Prompt Service was great. Maintenance inside cabinets a little messy ; repairing holes. Not replacing shelves to pantry was incomplete. The apartment is safe and livable.

Very familiar apartments, everything is close, good store, hospital, freeways and bus stop. Very friendly handimans, at the front office not to friendly but ok. In general they are cleand and some are very renew apartments.

Though the apartments look like a nice community where you should feel safe, I never have. I had people throwing stuff at my door and vandalizing my car. Nothing was done about it, I was pretty much told it was my problem so I had to deal with it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Apartments are very nice if you get one that is remodeled. Some Residents do not clean up after their dogs and they also let their dogs run loose. Which is very annoying. Staff is lovely and kind and are very helpful.

Community around is very good Security is fine Apartments ok, except because we have mauses inside and is upset. Over-priced the rent for new residents Staff, some of the workers are really good, good mood and super helpful some others very bad. So I scored them 7 of 10.

Overal living at casa Verde apartments was okay. Now that the apartments are renew2050 I am liking the new paint job and I am excited for the exercise room. The cons have been several rats in the apartment unit, no parking and loud neighbors.

It’s great community with great staff so helpful . Safe and quiet ,great management love about this location is so convenient and easy access to all the grocery stores freeway downtown. Great feature about this community is recreation room and gym on site . Laundry on site and many more .

So far I have liked my experience. My upstairs neighbors were extremely loud and constantly fighting, but they recently mov3d out. I'm excited for the new gym. I alsowished the pool was heated. There has been various rat infestation even though our apartment gets cleaned regularly. There also has been roaches but that has been declining so far. I like that the workers are always cleaning the are.
