I love that my building is quiet. I can tell by the parking lot that we are all working people which means- we go to work and come home. Not a lot of noise/disturbances! So grateful for that. Lawn care/grounds are decent and well kept. So far so good!
I love my apartment unit. However there are issues with neighbors that management has not properly addressed. Residents are not following sections (regarding obnoxious noise) of our lease and are not following the non smoking policy (smoking inside units). This has been very disruptive to neighbors. Management does not respond to emails and I have to go speak to them directly, yet the same issues continue day after day.

I don’t like the community at all the office staff and the maintenance staff have terrible communication with each other maintenance takes forever to respond to requests the building hallways and laundry rooms are very disgusting the overall community is not to my liking

Tired of it here. Safety is a growing concern and maintenance is irresponsible and poor at communication. My car has now been broken into TWICE from our apartment lot. The first time it happened over a year ago management assured us cameras were in the works to add some security measures but still none are to be found that I’m aware of. Recently, my car was broken into and fully stolen from our lot. I really miss feeling safe in our community. Historically, maintenance is typically slow to respond or just won’t communicate with you at all. Last time we had a work order they said they would schedule a time to fix it. Then we were surprised to get an email saying it was taken care of only to come home and find our cat was let out and went missing.

So far my moving experience has been good. The staff has been very helpful. I absolutely love the area and i'm only 5 min.from my job. I'm super excited to see everything the apartment community has to offer.
I’ve been here for over three years now. It’s a good place to live. It’s safe, quiet and affordable. Maintenance team is great. Honestly, I have no issues here and am very grateful to have found this place.

Renew is a large apartment community, very quiet and peaceful, everyone is friendly and mostly keeps to themselves. I say Hi ?? to everyone.
Pest Issues: Roach infestation. Notified leasing office on 7/29/24. Pest Control sprayed inside kitchen cabinets, baseboards and doorframe two days later. 8/5/24 roaches have gotten worse, new pest control work order submitted, called emergency maintenance line and confirmed pest control would spray that day or the following day. Pest control did not show up the next day, leasing office confirmed they would not be coming for 2-5 days. Roach infestation not resolved until 8/25/2024. Plumbing issues: even though our apartment was (supposedly) newly renovated the entire sink (faucet, garbage disposal and underside of sink faucet leaked) and master bathroom shower door also leaked onto the floor. We submitted 4 work orders in total, all were reviewed and only one was fixed. We fixed the garbage disposal leak ourselves. Their maintenance solution was to not even treat the moldy area, simply paint over it while it was still wet. Paper thin walls that we could transcribe the entire conversation of our downstairs neighbor. Pool: Pool was under renovations for 2 months in 2024 before standard opening day. Delayed opening a full month and a half. Constant closures and maintenance ever since it opened, both in 2024 and 2025. AC: AC went out in the middle of Missouri summer. Multiple daily calls with little to no support from leasing office or property manager. One technician came out only to look at the AC unit for 4 hours and be unable to diagnose the issue. AC finally replaced exactly 2 weeks after it went out and work order was submitted. Snow Removal: Removal company caused multiple snow banks that the majority of cars in the complex could not handle getting out of. Resulted in being snowed in for 4 full days. Leasing Office Staff: Actively attempted to stop me from giving my opinion of the complex while I was in the gym and a tour was being given. Gym: Only good thing about this complex.
The environment is clean and friendly the food is great the things tht I've needed in a service have been met pleased is an understatement. I appreciate the staff

So far, the stay has been nice. Super quiet neighbors. There some issues in my apartment that I believe should of been addressed but overall no complaints. I did lose a package and the front desk attendant stood right up and helped m fmd
Roaches , horrible maintenance and management. I wish I could say over time things get better but it might in fact be the worse. Their staff have a high turnover rate and I can only imagine the reason.

The staff at RenewalOn Lindbergh has presented themselves in a very professional manner..They all were helpful in answering any questions or concerns that I may have had.If I called and left a message someone will call me back in a timely matter. They all always have smiles on their faces and greet you with such politeness every time I enter the office. I must say that you all made a great choice of choosing your staff to represent your company. Because some people get these jobs and just don’t care, but your staff has shown me every time that they care about their residents and that they would do anything to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

I would give this place zero stars. I hate it here. I’ve been in 2 units since 2021 and both units suck. The last unit I was is had a ac leaking issues in my daughters room that was never fixed. I complained about the carpet being wet in her room and the mold and no one in the leasing office nor maintenance fixed the issues. The unit I’m in now sucks. Squirrels are always in the attic scratching at the walls. One came in through the wall in my kitchen. The squirrels come through the fire place. I’ve placed several work orders and they all get closed out but nothing gets done. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst enemy. I pay so much money to live here and nothing gets done and the apartment ain’t even renovated. Walls are cracked. Windows are not sealed properly. Feels like no one cares. I’m sure if I was white it would be a different story. I can’t wait until my lease is up.

DJ and Kyle have made the maintenence team so much better. I feel like my concerns are delt with swiftly and efficiently. On a separarate note; I wish the dumpsters would go back in their corrals. They are unsitely outside.

Nice area ,apartment wasn't fully move in ready, stove needs connection, a couple drains leaking...as well missing shower drain stopper....drain in 2nd bath, wasn't set and sealed as plug pulls out.....very nice frontboffice ladys...
Easy move in process, the neighborhood is peaceful. The ladies at the front desk are very patient and respectful. They understood my situation and handled it appropriately.
So far we’ve enjoyed our stay. We had a gas leak emergency on day 3 of our move and maintenance staff were very kind and attentive. I really like the community messages that are sent for us to stay informed on what’s happening around the neighborhood
I’ve been enjoying my residency experience so far. It’s great having 24/7 access to the gym, and the pool has been a wonderful bonus for the kids. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.
Just moved in and the area seems homey and fairly well managed. The staff has been super friendly and answered all our questions with a smile.

This place is trash but it’s cheap so you get what you pay for I guess. Frequent issues, lack of responsiveness and knowledge from office, and inept maintenance. When something’s wrong I typically just fix it myself to make sure the issue is actually resolved.

Still waiting for a working shower in the 2 bedroom 2 bath. Only one shower works the other one doesn’t and was really dirty upon moving in.

There were some issues on move in with the apartment not passing inspection and only finding out the day before we were supposed to move in. Then there were issued with things not being clean or repaired correctly after we finally were able to move in. The office has tried to make it right with a credit towards our rent but it still has not stopped the other other issues we have had.

My whole rental experience from the time I applied to signing my lease was great. No issues or problems whatsoever. It took 2 days to get approved & I received my keys on the 4th day.

The area is quiet. My neighbor seems friendly. My one issue is it seems other folks in the community drive rather quickly through the parking lot, creating a hazard if you are unaware of them approaching.

It's a pretty great spot just a few minor things that needs to be done but another than that for a 1br 1ba it's a awesome place to be. And I love the balcony view long as it's stable enough.

I moved in on March 15, 2025 & it’s been great. Very quiet, no loud music or noises after hours & very comfortable inside my apartment. I would recommend to all my friends to move here.

The exterminators damaged my kitchen floor when they pulled out the refrigerator. I appreciate the thourogh treatment, but now I am living with a gough in in my floor.

We are living it here. My children immediately went outside, and fell in love with all of the amenities. The basketball court and the kids playground is so amazing to have.

While the apartment itself was nice, moving in was quite stressful due to a few maintenance issues that needed immediate attention, but everything else was good

I give it four stars because I work at a home improvement store and a lot of stuff in the apartment they just paint over or never really fixed it so when you move it’s like you broke it when you didn’t break it it just started falling apart because it was never fixed

Pretty quiet community my neighbors upstairs are a little loud but that’s whatever. The maintenance team is very responsive and they usually respond within 24hrs and will have you back up and running the next day.
