Very modern building with lots of amenities and responsive maintenance, got someone to respond and come look at my appliance within a few hours of submitting a request. Staff is present in the lobby Monday through Saturday. Very pet friendly with indoor garage parking, which is rare in the area.

This has been one of the nicest apartments I have ever been to. The management is patient and really helpful. When moving in, they answered all of my questions within 24 hrs. I was able to view the exact apartment I got. The apartment was clean and all appliances were working. In comparison to the other apartments I been to since I have been looking for apartments, this apartment is a dream.

Great place to be! A little on the expensive side, however very clean, staff is helpful, units are updated, consistent service when needed, great amenities such as the gym, social/club room, free daily coffee and events! Garage right underneath which is super convenient. Would recommend!

I have been a resident here for almost 3 years now and I really enjoy the community here. I realize that there has been a lot of changes in management which has been a concern of mine since I became a resident. I do like how friendly the staff is, and how prompt they try to resolve issues even they arise. The main issue is the smells in the hallways due to the old carpeting, the uncleanliness of the elevators, the sour smell that comes from housekeeping using old mop water, the uncleanliness of the outside space (couches are sometimes soiled and dirty), the gym equipment bring out of order for long periods of time and it just needing to be updated. I am hoping that with steady management, that all of these issues can be looked at. But overall, a great place to live. I see myself calling this home for a long time!

Beautiful building and great amenities. It walking distance to so much including groceries, food, movie theatre, parks, shops, train stop, and so much more.

Everything from viewing, applying and move-in went exceptionally well! Staff here is so warm and welcoming! The building is kept in a clean and organized manner, including package delivery. The building is quiet and the building seems largely made up of professional people.

Great size kitchen. Nice shared space both inside and outside. Easy move in set up. Fantastic location. Dog friendly. Several Resident activities.

Very happy with my experience here so far. The staff is very responsive and the atmosphere is great! The security system is also very effective so I feel safe here.

Very Clean building with wonderful amenities. Great location. Building staff friendly & helpful. Love that it is dog friendly, even though I don’t have a dog currently.

I've lived here for years and have only had a good experience here. The team - Randy, Joseph, Ismet - they're always fast to address and fix any issues I've had. It's safe, conveniently located, and well designed layouts. But the team make it.

it's a really nice and quiet safe place to live in, and if you need anything from the maintenance, they will take care of it immediately, especially Randy he is really nice with always a smile on face.

$700 move out bill for a one bedroom. My husband and I lived here for 6-7 months then got military orders to move. I deep DEEP cleaned before we left and I was thinking maybe the move out bill would come out to $200-300 but to my surprise it was $690!! They took blurry pics as “evidence that showed no damages. Wasn’t charged a cleaning fee but they charges double gas, water, sewer, common area utility fees aside from the $320 in “damages” not even in my most luxurious one bedroom apartment did I ever pay close to $700! Chicago is a rip off . So glad we’re done with this city and this apartment . Thankfully their billing company lowered my payment since they agreed the apartment didn’t have proof and didn’t want to provide receipts of the damage & paint costs
We like our apartment, the location is convenient and quiet. Office and maintenance team are very friendly and responsive
