The unit I’m in was fairly dirty I’m assuming cuz it’s one one of the older units but still the amount of dirt upon move in was absurd. Also the basketball court has no lighting and walls and windows are pretty thin but I still rock with it it’s a nice location close to all schools and many good places to eat.

Was moved into a unit infested with roaches and damaged equipment no matter how many reports are made there are still roaches and maintenance takes forever to come check on it. Absolutely not worth the amount of money being charged for rent

Fine property, had leaking and plumbing issues early on into my moving in however. Maintenance responds quite quickly and handles requests efficiently. Property staff workers are friendly and host many events. Pool area is very nice and is typically kept clean with the exception of the outside bathrooms being very dirty.

The unit I am in is not even renovated and it’s to many issues happening within the unit. The issues never get fixed, we have been here since move in day in August and still have no tv. It’s ridiculous!!!

The apartments here are not bad but are average for the price you pay.. they use cheap materials to renovate such as the bathtub paint peeling and the countertops in the kitchen. The show rooms that they display are nothing like the actual apartments that you get to live in. On the bright side, they have a lot of amenities such as the pool, the fitness center and the lounge. I just wish the lounge could stay open a little bit later so people could use the pool table but that’s no biggie. Regarding the staff, the employees at ReNew do not seem to value professionalism or a good customer service. Often times I feel like I am treated rudely at the Leasing Office when I express concerns. The staff doesn’t value their consumers who are the tenants. When I have issues, they do not take them seriously or handle them with urgency. It’s like I have to continuously reach out about the same thing just to get some help. It would be nicer if the staff at least pretend like they cared lol…

The property has gotten better since it was Seminole grand. By updating furniture, the appliances, security, and the front office staff is great.

Living here is annoying sometimes , but you gotta make the best of what the RENEW gives you. Apartments could be better , staff could be better ! Need updated appliances especially if your paying for the renovated apartments

The rent is cheap but the utilities they charge basically make it a lot more expensive. They back charge on a lot of things so beware of extra random charges almost every month. The community isn’t kept clean. The other residents are loud as well. If you have to you can stay here but definitely try looking somewhere else.

The security of the area is recognized. I wish there was a way to contact the city in order to have trash collected more often. There are many people who live here. I've noticed the various size trash cans that are placed around the area. Unfortunately it does not accommodate for the amount of trash that piles up. Glad there are some activities that are available for residents to get to know one another. The apartments are conveniently located to a few businesses in the area. Transportation to the schools are a plus although it would be nice to have Lively Technical College added. Would be nice to have maintenance better equipped. Overall for the price and location it's decent.

Since living here I am enjoying my stay, I love the community and its residents. I like to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and as everyone walk by they speak and are very friendly, and the pool is where everyone will be and it’s always a good time

I had a good experience and transfer of units once I wanted to downsize. Good amenities and staff that helps out if I need to. Roommate and apartment conditions can vary but can be good once you get a good one.

My experience so far was not bad. I’d say i wish the bathrooms were renovated better and the water would stay a little more warm. It tends to get cold very quickly. To add a little more the outside of the apartment should get cleaned and spayed because the spiders and bugs outside the door are horrible.

Moved in and apartment was dirty and appliances were old. However after a quick 10 minute conversation with a worker, all of my appliances were changed and a cleaning crew was cleaning the apartment. All done within 30 minutes.

When I first moved in there were no cabinet doors, there was mold in the fridge, laundry room and it was extremely dirty with paint splatters all over the floor.

the community and neighborhoods are great but when it comes to maintenance, it sucks. There should not be that many issues with maintenance to where my issue hasn’t been fixed YET due to other work orders, like what’s going on? why are their so many people with issues and work orders??

The amenities are nice and the staff and the benefits but the amaertments could defintley use some renovating with the flooring and paint jobs and patios

Dominique has been the best. Moving in I had an awful experience with the managers at the time and property manager never available and never addressing issues or being helpful. Dominque has completely changed that, she always answers emails quickly with a solution and is always helpful and respectful. The property has also gotten a lot cleaner than it originally was, the maintenance crew is equally as amazing.

Very nice and clean , loved how everything is new . No mold , shower works , carpets clean , windows cleans , blind clean , no spider webs , clean bathroom, no holes in walls. I love it

They need to improve their community facilities a lot. There are many parking issues a lot of roaches in my room. The dryer is not working well first they need to provide some immunities before charging $50 to me.

Overall good, cockroaches during winter months are a problem, and waste management is not tidy or nearly well kept, I think there should be public trash cans around to ensure cleanliness
