The property is beautiful and the staff really makes you feel well taken care of. The property is well maintained and you are always a priority. I would definitely recommend this community.

My family lived there for years and I loved the pool. Everyone always wanted to come over to hang our at the pool and enjoy the views.

The views here are INCREDIBLE. Maintenance and office staff are very responsive. It is a very happy community all around!

Lived here from 2002-2006 and loved my entire time there! Would def recommend as the views are amazing and the staff responds quickly. We lived in both a townhome and a three bedroom and both were incredible. We loved the pool area and sometimes still go there with friends!

Nice quiet community that has awesome views of the lake and mountains. Friendly and accommodating staff, the ladies in the leasing office are awesome and the maintenance guys are on point. Pet friendly and a decent fitness center, what more can you ask for?

You wont find a more responsive and dedicated staff than here. I've lived here for over a decade because they take care of their tenants. Great location that has quick and easy access to downtown Chatt and the highway system and the amazing parks and outdoor activities Chattanooga has to offer.

We live here almost 20 year's.It was perfect for us. Lot's of room very convenient to shopping,walking trails,loved the huge Pool and great view.The office staff always helpful and maintenance crew great if we ever had a problem.Always felt very safe living here and great neighbors.Moved to a different city are we would still be there.Made lot's of friend's and great memories

The Reserve at Lakeshore is not only beautiful but is a community. The atmosphere is amazing, along with the views, the staff goes above and beyond and the apartment homes are beautiful. I am thankful for finding this hidden gem.

I have lived in apartments, houses, and condos for nearly 80 years, Kenna and her staff are the best of the best. Maintence was superb, when I would call with a problem, I could barely put the phone down before maintenance would show up and fix the problem. It is well located but, with easy access to all expressways, off the beaten path, so very private, with great views. We only planned to stay for a year or two while we looked for a house and loved the place so much, we stayed 15 years (I think it was 15, after all, I’m nearly 80).

It is one of the nicest apartment complexes that I have seen. They have many units that face the Chickamauga Lake. They also have amenities like tennis courts and a large swimming pool with key access, The landscaping is extremely well kept, in the spring and summer the flowers that outline the main entrance are always so beautiful and the foyers located around the complex are kept very clean. They have a maintenance man that lives on site that you can call and get an immediate response if by any rare chance you are having an issue with your unit. The office staff is very pleasant and its' prime location is close to the Hixson/Northgate area where there is a plethora of eating as well as shopping establishments available. You are also close to the local hospital and pharmacies. If you own a boat, you are right next to a marina, there is also a restaurant there that has a great brunch on the weekends. You can't go wrong by checking out The Reserve at Lakeshore.

I was in a big hurry to find a place in Chattanooga for work reasons and I am so pleased I came across the Reserve! The two leasing agents at the office (Jordan and Savanna) were super helpful and motivated throughout the leasing process and within a little over a week I had been approved and was able to move in! I have never had a better experience when looking for an apartment! The grounds keepers are always on the move maintaining the complex and ensuring it looks incredible. The view of the lake is amazing and I absolutely love my apartment and balcony. There’s plenty of parking and no fear of ever having to pay for it. If you’re the type of person that enjoys lake-life, but also all of the conveniences of a large city minus the racket (it’s a 15 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga from the complex), then look no further, you cannot beat this place!

From having questions to reserving to moving in . Was a very good experience everyone we talked to was very helpful, very friendly , made us feel right at home. The property is very well kept. Our apartment is just perfect for what we need. It has been well kept very clean . Anytime we have a question we are answered quickly.I love it here beautiful view of the lake. Our family visited they loved it and want to move here. Most of all they make you feel at home they are so friendly we haven’t met anyone that was not helpful and friendly.

The view from my back porch makes all the difference. Also, I love that I never have to fight for a parking spot like with other apartments I’ve stayed at — my car is just steps away from the front door. The management here has been super helpful & professional since day 1. Last but certainly not least, its usually pretty quiet and peaceful around here, which is awesome, especially if you work crazy hours or are a night owl like myself(and sleep a lot during the day). Overall I’m glad I found this place and would recommend it to anyone!

It is such a beautiful place. It has an amazing view. Close by to many restaurants gas stations grocery stores. Apartments are very well taken care of. Staff are wonderful

The Reserve at Lakeshore has been such a great place to live so far! The community is quiet and friendly, the view is AMAZING, and my dog loves being able to spend time outside of the HUGE balcony. The staff is also super friendly and helpful! My leasing agent, Savanna, was quick to answer all of my questions before I moved in and got a maintenance concern I had fixed immediately on the day I moved in! I highly recommend living here.

I moved from out of town and immediately felt at home. The community setting is incredible. The management is awesome along the maintenance crew! Never had a more on point complex that cares.

The Reserve at Lakeshore is a fantastic apartment complex. The floorplans are extremely spacious and the views being right on the lake are amazing. The layout of the entire property is the best I have seen. From the endless grassy areas for walking and playing with your pets, the terrific pool area, and the fact the buildings are not piled on top of each other which allows you to feel a sense of privacy which is rare in apartment complexes nowadays, it's just terrific! As great as the property is itself, you add the staff to that and you have a great place to call home. Amber in the office is amazing and always shows a great deal of care when dealing with her no matter if it's an issue or just saying hi, she just cares about the residents here. The maintenance staff is on the ball 100% too. No matter what your problem is or what time of day, those guys take care of the issue right then. This is a great place to call home and I cant thank the entire team here enough!

Lived here almost two years and loved it. Maintenance staff is always cleaning and updating. The grounds are kept meticulously and that makes for such a nice feeling walking in after work. The office staff has been a dream to work with and always helpful. We extended our lease and they walked us through it step by step. The manager Kenna is a delight to do business with! Her staff follow her lead in service and helpfulness! Would recommend this complex to anyone needing a place to call home.

There is a resident officer and super helpful maintenance staff. I live by myself and feel very safe. The office staff is super friendly and various parts of the complex are always being updated and improved! And of course you can't beat the views!

I am currently going through the application process for this property and it has been extremely smooth; undoubtedly the most painless process I have experienced in regards to rental agencies. Jozie, the agent I have been working with, was a huge help, patient with my numerous questions, and frankly, really warmed me up to this property. If the residence is anything like the service experience, it will be undoubtedly flawless and more than deserving of 5 stars!

I have been living at the Reserve at Lake Shore for almost two years now, and will soon sign for a third! I cannot imagine living anywhere else. When we first moved to Chattanooga we looked at dozens of places, but anywhere close to downtown was twice as much and twice as expensive. Then we found the Reserve and it was absolutely perfect. The views are breathtaking and the management here is remarkable. The staff is so kind, and whenever we have a problem maintenance doesn't skip a beat. I never thought it would be possible to have a "lake house" but that's exactly what our apartment feels like, and it's no where near as expensive as most of the places in Chattanooga.

Great place to live! The ladies in the office and the maintenance team are friendly and courteous. I've never had a problem getting things done quickly. Love the community and the other residents. Don't plan on moving out any time soon; why would I?

Awesome location. Lived here for 10 years...enough said. Management staff is fantastic...attentive to any issues that come up and easy to work with. The property manager, in particular, has gone out of her way to help when needed even on her own time. The pool area is top notch and they have a good workout room as well. Parking is never a problem...most of the time you park right in front of your apartment. I have never had a problem with noise from a neighboring apartment, they are well insulated.
