Republic Palms

I have lived here for a year and I just renewed my lease. Management is great and the maintenance are always fast and knowledgeable.

My brother and I have lived here for two years going on three and we have loved it here so far. The property management is great, and we have never had a problem with them! It is a great place to rent from.

I enjoy how Republic Palms is tucked away surrounded by trees around the apartments which is nice to take in as you go for a walk. It’s still close to the main strip which makes it convenient when you need grocery stores, gas and car washes. The manager and maintenance staff are responsive as well and take care of the property.

We’ve been living at Republic Palms for two years now, and we truly enjoy it. The pool is a highlight during the summer — always clean and a great spot to relax. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The management team is responsive and professional. It’s a quiet, well-maintained community with friendly neighbors. We’re happy to call Republic Palms home.

The amenities are great. This place is also pet friendly. There is a gym and pool and a good size dog park. Great location center of town.

Excellent and clean family areas as well as very professional and friendly staff. I would recommend living here to any of my friends and family!

There's not really anything to complain about. Management has always been easy to get a hold of and maintenance is done in a timely manner. Rent is decently affordable and it's in very close distance to stores and restaurants in the area. Absolutely recommend!

Renewing my lease. I have been herw a few years now. Very nice apartments. It has a pool very enjoyable. It has a play area for the little ones. I really enjoy it here. Good square feet apartments. The staff is friendly. Maintenance gets things take care of pretty quickly.

Very well taken care of community! Staff and maintenance are quick to respond and are friendly and attentive. The apartments are spacious, clean and affordable for such a safe area.

I’ve resided at this property for three years. The one bedroom apartments are spacious and very well designed. The grounds are well kept and the staff is lovely. I highly recommend Republic Palms!

Been here for about a year. Me and my little family have been enjoying being here. Office personal are always great about answering questions. Maintenance is always on top of a request. Nice little place to be with my little family.

Good location - easy to get to anything you'd need in town. The staff has been super this last year, helpful, and responsive. Little too easy to hear neighbors upstairs but not terrible by any means. The online portal is handy for paying rent and filing work orders when needed. Shared internet is a security risk - bring a good router. Rent going up by 7.5% while my fixed income is stagnant is unfortunate to say the least.

My husband and I have been here for about a year and currently raising our four month old as well and we love it here. they have a small dog park near the pool that we can take out dog too and have our daughter in a carrier to make it easy to take him out. the management and maintenance here are amazing and quick to respond. the people around here have been great and it feel like a good sense of community around here.

Been here for 4 years now, it’s been a nice place to live. Pretty quiet for the most part. Comes with good internet, speed tests are usually around 600-700 Mb/s.

I Just renewed again. I’ve been a Long term tenant here. They are Pet friendly, I have quiet neighbors, and they have quick maintenance response. The location is great. It’s Not too far from Springfield.

We love it here and so do our fur babies! Spacious apartments with large kitchen and a wonderful pool with a deep end so you can actually swim!

I have lived here for a handful of years and it has been a great place to live. Close to everything in town and reasonable pricing!

This will be my 4th year at Republic Palms apt. Their are 2 important things in an apartment complex. One is a good management and two is good maintenance. Both are here at Republic Palms. Their is a pool here, outdoor basket ball court, gym and a nice play area for small children.

I would recommend Republic Palms, it is a very nice apartment and I have had a great time living here. They do a lot of community events (pool party, Halloween decoration contest, etc.) and the staff is easy to get along with and very nice!

We've lived here for years now and absolutely love it! All the staff here are very kind and helpful. I reccomend these apartments to anyone looking, they're just that awesome! :)

I have only lived at Republic Palms for almost a year, but their speed in which they were able to get me into an apartment, that was not only exactly what I looking for in size, but also incredibly priced was next to none. The community is great, it's pet friendly and they take every precaution to make sure your pet is safe if they have to enter into your apartment for maintenance. From the front office staff, to the Maintenance team, everyone I have interacted with has been a class act. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.

In my time living at the Republic Palms I have had an overall good experience. The property is well maintained and fairly priced. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue it has been resolved quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place to reside. Amenities galore including free water, sewer, trash and HIGH SPEED INTERNET!!!!!!! On site fitness center and pool and a great staff to oversee everything. Lisette the complex manager is always very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for something centrally located in town close to everything you could need.

I have been living at the Palms for a year now and have enjoyed my time here. For the most part, my neighbors are quiet and friendly. Lisette and the other staff members have always been super kind. If there has been maintenance issues, the maintenance staff comes and fixes my problem in a timely fashion. The space I rent is nice and spacious for how many square feet it is.

I really enjoy renting at this apartment complex, the neighbors are all good people and I enjoy using the pool comes summer! They have a basketball court and the apartments are all really nice and comfortable/quiet.
