ReNue Downtown Apartments

So far so good. We have not had any issues . No roaches seen . Rooms are spacious . The front desk were wonderful and courteous . They explained everything and had a lot of patience. Love it

Apartments are good, staff is good, amenities are good, events are good, neighborhood is not so good due to the homeless but haven't had a problem with them so far.

Being a new resident at the community as been such a great experience. There staff is so friendly and always adjust to concern in a timely manner and also making sure that we are all safe in our community.

Been here 5 yrs already and we love it quite and calm and love that we are so close to downtown Phoenix ball park and basketball arena PHX job corp down the street to by the ball park

I have been living at Renue Downtown apartments for about 10 years and it has been a great experience. Everyone at the office are really friendly and helpful. When doing a maintenance order it always gets done right away.

I am on my third year of renting and have been very happy with the staff and maintenance here. My experience has been good and living close to downtown Phoenix has been very exciting. I look forward to my next year here.

I’ve been here for about 2 weeks now and I’ve had several issues. Leaky fridge, which just finally got fixed a couple days ago. A dishwasher that leaks water all over the floor. A tub that has pieces of coating peeling off with every shower I take. I was told there was nothing that could be done about that one. And now my A/C unit won’t work properly so who knows how long I have to deal with that before it gets fixed. But hey, as long as you guys get the full rent on time, I’ll keep living under these conditions.

It is a beautiful community and I already love it here it’s quiet and peaceful. I would refer all my family to live here cause how nice it is

So far the community is very quiet and peaceful. Haven't had any issues with any neighbors. Do need a few things fixed but overall good experience

I have experienced the helpfulness with the neighbors and office employees they are ok top of orders that we turn in and they have nice events that bring people together

Besides the pools being closed down for repairs throughout the year I've enjoyed my time here to the fullest. Neighbors are very friendly and the staff are both courteous and hardworking.

The weather is cooling off and everything is quiet. Renue has basically always been a great place to live. Nice staff, nice people and nice comfortable apartments.

Great place to live, nice amenities and easy parking. Staff responds quickly to maintenance requests and they are very helpful. The pool and hot tub are kept clean and beautiful.

I love the Renue Downtown Apts. It has become home to me. The staff are friendly and understanding. They are awesome at being really professional and yet are able to keep a family like atmosphere. They work with you with any issues and get things done in a timely manner. I feel at home here. Definitely come take a look and see what I mean when looking for your future home.

Great office staff and maintenance support. The grounds look beautiful and the pool is very nice. People are friendly and it’s nice that there is a pet area and that pet’s are allowed. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

Great place to stay. Quiet at night. Having a gated community makes it more safe also security at night is awesome. Gym, pool and snack machine too we love it!!

Amazing I love it here highly recommend , great pool not nosy, every problem we have with the apartment it gets fixed asap ! Vending machines at the pool !!!

Lived here for 4 years and enjoy the apartments and employees and convenience to downtown and freeways always clean and fast on response to any requests

I love the floor plan of my apartment, and the open floor concept. There is plenty of space in my unit. This is a gated community , which I love even more. I wish they could update the gym equipment and add more weights in the gym, as the gym is outdated. Staff are very quick to respond to emergencies . We recently had a fire , and everyone took immediate action to ensure everyone was safe . Management, and Maintenance immediately responded for repairs and worked diligently to getting the unit back into safe living conditions for the resident . This event brought our community closer to one another since the event took place . Any maintenance related issues I have had , maintenance responds quickly . Shout out to Greg who works very hard , who is passionate about what he does, does amazing at his job with keeping the property well maintained . The area isn’t the greatest however property management works hard to maintain it and she does an amazing job , keeping our environment safe for our families to live . They really do care about their residents!

Day by day, Month after Month, Season after season, life continues to be great. Cant complain……. Renue Downtown Apartments continues to shine!!!

Located very close to downtown - walking distance (makes sense during winter months only). Bus stop out on the street. The area is becoming better with th e city trying to take care of the homelessness problem, but the compound is kept locked and they do not get in. The complex itself is not that new so sometimes issues will appear, but management is very responsive to your needs.

Love how helpful the staff is from maintenance to office employees always on top and fast to get completed haven’t had a problem thanks to security there is less homeless sleeping in front entrance

Very happy with my move to Re Nue. So far so good. Greg, the Matience gentleman was quick to help. Danielle has been helpful from the application process through to the move in day. Looking forward to enjoy my retirement days here. It's walking distance from eateries, shopping,arts and entertainment.

I moved in right before the new changes to ownership and staff, and it took a bit for thing to get set up, but for the last 2 years I've enjoyed my stay. The staff are friendly and quick to help with any problems or work that needs to be done. If I have one problem though, it have to be the neighbor. There have been a lot more need for police to be called and it makes me feel a little unsafe riding/going outside the apartments.

I love living here at Renue! The office managers are so kind, patient & friendly! The clubhouse is super nice & comfy! The pool is super nice & always clean & maintenance comes pretty fast! Overall no complaints!

Very comfortable, very quiet neighbors, overall a great place to live. Just have been noticing lately that homeless camps are being set up across the street at the park and in front of the property in the lawn. Once inside the gates of the community it's a safe and quiet place to live

These apartments are no good. I wish I would have never moved here. I gonna gurry up and go look for me another apartment. study going up on the washers and dryers and late fees .its like money-hungry but not worrying about one health with all these drug users over here the drug smell is steadily coming into my and want to do nothing about it. To many drug smokers over here and homeless not a good place to move

Good area. Quiet. Nice leasing office staff. Not far from local restaurants, or downtown. Community is nice. Maintenance keeps property clean.

Maintenance and office staff have been super helpful. Love the grounds and community. It’s nice that parking is easy and also room for visitors to park.

Apartment complex is in a good spot for people who use freeways love to do things in downtown venues so many new things to discover I love the area

The community of apartments is well laid out. The grounds and pool are kept clean and look pretty. It is nice that the parking is easy to access. The apartment feels roomy and I enjoy the balcony.

Renue Downtown Apartments continue to be a nice place to live. The management and the staff make life here as simple as can be, no problems, no complaints. Come check it out yourself??

A nice place to live excellent workers and clean and good tenants always kept friendly and helpful to the community on top of any problems that arise and they are very happy to help me with my situation

Place is somewhat quiet (heavy footed upstairs neighbors and their dogs ). Maintenance is fast and friendly. Grounds always clean. Had my truck towed because parking always full at night/weekends and I'm not parking outside the grounds for it to be stolen or broken into. The office staff are ALWAYS nice and welcoming. There are other little things but we love it here would recommend.

If it wasn’t for the homeless population that likes to congregate in the park across from the complex it would be a 5. Love the office staff and maintenance though.
