Very nice and comfortable, It was a easy process in getting the apartment and very simple and quick process in moving in, so far since I been here I having had no problem and it's quite and nice to enjoy a place and private.

The pool as not been open all summer. They always have a reason on why it has to be closed. Emergency phone broken, glass broken in the pool, ect in my opinion that not reason the pool should be closed all summer for. Especially when it's been over the 100s. Way to hot to not get to play in the pool we pay for.

TLDR: Look Elsewhere for Somewhere to Live My experience living here has been very poor. When I moved in they had "cleaned" the apartment. Yet there was bugs everywhere and even stains still on the kitchen counters. No big deal... I know how to clean. The only rooms with lighting are the Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining room, and bedroom closets. There is no lighting in the bedroom, living room, or office. Be prepared to buy a lot of lamps so you're not living in the dark. My bedroom window was broken when I moved in as well. It took them almost two months to finally repair it. This was a treat anytime it would rain. If you enjoy nagging your land lord for repairs... well look no further. I have to constantly complain to get anything repaired. My AC has been none functioning for several days now. Yet anytime I ask for them to please come fix it I do not get a response or get the runaround. Tomorrow is suppose to be in the high 90s! Can't wait to endure that with no A/C. My apartment still has messed up floors, wall dents all over, broken drawers in the kitchen, and many other general maintenance issues. My cousin who lives here complained about an issue recently. The maintenance man knocked on her door and handed them caulk saying she could just fix it herself... The only positive I can say about the place is they are trying to update it. They've recently painted all the buildings, put in new shower heads, and replaced peoples light bulbs. We were suppose to get new thermostats as well but as of writing this that hasn't happened.

The area is good its only minutes away from the mall, Target, Wal Mart, and many popular restaurants. Its the aparments that are bad. They are good size but they are not kept up with, the ac in the upstairs restroom leaks, the toilet in the upstairs restroom also leaks and it drips down into the living room. You can hear every step you take in that apartment. The cabinets are dated and falling apart. Every time you renew they offer a free carpet cleaning, that never happens. Also the people living here are not great, they stay up late talking and listening to loud music. I would not live her or recommend it to anyone.

I would like you to know that have completed a renovation of all old copper pipes and replaced them with the new Flex Pipe, and we do not have many AC leaks.
