Thought we moved into an updated apartment. It wasn't, which is fine but our check list for damaged/ cracked things to give back to our apartment that first week of moving in was very, very long.

While the rent was higher than I would have liked, I had a great unit in a good location. Maintenance stayed on top of things when needed. Only improvement would be easier communication with the office staff since the resident portal doesn’t give a phone number to call

Decent Apartment and amazing amenities. For the price I would like a balcony or patio but either way a good community. Amenities are, indoor pool, outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, multiple work out gyms, pool table, multiple outdoor grills, several dog parks. A nice place to live.

I love the community. I don't love that even though we go many times without the use of amenities we still pay a large fee. I feel like we pay Association fees. These are apartments not condos. Making an appointment to go to the office is stupid. New staff in office now. Old staff were rude and called people names.

I just moved in and so far my experience has been great. I worked with Tatum in the leasing office and she was very helpful and made the move in process easy. The community seems good so far and all the amenities are a nice bonus! I highly recommend ReNew Woodland Ranch!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Have had many issues with our apartment (non-renovated unit) but maintenance is pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, office staff is awful.

Renew made a lot of improvements, upgraded the carpet, painted all the buildings and carports, repaired the decks, upgraded the gym and the community building and made all the residents experience better.

Being a resident here has been a great experience. The place is well maintained. Immediate shopping places like super green market and sams club are walkable distance. The main shopping street, the 28th street is close by.

I’ve been a resident since 2018. I love the location and the community that I live in. I’m still adjusting to the new property owners and staff. I get it…. Change is not always going to be easy; however, too much change too fast can be confusing. It’s hard to call the office to ask a simple question and harder to find the answer on the website. If I do get staff on the phone, they sound like they have such an attitude of frustration and no patience to speak. When I go into the office, staff appears to be on their phones while it’s obvious the office phone is ringing.
The apartment community has always been peaceful, and quiet. I do wish there was more side-walks around the community for safer walking paths for residence. There is a huge lack of safe walking paths for residence that I’d love to see changed

Maintenance isn't good, rent is expensive, paint on doors are awful, parking is decent, when renewing lease for 2nd year rent went up. Should go down if renewing

My only issue is I moved in. Back in 2009 and clear snow only in the grass so my son who uses a walker can get out of out apartment. Property management when I first moved it had no issue for 8 years and did it. Then it stopped when the property was sold.

They did all kinds of cheap work to make it look nice on the outside of the buildings but there’s windows with broken frames and dislodged grids everywhere and the seals are so bad that the place isn’t able to keep a consistent temperature in any season. And I’m pretty sure my dishwasher is the first installation when this place was opened in the 90’s. The cabinets are ancient and falling apart. It needs updating inside more than anything

Overall good place to live for the price. Fairly quiet area and the interior of apartments is nice. Down side the office staff isn’t the most accommodating and the pool is almost always under maintenance.

Definitely has gotten better when calling the office. They answer now. Still having a pest problem but they’re working towards that. Still have a few things they can improve in.

Living here has been a nightmare, not worth the rent price . Go anywhere else but here. From high crime to busted apartments. The amenities are alright, the gym is always empty .

Nice place to live. They do a great job at snow removal and the gym is nice. The outdoor pool was closed all last summer, with no explanation of why.

I just moved in December 6th and my experience has been good thus far. I love my apartment and the location. When I needed maintenance done they came quickly and I received a courtesy call when the job was done.

I love all the amenities included!! Especially the gym and both indoor and outdoor pools. It’s generally quiet at my apartment which is nice as a student who is often studying!

The apartment itself is very roomy and nice for a renovated apartment. I also appreciate having a carport but there is nothing special that makes this complex stand out. The communication here could definitely be better from maintenance coming to complete requests to complex wide changes/updates. When we moved in June we were told the outdoor pool and the other gym would be open in a few weeks. It is now December and the pool wasn't open all summer and the other gym is still not available for use. Also, getting in touch with the leasing office over the phone/email isn't the best either. It is iffy if/when they will respond. Overall, average place to live. It's not the best but could bd worse.

I wish renters who pay hard earned money to live here would be able to get their maintenance requests and concerns taken more seriously. I spent too many months begging for my dryer and window to be fixed and more money was spent needlessly trying to fix it instead of immediately replacing the dryer as we all knew it needed to be. Shouldn’t take 6 months to fix an issue. 6 months we complained about our windows as well, even longer, and no one cared. More money gets spent trying to put bandaids on these maintenance issues.. majority of the maintenance crew that is currently employed and has been employed for sometime. Have zero knowledge on how to fix things. It is extremely frustrating that we are expected to follow rules and contracts , but we are here begging for solutions to issues.

Maintenance has been more professional and quicker since the change of management in September 2023. Wish they didn't increase rent a lot every time.

Easy application process and great space for the money. They are pet friendly and have good amenities for residents to use including 2 gyms, 2 pools, and a club house.
Apartment smells horrendous like someone smoked in it before us. Not very clean when we moved in and was unfinished with painting. Not up to date
Both toilets stopped working with different issues. Had to go four day using bucket to flush. Work order was not listed as high priority. Car was towed to paint parking lines. No notice given to residents. After calling police and panic it was found in front of another building. Thanks to having on star. No apology given. I was home nobody came and knocked on my door. Carports closed off for painting again No notice. I am handicap and can't use mine it's too far away. So got lucky as my car wasn't towed again.

Loving the community. The accessibility to different stores and locations has been great aswell. Walking around it has the family presence around with kids and people walking their dogs.
Great overall experience. Management cares and the layout of the apartment is great. Ants may be an issue; might have to test out their pest control. Maintenance is prompt, although things could be better.
