Lenox Park begins just steps away from the retail center that is Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza, but you’d be wrong if you think the high-rises and traffic of Buckhead make their way to this tranquil neighborhood.
Founded in 1931, Lenox Park stretches northwest from I-85 to just before Peachtree Rd., bounded by East Roxboro Rd. NE and Briarwood Rd. NE. Among its tree-lined streets and dense landscaping lies an incredible variety of homes. Newly renovated apartments share the streets with Craftsmen and ranch-style homes. The neighborhood’s namesake park and its charming pond is a popular spot for a jog or a picture session. If you’re lucky you might find one of Lenox Park’s old urn-and-column style markers — only a few have remained since the area’s inception.
Lenox Park is mainly a residential area, but it’s close to the two most popular shopping centers in Atlanta, and if you work in Buckhead it’s a prime spot for renting.

I'm still new, but so far management is very attentive, and thorough with updates about the community and any services being done on-site. Very clean and updated apartment complex with lots of trees and walkable paths in the area.
The apartment complex is in a perfect central location, with the highways nearby. The community is well maintained, gated, and feels safe. The leasing staff and maintenance are very friendly and attentive. The only con is in front of certain buildings, parking is more limited but you just have to park further away.
The Reserve staff have always taken great care of me! They are very responsive and accommodating. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and will be sad to leave!
I have lived at the Reserve at Lenox Park for two years now (I just renewed my lease). I continue to really enjoy living here. My apartment has a great view, the amenities are wonderful (especially the fitness center, Starbucks coffee machine, and pool). They have also been doing a lot of renovations in the last few months (repainting, etc.) so everything looks nice and new. I cannot say enough how awesome the property manager and staff (Ross and Madison), and maintenance team are, as well.
Service requests are responded to promptly, and the amenties like the package center and front gate work well. The community is also very quiet and peaceful.

Constantly trash in the hallways...24/7. Nothing gets done about it. No parking for residents as visitors take it all. Nothing new. Same old story.

There is a loud AC machine outside our bedroom window. The sound of upstairs tenant footsteps is also disturbing. The appliances and indoor design is fine. The mail system is great. The gym is fine.

Maintenance is really responsive, and management here is really kind and respectful. Relatively quiet other than the occasional crazy car engine but it’s Atlanta. The facilities are kept up pretty well, and the location here is handy.

It's been great. The maintenance and leasing office staff are great. This is a great location to live in the city of Atlanta and the apartments are excellent, peaceful homely. The amenities are amazing. I've never lived at an apartment with car wash, valet thrash pickup and a lot more

I love living at The Reserve at Lenox Park. It is a great community, and the leasing office and maintenance team are very courteous, professional and go above and beyond. The amenities (especially the fitness center) are awesome, and I also like the complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine in the clubhouse. I highly recommend living here.

Love the apartment and the community. Maintenance is pretty on it when it comes to things and the leasing office people are nice as well. There is a park across the street that’s walkable and good to walk your dog as well

Love living here. Amazing price for the amount of space you have! No noisy neighbors, it’s a very calm and great place to live. Maintenance is always super fast and responsive!

it’s such a peaceful complex. I’ve lived here almost two years and never had any issues with here and I feel very safe. The leasing managers are great and so are the maintenance guys!

I have lived here about 7 years and it is a wonderful complex. Management is great, maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours, and I’ve had great experiences with my neighbors.

I never see my neighbors. It’s nice and quiet most of the time. Maintenance crew respond quickly to maintenance requests. The office staff are always friendly. A huge bonus for me is that the security gates have been working the entire time I’ve lived here

I've had a great time living here at the reserve at lenox and can't complain. Great location, friendly staff and all the amenities that I personally need. I also believe the rent is reasonable for the value you receive.

Overall, quite good. Windows could use replacing (I believe it's aluminum in them that tends to catch a lot of condensation which has to be cleaned to avoid mold). Appliances, particularly washer/dryer and dishwasher could use updating. And the parking space is atrocious--we're packed in like sardines, and it's a game of Operation every time we park. The staff are fantastic, the location is pretty good, and the space is decent, though the rent is, like so many places, quite high, and I will regardless look for somewhere cheaper, even if it has to be further away or less nice. The rent looks like a mortgage rate.

I've only been in the community for two months, but so far it's been a wonderful experience. The management is responsive and the apartment is great. Only issues are that the hot water doesn't always last long enough and the insulation isn't the best, but otherwise I really enjoy living here.

After almost 2 years I’m still so please with living here. Ross is the BEST property manager ever! The property is always well kept and Ross makes sure to keep us informed with anything going on.

Officially been here a year never had any problems. Front office is attentive and responsive. Maintenance is awesome . Always comes out on time . We have had issues with our fridge and dryer both replaced within days .

So far ,so good... My roommate and I just moved in over Christmas and our neighbors are fantastic; The Reserve Team has been amazing with getting us situated. The weather and timing has not worked in my favor, but I look forward to getting out in the neighborhood. The area looks very peaceful.

The Reserve has such a wonderful and practical residence. I really enjoy the privacy (i.e., gated community) as well as the intimate size of the apartment complex. It is easy to get to know who your neighbors are. The amenities are also wonderful. The gym and pool are private and reasonably sized with plenty of weights and a couple of machines. Finally, the staff is the most wonderful feature of all! Super friendly & gets things done!

Great experience. The staff is kind and helpful so no complaints. The community itself is in a nice neighborhood and not too loud at all. I feel safe and love the park across the street. Overall I've enjoyed my time living here.

I’ve been here about a month now and I love it. The price is affordable for the area. Also, the management here is great and they def will handle 99.9% of problems very quickly! As long as this place stays like this I’ll probably stay in this community for a while!
