The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Reserve at Summit Crossing
The leasing staff is not resident friendly and rude, I had a torrid time during my stay. They don't respond to emails promptly, which leaves you with no option but to meet in person. If an issue occurs they conveniently lie, which leaves us in no man's land as there is nothing in writing..As far as property is concerned it is in a good location, but their pricing for the minimal amenities (there is no tennis court or basketball court or children play area) and additional costs are over the top. They always encourage new residents to opt for for $150 non-refundable fee. which is a rip off.
Property Manager at Reserve at Summit Crossing, Responded To This Review
Hello, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very disappointed to know you weren't completely satisfied with your experience here at Reserve at Summit Crossing. We try to give our residents the best experience possible and apologize if we fell short of your expectations. We appreciate your honest feedback and wish you all the best.
Yes, this apartment is a great location, has decent amenities, and has decent apartments. However, beware of what you will pay to receive these amenities if you do not look closely. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT select their non-refundable $150 "Deposit" Fee over their $500/$700 (whatever they have increased it to now) deposit. They neglect to tell you, their $150 fee will NOT go towards your ending deposit for any damages. With this $150 you are paying to guarantee that The Reserve at Summit Crossing will receive whatever amount they allot to damages if you do not pay. You are paying for them to have liability insurance on your account on top of paying for whatever damages you incur. If you choose these apartments, do whatever you can to pay the refundable deposit, that way you are not out $150 so that this business can cover losses that you end up paying. Just want everyone else to be aware of this, as we were told it went towards a deposit when we first moved in the apartment.
Very disappointing these days. Love the apt but moved into a damp feeling, musty smelling apt. They checked the air quality. 59. Still felt damp. Told me to turn my a/c way down which freezes me. I open blinds and windows daily to try to air out. Keep cleaned. Run the vents in bathrooms most days and over the stove. 2 other neighbors moved out and showed me pictures of MOLD on their walls!!!! I now just noticed mold beginning to grow inside my cabinets and on items in my closet!!!! I am addressing this with the mgrs currently waiting to hear back! Wish I had not moved in! ??
Beware, I have lived in the complex across the street. The employees are very nice at first but after some time, you become a number and no longer a priority.
The place is new, clean, and very safe. I am more than happy that I chose to live here.
I have lived here since July of 2016 and I love it! The amenities are top notch, especially the gym and pool. The management and entire staff team are always helpful and polite. This is a new complex so everything is super modern. It's also off exit 13, so lots of shop and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this community!
Everyone that works here makes the signing process very realistic and easy. The community is well managed and the amenities are superb. You definitely get what you pay for living here considering all that is included with rent and the great location. One thing that is nice is their coffee maker, the last place i lived told me it was okay to come get coffee in the office until i bought a coffee maker but after the third day they kept giving me really rude looks about it. The few maintenance issues that we have had so far were quickly responded to and handled properly. I' m really looking forward to the summer time when we can use the grill more and the pool area!
Love this apartment complex! The office staff is friendly and helpful. The people who live here are quiet but friendly. The wi-fi is strong and there are plenty of outlets though the whole apartment. The workout facility is one of the best I have seen and the pool is beautiful. Best of all, there is a real kitchen with huge cabinets.
We looked at a few new apartment complexes and chose this one based on the location and price. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but is also very convenient to the Collection and 400. We love the new appliances and modern finishings. The grounds and amenities are wonderful! The staff is very helpful and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The only negative is that they are not soundproofed very well, and we can hear the people above us all the time. Overall we have been very happy with our decision!
I have lived here since August 2016 and I love all this complex has to offer and the staff is the best. I really like the design outside and the inside has the modern look i really like.
This is a very beautiful and enjoyable place to live, simply the best around. Everything is the latest and greatest. The grounds are kept well and the amenities so nice. The saltwater pool is super nice as well as the gym. The location is fantastic and safe. Best of all the management is super helpful and professional!!! They really make you feel at home, the Manager is super sweet and welcoming! She is amazing at her job and gives quality service! I am happy to live here and highly recommend it!
