A nice place to live. Close to many stores, restaurants and the library. Maintenance always fixes our requests in a timely manner. We like watching the duck pond from our balcony. We don’t use the dog park but like the park that’s walking distance down the street.

They waited 30mins prior to me going to pick up my keys to tell me that my apartment wasn’t ready and offered me a couple more, when I picked my apartment and moved everything upstairs the keys did not work to get in and they keep pressing me to change my renters insurance address like I didn’t have a million and one things to do because of the apartment switch and they new that!

Just moved in, I love it so far! It’s perfect for one person living. It’s bigger than i expected! The staff is excellent. I have a one bed one bath and everything is Newley modeled. It’s awesome!
Moved in 3 weeks ago and have been very happy so far. Calm and quiet community. I also really enjoy the white noise that comes from having a unit right in front of the pond!

Renew prairie park is a good place to live and usually pretty peaceful. The neighbors we’ve met while living her are friendly. We love having a balcony and a great view of the pond and fountain. We will often see ducks around the pond. We are comfortable here.

My wife went to the hospital for mold exposure. I went to the office to see if they would test for mold. They said "we can absolutely do that, we'll have someone Monday or Tuesday". Next time I reach out to them they said they actually wouldn't test for it, even after I showed them an at home test with lots of visible mold in it. Their communication is ridiculously unreliable, and they obviously don't care about keeping anyone safe. Would not recommend to anyone I know. Prairie park, please do not respond to this or reach out unless you are thinking about paying me back for the last two months of rent we spent elsewhere for the sake of my wife's health. She's feeling far better now, far away from your complex.

It's a nice place have couple chips in our paint and a mini dent in the walls. Besides that it's a beautiful place. Nice carpet and appliances and a beautiful pond.

Renee prairie park is so incredibly nice with the big dog park with so many activities for the dogs to jump over and play in. The grill area is incredibly nice with two nice grills and grill cleaners, there are super nice benches to sit at with shading it is perfect for summer.

We like living here. The neighborhood has many nearby stores and restaurants. The other residents here are nice. They recently updated the entry ways and laundry room. The one thing I would add to our apartment is a dishwasher.

For the most part, the staff have all been nice. They are doing a lot of projects currently, which is great for the longevity of the apartments. A little more notice on some things would be nice though. But my wife and I like it here. Love that its close to a park and walking distance to a store.

Super great so far. Everyone I have meet has been super friendly. Moving in was a really easy process. The apartments are nice as well! I think that this was a great choice, especially with prices being a little cheaper then the surrounding area.

Great staff. Just took a while to get some things done. The leasing staff was amazing when I came in for a tour. I wish all of the stuff was complete for my move-in date since it was known well ahead of time.

I like our apartment, it’s close to a lot of stores and restaurants in the area as well as my work. Maintenance usually comes quickly to fix whatever the problem is. There are some things I wish I could change. I wish we had a dishwasher and better ac. The ac unit we have is in the living room but our bedroom gets so hot we have to use fans to keep us cool. They are remodeling the hallways and entry way the past few weeks. The carpet is all ripped up. We will be happy to see it when it’s finished.

there were defects with my apartment when I moved in, but they were fixed quickly. The apartment is clean and in good shape, we got one of the refinished ones and I'm very happy with it

Never respond for Maintenance or for your deposit back they just say someone will call but they never do been waiting since October 15 2022 and it now Jan 23 2023 horrible place

Oldebrook is a decent place to live. Staff is nice, if maintenance need to be done, its usually within a day or two after the request is made. A lot of of updates are being made throughout the community. Pet friendly, so now Im planning to get my own fur baby!! Theres only two things I dont like, and one is nothing that Oldebrook can control (residents propping the doors leaving access to anyone), and the other is the carpeted halls! In a pet friendly community, a lot of ppl have dogs in particular and carpet holds odors. Im hoping there is a plan to remove the carpet altogether and just leave concrete floors or at least replace it. Again, the community is upgrading so obviously it wouldnt make sense to do it during, but hopefully after! Ive signed my lease again and Ive already alerted them that Id like to move from the third floor, so Im staying!
Maintenance staff, especially Leyland are friendly and completed work on very good time. I love my apartment on the corner with sliding glass door being close to pond. Hate to move but of rent goes up more than 25.00 will need to move
