Very affordable rent and the staff here has been great and are always quick to help with any issues.

I have enjoyed my apartment very much. It's quite, center of town. town. The manager is great. She is friendly always smiling and always ready to help. I have signed my renewal once again. I like being close to the markets and resturants.I want Eli back! Eli always took care of my maintenence. The neighbors are good, I don't have issues.

The apartment at Republic Palms are spacious. The rent is reasonable. The property is managed professionally. The staff is very nice. The manager is great, she is always very helpful. The apartments are walking distance to Walmart and Aldi's. Good size pool and there is a dog park

This property is clean and quiet. The management and maintenance teams are very responsive. It is located close to lots of stores and restaurants. With rent being lower than most comparable properties in the area, it is a great value for the money. I love living here!

I have lived here for almost 5 years, off and on. The best thing about living here has to be management. Every time I would have an issue, it’s always resolved in a timely and kindly manner. The apartments themselves are average units, they do upkeep them and the old units have been renovated. They are cozy and it’s mostly families that live here because they offer 3 bedrooms as well. I would definitely recommend friends and family to live here.

This is the very best apartment complex in town! It has the friendliest and most accommodating staff! It's extremely quiet, pet friendly and kid friendly! I highly recommend it for families and young couples!!

Have lived here going on three years now. It's right of the main drag in Republic and 10-20 minutes into Springfield depending on where you go. Appliances could be updated. Maintenance always goes above and beyond even after hours.

I have lived here for 6 years now and I will always recommend it. I have had no problems with leasing office/managers. It is quiet and well kept up and rent is affordable. This is a great and safe place to live with walmart 3 minutes away.

One of the best apartments I've ever lived in. You can tell the company cares about the facilities and the units. You can get in touch whenever you need anything - even though they're incredibly busy! One of the only apartments I've ever elected to renew my lease at - truly a great place to live with a great location. Quiet neighborhood, I feel very safe here. Can 100% recommend.

Republic Palms is a nice apartment complex off the highway. It has a pool, large bedrooms, large closets, and private balcony. I have enjoyed living here. Maintenance and management are always quick to respond.

I have lived in republic palms since 2023. Staff has always been kind and courteous, the grounds well maintained, and the apartments are clean. Management is pro active about filter changes, smoke detector checks, fire extinguisher checks, and pest management. I would recommend any of my friends and family to apply to live here if they were to move to the area.

I've lived at Republic Palms for 8 years and, overall, really enjoy my apartment. The location is incredibly convenient—close to shopping, gas stations, and my doctor. The manager and maintenance staff have always been kind and responsive, which I truly appreciate. As a senior living on a fixed income, the yearly rent increases have been especially challenging. One tip for new residents: be sure to take note of your carpet’s condition when you move in, as replacements don’t seem to happen often.

We have lived at Republic Palms for five years now. We just had several fixtures updated and replaced which was really nice. I enjoy the quick response time from management, the well maintained landscaping, and the overall safety from the daily police patrols.

I've almost lived here for a year with my fiancée, young son and our dogs and we have no complaints. We enjoy using the pool, basketball court and letting the dogs run at the dog park. Our neighbors are friendly, respectful and the community is pretty quiet which is a nice surprise for how large the complex is. Any time we've had a maintenance issue, which has been seldom, they've resolved the problem promptly. They have definitely exceeded the expectations we had when we moved in.

I have lived here for 5 years! This is a great place to live! They have a new dog park and a nice pool area! They have a great staff they are always available to answer questions! They also have a great maintenance staff they are fast and friendly! They do a great job of taking care of the parking lot in the winter and the grass in the summer!

I really enjoy living at the Republic Palms, l've been there since 2019. It's a great location in town, close to the schools and many of the restaurants and shopping in Republic. I would recommend checking these apartments out if you're looking to move to Republic.

Lisette is such a great property manager, such a friendly person and answer any questions I may have. Would definitely recommend living here! Best park they just added a dog park for our pups!

I've been here for 1 year and just renewed for a 2nd. The community is friendly, the grounds are clean and the staff and constantly working to update and maintain the apartments. Repairs are made quickly and the online portal is easy to use.

I enjoy how Republic Palms is tucked away surrounded by trees around the apartments which is nice to take in as you go for a walk. It’s still close to the main strip which makes it convenient when you need grocery stores, gas and car washes. The manager and maintenance staff are responsive as well and take care of the property.

There's not really anything to complain about. Management has always been easy to get a hold of and maintenance is done in a timely manner. Rent is decently affordable and it's in very close distance to stores and restaurants in the area. Absolutely recommend!

Renewing my lease. I have been herw a few years now. Very nice apartments. It has a pool very enjoyable. It has a play area for the little ones. I really enjoy it here. Good square feet apartments. The staff is friendly. Maintenance gets things take care of pretty quickly.

Been here for about a year. Me and my little family have been enjoying being here. Office personal are always great about answering questions. Maintenance is always on top of a request. Nice little place to be with my little family.

Good location - easy to get to anything you'd need in town. The staff has been super this last year, helpful, and responsive. Little too easy to hear neighbors upstairs but not terrible by any means. The online portal is handy for paying rent and filing work orders when needed. Shared internet is a security risk - bring a good router. Rent going up by 7.5% while my fixed income is stagnant is unfortunate to say the least.

My husband and I have been here for about a year and currently raising our four month old as well and we love it here. they have a small dog park near the pool that we can take out dog too and have our daughter in a carrier to make it easy to take him out. the management and maintenance here are amazing and quick to respond. the people around here have been great and it feel like a good sense of community around here.

Been here for 4 years now, it’s been a nice place to live. Pretty quiet for the most part. Comes with good internet, speed tests are usually around 600-700 Mb/s.

I Just renewed again. I’ve been a Long term tenant here. They are Pet friendly, I have quiet neighbors, and they have quick maintenance response. The location is great. It’s Not too far from Springfield.

We love it here and so do our fur babies! Spacious apartments with large kitchen and a wonderful pool with a deep end so you can actually swim!

This will be my 4th year at Republic Palms apt. Their are 2 important things in an apartment complex. One is a good management and two is good maintenance. Both are here at Republic Palms. Their is a pool here, outdoor basket ball court, gym and a nice play area for small children.

I would recommend Republic Palms, it is a very nice apartment and I have had a great time living here. They do a lot of community events (pool party, Halloween decoration contest, etc.) and the staff is easy to get along with and very nice!

We've lived here for years now and absolutely love it! All the staff here are very kind and helpful. I reccomend these apartments to anyone looking, they're just that awesome! :)
