We moved here a couple of days ago but we checked out the pool and fitness center. All the amenities are a huge plus and the fitness center was a main reason for moving here!

Appliances are very old and always breaking. We always have to call maintenance and even when we do call it takes hours to some days before anyone shows up even though it’s an urgent matter

The complex is very nice, but the pools are closed every week and maintenance has no urgency to fix issues. Overall, I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice affordable options

The pool has been closed more than it has been open. I have an issue with my dryer where it takes 4 cycles for the clothes to dry and it is a new dryer. When I asked for some additional service I have still been waiting months to hear back if a contractor would be coming out to assess the situation.

To start, I really enjoy the amenities offered and the apartment layout and features, but pretty much everything else leaves something to be desired. We were allowed twice to apply for apartments that were not actually available for our move-in date (despite your website and employees saying they were both actually available). We are now living in the third apartment we applied for. On our tour for this unit we were told cleaners would come through before we moved in, if they did they didn't clean anything. We had to vacuum sawdust out of every cabinet and the shower and both toilets are stained. Our unit is supposed to have a dishwasher but it has not worked since we moved in. We noted it on our damage form and upon turning said form in we were told by the employee in the leasing office that she would send a message to maintenance about it. It is now ten (10) days later and we have not heard a single thing from anyone and the dishwasher is still broken.

Services have gotten better over the years. But we have still run into snarky , rude employees in the office that do not display professionalism when dealing with tenants. Phone calls still go unanswered. When I do call and navigate the automated system, im re-directed back to the beginning. Even during open hours. If we call outside the office building and call, no answer, we can walk in seconds later and staff is literally doing nothing. We pay too much for employees lack of care , respect and professionalism

so far it has been a wonderful experience moving and living here! we have only been here for about a month but everyone in the office has been very helpful and maintenance has been great! we’ve already made use of the pool, gym, and pickleball courts!!

Good neighborhood and the amenities gym, pool, club house are decent. There is also a car wash area. The management and the service are great. The maintenance tickets are resolved pretty fast.

I like this apartments. Very nice stuff. Only on site show empty garage but they don't have. They have a waiting list for closed garages. They have both an indoor and an outdoor pool which I really like

The apartments are in good condition. Portions of the apartment were renovated before I arrived. People are very friendly. However, after reporting issues in the apartment, the turnaround time is very late.

Management has improved a lot but could still be better. Not quite where it used to be 5-6 years ago. They don't seem to take resident grievances seriously unless you ask to escalate to an upline and/or property manager.

I love the gym. We pay for pest control each month but I still have a lot of bugs in my apartment which may be due to living on the first floor. The pools are closed quite frequently

I like how fast maintenance requests get done. There is also a very large community of all different backgrounds. The ducks and geese had baby’s this year and it was so cool to watch them grow. They grow so fast.

For the most part it is alright the neighbors are generally quiet, the property is kept clean and maintained. Anytime we want to use the amenities they are usually over run by unsupervised children or the pool and hot tub are constantly closed.

Terrible communication with everyone. I've had maintenance requests in for over a week now and nobody has stopped by to fix anything. Broken lights outside, little to no urgency in anyone who works here.

Love being a short distance away from so many things! Never out of things to go do. My dog definitely loves that aspect too, as we have so many more options for taking a long walk together than we had before, and those options feel a lot safer.

This is a nice apartment complex. It is a bit on the pricier side, but you get a lot of amenities for what you pay for (if the pool works at the time). The property is well maintained, but the gym is not air conditioned or maintained at all.

It's not luxury apartments, but it's pretty good. Our only complaints: stuff seems to be broken a good amount, and the contractors for renovations seem to be bad. But the on-site maintenance staff is excellent and has been quick and helpful!

I stayed at [] for almost a year, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience overall. The rent was one of the lower options in the area, which was the main reason I moved in — but the trade-offs weren’t really worth it. The apartment itself felt outdated. There were maintenance issues from day one — leaky faucets, faulty outlets, and air condition . I submitted several work orders, but response times were slow, and sometimes things were only partially fixed. Noise was another big problem. The walls are thin, and I could constantly hear upstairs neighbors walking or kids running. There were also a few incidents of crime related late at night

The pool is always closed which was one of the main reasons I moved here. Situations that need to be addressed are not addressed by the staff.

So far it's been really welcoming. We just moved in Friday, and everyone seems very courteous. The move in process was simple, with the app I was able to navigate and easily update my address.

It's a great apartment, however a lot was broken and definitely never cleaned when we moved in. Also when calling the office I am told they will look into it and then they hang up and I never hear back from them.

Apt wise is been amazing I love this apt is the prefect size for my family. Neighbors wise dont recommend they have absolutely no respect for others and constantly throwing food and trash and leaving it in the hallways instead of picking it up after themselves.

Really excellent place to live. Lease office representative are polite and friendly. Rent is slightly higher but it's worth for the amenities provided.

The team here is great, they helped me move in even though I was 2 hours away. Also love the amazon locked boxes so I know my packages are getting stolen while i’m not home.

Thought we moved into an updated apartment. It wasn't, which is fine but our check list for damaged/ cracked things to give back to our apartment that first week of moving in was very, very long.
