling to know that they care enough to keep up with things and to let you know what's going on. I feel that the people that work there are not just doing their job, but they care about the property as well as the people that live there. Thank you so much Reserve Of Jackson for a great place to live!

Thank you for this incredible five star review. We agree that this is a very nice community and work very hard to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our residents. We appreciate you choosing Reserve of Jackson!
The apartments are nice and spacious. They are bug free for the most part and that is amazing. The grounds are kept up pretty nicely. My only problem is one day the manager decided to stop giving residents the code to the gate and she switched to the key card. The residents were not notified she just did it. So when my family called the ambulance one night because of an emergency the EMT people were not able to get into the gate because they were not given the code to get inside. The courtesy officers did not come in to assist with opening the gate. I was told they had the code but were not allowed to give it out to residents. So I was left to ask a neighbor to run down and use her card which caused me to have to leave my child's side. I notified the manager and she said sorry. What was I supposed to do with a sorry? She claimed she did not even know the code herself. Other problem is in my opinion this new manager has way too many inspections. She tells us the day that her workers are coming to inspect the apartment. The problem is she does not watch the men and sometimes they come on days different than the ones assigned to them. Once I came out of my shower and a maintenance man was in my apartment unannounced. I was terrified. I am a female who lives alone with a small child. I want to know who is coming and going. They should come on the assigned days so I can know what to expect. The manager just said sorry about that like she always does. Other complaint is the manager does not watch her workers at all when they are doing work. I was not notified that they were going to be pressure washing nor was I told that they were going to climb onto my balcony and pressure wash. They pressure washed with bleach and destroyed all of my stuff on my balcony. I stay on the third floor so I was not expecting this. Again all the manager said was sorry. My property was destroyed. She does not care that people are renting and should be treated with respect. If she has a need she will step all over the residents. I understand that I do not own the property but I should be respected because I do pay rent.

We appreciate your feedback and hate to hear that you have had a negative experience. While we understand it may be an inconvenience, apartment inspections help us to be proactive in maintaining proper maintenance and addressing things before they become an issue. This helps us provide quality customer service to all of our residents while protecting the asset for our owners. Our team sends out an email at least 24 hours prior to entering giving our residents proper notice of the apartment inspection. If you are not receiving the emails, please contact the front office so that we can confirm your email address. Thank you.
Where do I start....... After a very bad experience with another complex, this apartment community was like a breath of fresh air. They have models available for their one and two bedroom apartments. The community is neat/clean/and well maintained. The office staff, Ms. Gwen, Ms. Linda, and Ms. Sophia are wonderful. The other reviews online were all 5 stars. I stopped and spoke to a resident, and she said she'd been living there for 2 years and absolutely loved the complex. The apartments even come with monitored alarms included in the rental price (and the rental price is very good for the area). Best of all, the apartment you move into looks as wonderful as the model :-). I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in this area to read the reviews and stop by. You will not be disappointed!
My one bedroom apartment at The Reserve of Jackson apartments is very nice. There's laminate flooring everywhere except the bedroom, which has carpet. The bedroom is very spacious, large enough for a king bed and dresser, and still have enough space to comfortably walk. The walk-in closet is also large. The bathroom is a nice size, considering its an apartment. The two times I've needed something fixed, the maintenance guys did it within 1 day of me reporting the problem to the office. There's also an alarm system that comes with the apartment, great plus! The area is very nice and quiet. For the most part, residents include young professionals and older people with families. Its in close proximity to just about everything (Walmart, Target, restaurants, Kroger, drugstores, etc.). Its an all around great apartment. My only con for the apartments is that you have to pay everything yourself, rent, water & trash (~$60), gas, and energy all seperately; and something is always wrong with the online site to pay rent.
Good clean environment, property is well maintained. Maintenance comes out fast, problems get fixed immediately. Staff is always friendly when you call.
The Reserve is a very safe and family orientated residence. My family and I feel safe.the apartments are spacious has a real home feel.the staff does everything that can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
