It's a quiet community, but I've lived here since 2022, and there have been no upgrades to our apartment. The carpet in here is awful. Years of people having animals and not cleaning after them. I have shampooed regularly and vacuumed every other day in addition to my Shark vacuum running daily, and it doesn't help the smell. Also, I think something died under the kitchen floor. I've scrubbed every inch of the kitchen and it still smells. We buy our own AC filters because the apartment provides the cheapest ones that don't catch any dust or dander. The doors have no weather stripping. Well, it's there but so old you can feel the cold or heat blowing through the gap in the front door. Last but not least people allow their dogs to poop everywhere and do not pick it up. They can't use the dog enclosure because there are so many stickers in there. My puppy got a paw full with one step and we never went back. These are small things but they add up quickly.

The community is quiet with a lot of workers and no drama. Parking can be an issue as many apartments have 2 or more vehicles. The apartments have drainage issues from the property (not the individual unit) so garages flood up to 4-5 inches and I have to wear rain boots to get to my truck during/after heavy rains. We've been here a little over 2 years and have not gotten any upgrades on our apartment. Maintenance was great until the guy quit/got fired. Now no Maintenance assigned to this property yet which means work orders take longer so put them in as quickly as you can. Seriously considering moving when lease is up.

I was scheduled to tour the apartment on Feb 23 at 2:30 pm and there was no manager on site. I emailed and called the call center and was directed to Renew Andrews. I toured the apartment on Feb 27. The site representative gave me the keys and I was able to tour two apartments. I was scheduled to move in the next two days and was told my application has not been processed. I was scheduled to relocate two days later and the apartment was not in a move in ready state. The SInclair location does not have a manager on duty.

Very quiet for the most part.. Neighbors are friendly. Great location. Although this is a townhouse, the one next to me sounds like it is above me, not beside me.. very annoying. The hottub hasn't worked in over a year, very disappointing.

I love my life here at Renew Sinclair. I love the peacefulness of the apartments. I love how cozy it feels. This is my first apartment ever since moving from home, and I don’t regret it.

Very quiet apartment complex. The only drawback is the apartments are older but have been updated somewhat. My only complaint is that we need more lighting during nighttime & the hottub hasn't worked since Ive been in for 8 months. However, it has been winter so I'm hoping it's fixed soon for summer!

Very quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Would give more stars if the hottub worked. It is hard to reach office directly. You are not allowed to use bbq grills on property.

Nice apartments to move into. Very respectful property managers, their willing to meet halfway for you in anyway situation your in. Residents are nice and respect one another. In all a place to call home.

Great Renter Experience
A year ago I was looking for an apartment near my workplace that was affordable, clean, and quiet. And my experience has been exactly that: A good value for the price, clean property grounds, and very quiet. The management team in place handles all my concerns in a timely manner and treats me professionally--not as an annoying tenant. I just recently renewed my lease as an indication of my satisfaction. Moreover the Sinclair Apartments feels like home, not another apartment complex.

Move on....
I would not recommend Sinclair Place apartments. They are old and not updated. Repairs are not made in a timely manner, if at all. The staff is always changing, I lived there a year and they were on the third manager along with about the fourth maintenance man. Brooke is the latest and not much of an improvement. When I moved in, the apartment was keyed with two different keys. The carpet had several horrible stains and the closet doors were hard to open and close. This was "ready." I had neighbors who loved to party and fight until the wee hours of the morning. The police came on two different occasions. They still lived there when I moved out. They kept over a thousand dollars of my deposit without any good reason. Simply Better apartments are a crooks, do not even consider this place.

Having neighbors can sometimes be difficult and we cannot control their actions but we do have community policies in place that we enforce as well as a courtesy officer that all residents are able to call for these types of disturbances. Great Customer Service
When it came to renewing my lease the answer was easy (yes)! All because of the amazing customer service provided by Marissa. It is apparent Marissa prides herself in providing excellent customer service. Work orders are always completed in a timely matter, always exceeds expectations.

Management and Customer Service
We looked at numerous apartment complexes before we came here. Marissa was very helpful in helping us find the right apartment home. When the anticipated budget was lower she still helped us find a great apartment here. Between the time we deposited and the time we signed the lease she was very responsive when we called with questions. She is one of the main reasons Sinclair Place was so attractive to us.
