Very good. Good rent rates. Excellent maintenance response. Maintenance usually are here within 24 to 48 hours when put in a request. Excellent lawn care.

My resident experience is horrible. The management team is normally unavailable, or the office is closed. I work around the clock and the garbage is spread all over the place even with valet service. Also, I have too careful walking around the ground because of all of the dog poops in the grass and on the sideways.

Lots of smokers, can’t really leave windows open, having to find exact location of the ones to report is a hassle. I find trash cans over flowing, dog poop everywhere, not just the dog park. No parking spots free after 10pm. But otherwise the apartment has been fully functional, no crime and great location. The staff has been attentive and kind as well. Community isn’t super noisy. Lawn maintained, trash service great. Moving in was easy, and when things break, they get fixed quickly.

Management is Amazing !! The amenities and benefits are amazing and I personally would suggest others to Renew on James. I also love how they have things to do for the kids.

Since am here everything is very well and plus gym room makes it much comfortable to enjoy staying here as home. When something need to be fixed renew service always plan to solved the issues.

Love living here!! I have been here 2 years and haven’t had hardly any issues. This place has been a lot less issues with Andre gone. He was bad news!!

Renew has become a better place for me and my family. I appreciate them and everything they do for us. They show they care and listen to our community.

It was great, it was easy! Love the staff! Special thanks to Kiesha… She was the best and knew exactly what she was doing. Helped us out with every question. Just loved it.

I wish I didn't live here, but because of circumstances we're stuck. Everything in my apartment is breaking, every day it's something new. When maintenance does finally come out they either look at the thing that's broken and say they'll be back but never come back, or they outsource someone who does such a bad job that the thing was better before they touched it. Good luck if you ever want to live here, this place is owned by a large corporation who doesn't care about anything but the money in your pockets- and it shows because you will receive multiple texts and emails a week related to payments that aren't even due yet and other things to get you to spend money. Do not live here, renew bought the place and only puts a bandaid on things to make it pretty, but never fixes the actual problem.

The maintenance are super duper reliable! I love the quiet nights besides the trains but overall a good experience so far! Love that the parking here is first come first serve love the trash service!

Apartments are nice and renovated. Makes it feel like a home. It was really easy moving into these apartments. The only downside of living here is that sometimes it can be loud outside of the apartments.

The new management has made a lot of positive improvements in terms of exterior renovation, maintenance response wait time, improved gym facilities and a designated quite room for study. The only thing we missed is the convenience with amazon mailbox , whixh is now removed from the compound.

The apartment is wonderful only thing that upset me was my washer and dryer don’t work. We have nice neighbors who are friendly and very welcoming

So far so good. Really quiet area, and easy bus access can’t complain.. And the apartments are brand new..I’m glad that I move here cause these place meet my expectations.

It has improved with maintenance services. Before it take a very long time to work done. There has been a lot of improvements done in recent months,

Staff here does an amazing job, always professional and cares about the residents. They have always been kind and helpful for whatever needs may arise. Buildings are kept well maintained, they have a brand new gym which is awesome! Pool is nice on the hot days. I. Couldn't ask for much more.

So far things have been okay, I am a little disappointed with the time it has taken to have things fixed. The staff seem great and although there are some homeless/crackheads wandering around there hasn’t been any major problems.

Although I don’t always have the easiest time getting work orders completed or reaching out to the office. The level of professionalism and mutual respect is always refreshing and through my two years living here I have very few complaints.

I love how our first apartment is here on Renew on James. The place is so amazing and staff are approachable. I like how they respond right away with our requests.

Apartment inside is great we don't have to throw our trash.. Plenty of parking beautiful pools beautiful place area clean... Staff is nice so are the maintenance and understanding

Moved in experience was nice . Well I have not observed anything unusual. Property is quiet at all times. My observation is no parking space at night.

The management is doing great....the overall process of moving in to my new Unit was easy compared with what I thought. Thankyou ..I appreciate

It is nice having a lush green forest to enjoy out on the balcony. There are a lot of birds that sing. It would be even better if management could have all the trash cleaned up within it, left there by drug-addict homeless people and even some lazy residents who frequently toss their empty beverage cans & bottles over the wood fence.

It’s been a nightmare moving in the unit, we were robbed twice and the previous management seemed to care less about their residents. With the new management, we are seeing some progress it terms of maintenance request and we hope it stays the same

I don't like the fact that when I open my front door that there is homeless people sitting on the stairs in front of my door charging there devises and doing drugs. I'm really starting to feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

From delayed work orders ,to Errors with rental fees and amenities not being accessible. Residents are moving out as new management Has forced their households too with the rent increases and property fees increases. Making it hard for tenets to sustain residency. I believe in making a community better by helping the community by interacting with the community, Listening to residence concerns, acting right away in the time of Need. Uplifting residents in your community. Renew on James Approach has been barbaric in its efforts to “clean up the property”. I will not recommend this property to anyone looking to move into the Kent area.

The environment is a little bit not very secure with homeless people walking around at night,the apartments are very nice but most of the times something has to be fixed and it can take a while,since Renew took over alot of improvements has been noticed and we are expecting more .About parking people will park cars on the way and sometimes distract others .I still think it's a good place to rent.

It was great when I moved here4yrs ago...but now there's so much police activity here...and the shootings seem to be more frequent...but it's usually quite at night

Admin has been much better and more responsive (property manager is on her A game every time I’ve interacted with her). Maintenance still needs work as work orders take a lot of checking in to ensure they get done. Haven’t been able to get a single work order in without having to reach out to admin about lack of communication or updates.

Takesha is the best. She helped me with my move in and even go above and beyond. Clean property and quiet at night. I would recommend

I like the location and access to public transportation. I am happy to see some.community events coming back. I do not like all the garbage that is laying around. It's effort being made by Renew to make improvements! It does still take too long to get maintenance requests completed.

It would be nice if I had a dishwasher that actually cleaned my dishes, 4 working burned in my stove, and a take fridge, lol . Other than that I have no problems other then random people sitting on the steps from time to time and the homeless using the water in the side of my apartment, it’s really loud.

I love living here due to my neighbors and my community but I believe my property management and staff can do much better with maintenance requirements and communications with the residents.

The apartment is trying make a better place to live. They have remodeling the place and making it look more attractive. Also, maintenance requests have been more promptly than previously.

There is a good, wide parking lot and there are always free spaces, a quiet place. The outside area is clean and cleaned every day. The apartment is spacious and in light colors. There is a bus stop nearby.

Well maintained, great location, nice staff, nice residents. It's quiet not too much happens around here easy to walk to stores if needed and I love the fact there's two playgrounds in complex

It’s has been incredibly frustrating living here from the day we got our keys. At first it was decent enough, however they will tell you your unit it newly renovated and that is a lie, I had a coworker who lived here and they told her the same thing and nothing was renovated. The main issue is that they ignore maintenance requests. We’ve had a hole in our bathroom ceiling for MONTHS from waiting weeks for them to fix another problem, fridge no longer works. Our neighbor doesn’t even have an oven bc she’s been waiting for the apartments to replace hers. The garbage situation is also disgusting. People litter everywhere, and these apartments are huge but there’s only one garbage compactor so you can see mountains of garbage piled high. So if you want to pay full price for a broken apartment where you will be ignored, live here.

My partner and I paid $400 to hold a unit. We had someone go take a look and there was broken windows, trash everywhere, homeless people living by the dumpster. Still waiting for our money back. Never moved in.

It seems that most apartments are filled and the vehicle parking is really bad. I don't know if apartment renter's have multiple cars or what.

Loud noise during the week and music blasting, as well as during hot days neighbors will be BBQ charcoal and you cant open windows

I thought the property layout, amenities, current tenants I spoke to were good. People I talked to had good things to say about the complex.

I love the wet lands there and the fact that my building is more secluded from the bigness of such a sprawling complex.

The location is perfect it's close to everything, grocery store lots of fast food place around lots of gas station and it's closer to common station and bus station it's perfect for a person with no vehicle

I wouldn't necessarily recommend, because of the activity. I don't think it's the safest place anymore. I would only recommend because of the convenience of the appliances in the unit and because the office staff is really great.

Never apply for this place! Me and my partner applied for these apartments about 3 weeks ago, and did everything in our end to go forward with our application. In fact, we actually got approved and was told by a worker named “Victor” that he was going to email us a welcoming email. We were obviously looking forward for the email to go forward, but days pass, then couple weeks passed. Nothing, we got literally nothing! Throughout the 2 weeks that me and my partner were waiting for the email, we were calling 2-3 times a week to follow up with Atrium, left them voicemails (because no one would pick up 98% of the time). We even went there in person, and talked to this guy that was brand new and had no idea what was going on. He told us that he was going to leave a message to victor because for us since we’ve been trying to follow up. Waited for 2-3 days, still nothing happened. Finally, we decided to go on with another apartment that had SO MUCH better management team. Most importantly, a responsive one. Once again, my experience with Atrium was so messy, please think twice about applying for these apartments! Right now, I’m still on there case to get my FULL refund back (security deposit), because the way I was treated and the way they treat there future residents is just unbelievable!
