The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Reserve at Jefferson Crossing
I have never moved into an apartment with these many issues. Like they didn’t have to apartment cleaned, it was so many things broken, not working and some more. When you put in a request to have things repaired, it falls on deaf ears. And don’t let summer time come and your AC goes out. They not gonna repair it. Not even offer you a fan or anything. I knew something was fishy when I seen ac units in the windows. If I know then what I know now. I would have never and I mean never moved into these apartments.
First and foremost, the state of the property is unacceptable. On multiple occasions, I have encountered individuals engaging in suspicious and threatening behavior, including witnessing a person brandishing an assault rifle during nighttime hours. This alarming incident, compounded by the fact that none of the building lights or parking lot lights are functional, has left me feeling deeply unsettled and unsafe. Furthermore, the lack of maintenance and upkeep exacerbates the already dire situation. Basic amenities such as functioning laundry facilities, which are advertised as “free,” are consistently filthy and unsanitary. Maintenance requests go unaddressed, and the property is marred by trash accumulation, broken fencing, and neglected infrastructure. The alarming frequency of criminal activity, including a recent shooting incident, underscores the urgent need for improved security measures and proactive management. Despite the presence of an off-duty police officer, their limited visibility and ineffective patrols fail to deter criminal behavior or address critical safety concerns. Attempts to communicate these issues with the property management office have been met with utter disregard. Phone calls go unanswered, and when approached in person, staff members have displayed a lack of competence and accountability. It is evident that the current staff is ill-equipped to handle the demands of maintaining a safe and habitable living environment. The owners should consider prioritizing repairs, enhancing security measures, and implementing more stringent oversight of property management operations. The safety and well-being of residents should be paramount, and it is imperative that these concerns are addressed with the urgency and seriousness they warrant. I implore you to reconsider the efficacy of the current management team and explore alternatives that will ensure the proper stewardship of this property. It is clear that the current state of neglect reflects poorly on the owners’ commitment to maintaining a high standard of living for residents. These conditions not only jeopardizes the safety and satisfaction of current residents but also undermines the reputation and viability of the property in the long term.
The Reserve at Jefferson Crossing is an excellent community they do fun events for the kids and the staff are super nice
don't waste your time looking here. this place is about making money off of your deposit. they don't work with you like other apartment complexes does
