Love everything about the apartment and neighborhood. I DO NOT like surprise fees. Water bill should not be over $200 a month. I was told it would between $70 and $100 upon moving in and that was only true 1x.

Had my tires 2 front ones, vandalized. Thank GOD my insurance covered it. I have to get a security camera for my car, because there are no security cameras in the parking lot. Also my mailbox will not close , so it is left wide opened for anyone to take my mail. The Converse charge continues to get higher each month, with no explanation as to why.

I haven't been there long however the move was quick and easy. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the lasing office can sometimes give out false information so be sure to speak to manager to confirm things you may question

Could be way better, to many adults children who don’t know how to clean up after themselves. Just a parking lot full of trash and dumpsters always full.

I love everything about the community, my only issue is with the AI phone service. When I need maintenance after hours that phone service is a major inconvenience.

Miserable. Carpet still not fixed. One of the office agent is extremely rude. Plus no credit applied to my rent. I am owed $10.95 (2) for renters insurance that I proved to the office multiple times.

I have had a pretty poor experience. I did not have working heat for the first month of the winter. I have had issues with insects, faulty hvac system, lack of maintenance responsiveness and some safety concerns… In alll I would not recommend anyone else move here.

Apartment was clean when moving in. Dishwasher and door hardware were broken unfortunately. Staff is great though. I wasn't prepared for the noise level. I can definitely hear my neighbors talk clearly.

Grounds maintained much better than the apartments. The issues I have had in the 10 months I have been here are horrible and the maintenance response has been frustrating at best. Such a disappointment.

I have complained severally since the beginning of my lease to the maintenance dept and to the manager about a noise which comes from my neighbor's bathroom and up till now it has not been fixed. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. This noise continues to disturb my sleep and has a negative impact on my health and output at work.

Normally I have horrible things to say regarding this property from the leasing office staff to the maintenance team. However my most recent maintenance experience was wonderful! I’ve had to reach out to the maintenance team over 10 times for a heating issue which has never been fully addressed. I’ve been sick multiple times due to the heating issue. Church came out today and took the time to listen to my concerns instead of invalidating me & addressed my issue fully. This is huge for me as I now have a newborn in my home who cannot afford to be sick. He not only addressed my heating issue he replaced my microwave that I’ve been awaiting for over a month! I truly cannot say anything but great things about Church! As far as everyone else at the property do better

We pay our rent on time but every month we have an issue with receiving late notification. Through no fault of our own. Also, we have complained about a building noise situation with no resolve or contact. With the recent snow no side walks were cleared. Also, Since there was a change in maintenence workers everything has gone to the pits. The prices paid for rent do not balance out with these and other issues we are having.

So far so good I’ve only been here for a few days but I’m enjoying my place very much I have a 1 bed one bath it’s just enough space for one person

I'm glad I moved out as soon as I could. I was always having issues with either Insects or my floor being flooded because of rainy days. I also wasn't happy with the increase of rent while I was having this issue for the past 4 years. It took them 3 years to finally install a drain after so many late night complaints about the flooding. The property may look nice from the outside but the inside is still old w/ some units being remodeled.

Everyone at the leasing office was so nice. It was a smooth move in after they told me that there would be construction going on and they would have to move my unit. They claimed that other unit was nicer than the unit that I actually wanted and it l’ definitely was not.

We still happy living here. We just renewed. Only thing I still don’t like is how we don’t have 100% control over our thermostat. If I want to go turn my air on in winter I should be able to have that option. The trash situation got a lot better. Keep up the good work.

I am very disappointed in the way these apartments are serviced. The amenities are great and the grounds are well kept, but the actual apartment is not. Maintenance does not reply in a timely manner and when they do the job is either not done or done unprofessionally. I will not be renewing this lease

0 stars if I could! We experienced so many troubling issues with our leasing experience. Unresponsive staff, misinformation, switched unit less than 24 hours before move in, just to name a few. New unit they found was not in move in condition and yet we drove from NJ with 2 trucks! We did not sign the new lease as a result. Still waiting to be refunded our security deposit. I would NEVER recommend anyone to do business with such an unprofessional place. Please save yourself the headache and cross them off your list!

Started off very unprofessional, lack of communication, To the point My unit wasn’t ready on my move in date . After all of the complications I was offered a new unit for a way higher price than my set price so I wasn’t properly accommodating in that sense. But I do really like the unit I have now it has everything I want other than being on the ground unit and paying higher rent. I do actually feel more at home in my current unit. As long as you voice how you feel they will try to accommodate but not a guarantee 100% to the full expectation!

Overall we are enjoying our space after one week of living here. There were some maintenance concerns which are still pending. Apartment was also not properly cleaned before our move in. Staff have been friendly though and neighbors are kind.

I grew up right around the corner when I met my wife I moved to Belair and couldn’t stand most of the people there so we moved here and absolutely love it mostly quiet people seem nice office seems great so far 10/10

Denise has been amazing & the unit itself was clean upon move in. My experience so far has been good overall. The maintenance team members that I’ve met so far have been nice and professional. The only thing is the dishwasher was broken when moving in so hopefully that gets fixed soon.

Worst experience ever! Office staff don’t answer the phone or emails, rude and unprofessional. I have asked for some things to be addressed and nobody has responded to my emails or calls.
