Still have maintenance item from when I moved in that hasnt been repaired (long crack in window pane) which makes it extremely cold with subpar temps. Also with no security monitoring the door always seems to be someone off the streets gaining access.
Nice place in the heart of downtown. Public transportation soon as you leave the building. Parking garage nextdoor also connected to restaurants.

Beautiful place, super nice staff. Only issue is that we have 3 elevators only one is ever running and that one goes down frequently. The raised ceilings make the place seem sooo spacious and the exposed brick has a beautiful aesthetic.

Lived in this building for about 2 years, only left to move out of state for professional reasons. The location is exactly as advertised, if you want to live in a historic building on the 16th street mall you can't beat the price of this place paired with the professionalism of the management. I have never worked with such responsive, thoughtful, and reasonable property management. Maintenance was always timely and friendly, office staff always very responsive to questions or concerns. I continued to interact with property management after leaving to retrieve a package shipped to my former address and the service was again above and beyond. Special shout outs to Olivia, Bethany, and Kevin. Would highly recommend.

My new home at Renew On Stout makes me feel like I've walked into a luxury hotel. Steps from all that downtown Denver offers with fine food, shopping and light rail is just one of the reasons I wanted to live here. High ceilings, windows, modern appliances and valet garbage pickup every weekday right outside my door is amenities that add to making living here super special. Ree On-site gym will save me the cost of gym fees elsewhere and laundry and dedicated package boxes is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend applying to this community. You will thank yourself!

I had an old dishwasher that wasn’t draining properly and was emitting a terrible smell throughout my entire apartment. I put in a maintenance request Thursday evening, the next morning Kevin stopped by to check it out. He inspected it and noticed the pump was broken. He told me he’d order a new one that day, by Wednesday I had a new dishwasher. Truly outstanding service! This is the third time in 4 years in this apartment I’ve had maintenance requests and every time they are taken care of right away. I’ve read reviews of other apartment complexes and always hear horror stories of maintenance requests. It makes me realize how great the staff is here at Renew on Stout. Thank you

Nice place to live. Leasing staff is very nice. Workout room is adequate, wish there was a pool. Elevators go down s lot but it is an old building.

I’m about to finish my first month living here and honestly I love it. It’s in the perfect place in the city and I am able to really customize my apartment and make it cute with the unique architecture. Staff is amazing and very understanding and professional.

A true triumph of a place to live. Very spacious and well kept. Staff is amazing as well. A bit of a hassle with the influx of drug users and homeless squatters, but, improvement is being made. Some of the other tenants have dogs that truly don't need to be here, but hey, I don't make the rules.

Good apartments, nice appliances, great staff. The security could be better, and the laundry room could be better. Elevators are iffy, but it’s a great location for living in the city. Pretty good views from the windows, depending on where you are in the building. Overall it’s a good apartment.

Take my advice and do not move in here. First reason is - homeless people and drug addicts find their way into the building. I have see needles in a stairway multiple times. Once, we saw a heroin addict sleeping in the stairway. Units AC/Heat are not engineered for the unit size and it's terribly hot in the summer and awfully cold in the winter(it would not get warmer than 62 on some days with Heat on) Half of the machines in communal laundry room are always broken and you can never do your laundry. Fire alarms are going off probably bi-weekly, so you will have to excuse yourself from many meetings if you are working from home.

Avoid this place if you care about your health or safety. We’re on day 3 of management not responding to our concerns about the following issues: 1. cigarette smoke indoors 2. Airbnb guests This apartment complex does not care about your health or safety. The entire 4th floor reeks of cigarette smoke which is: a. A complete disregard for our health, including long term and short term effects of breathing in toxicity b. Just disgusting to smell. Everytime we get off the elevator on our floor, we are greeted by a gas chamber c. Against the apartment policy. When we asked management to do something about it, they just sent “warnings.” Warnings and warnings but no actionable change. It’s been months since we initially complained and the problem has not been fixed. We even offered to move floors. We also asked to be released from the lease if they were unable to meet THEIR OWN policy requirements. There are a few folks here that Airbnb their place out which is a. Against apartment policy b. Extremely dangerous to our safety to have unidentified people wandering around without a mask, throwing parties and yelling in the hallways drunk. These ‘guests’ have no regard for community wellbeing. I even found the Airbnb listing myself. Ironically, the listing has complaints that the complex smells weird. c. Some of these guests even bring dogs, free of charge. This is extremely unfair to the renters such as myself who paid a $400 deposit for our pet as well as $40/month in pet rent. We told management if they are to continue allowing this, we want our deposit and pet rent back as it is not equal treatment. We did not sign up to live under these conditions. Management does not have any regard for our concerns about our health or safety. A couple of other things: 1. Since we share an entrance with the Denver Selfie Musuem, there are always people hanging out right in front of the apartment lobby. There are two “protected” entrances but the first one is almost always unlocked during the day so musuem guests can come in. However, there are always random people standing inside that clearly do not belong to either establishment 2. The lobby smells terrible. I’m not sure what they are using to clean it but it smells like the dumpster room. 3. There was a point where only one elevator was working 4. We’ve been woken up by a false fire alarm multiple times.

since renew on stout Bought this building it has gone down Hill. They do not fix the elevators they have been broken for about 3 months, They rarely mopThe floors it's Really gross if you don't believe me come in and check it out yourself. It says that they pay for the garbage but I just got a letter in the mail today saying that I owe them $60 for garbage and water, I really don't like this company.

I really enjoy the location of renew on stout. The office management as well as maintenance are all extremely helpful. Your locations leaves you just about blocks from any sort of thing you can think of. --leah

Moving here from another state, we were not sure what we were going to experience. To us it was important to find a place with good location. This building is in the heart of the city. With proof of our lease we were able to find affordable monthly parking right across the street. Walking distance to many different restaurants, bars, Target a block away, look out the window and see Mall Street, and the list goes on. The new management is great. Office hours are longer than the ones before(old management) The staff is very helpful and the maintenance team is dedicated to get things done asap. They get the work done fast. Even if it is after hours. Our toilet was clogged and was not flushing at all. They came to exchange our whole toilet and tank at close to midnight and did not leave until the work was done. ...And left the bathroom clean (as they found it). I call that dedicated workers. I highly appreciate their effort. The new management arranged trash pick up at your door. Coming home from a log day at work or leaving in a hurry in the morning, sometimes you can forget to take the trash out. This service is more than helpful.
