Very modern building with lots of amenities and responsive maintenance, got someone to respond and come look at my appliance within a few hours of submitting a request. Staff is present in the lobby Monday through Saturday. Very pet friendly with indoor garage parking, which is rare in the area.

Renew apartments are in the heart of downtown Oak Park. The location is incredible and walkable which is what we were looking for and the building is well-kept. The staff is really made this building stand out during our search. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. We picked a very comfortable floor plan to meet our needs. We also ensure to utilize the amenities. This is a solid choice in the area.

I love the community, and the building overall is great. Now that summer is here, the grills will add a great touch to my living experience.

Whenever I have a maintenance issue it is resolved quickly. Randy is the kindest and most helpful man ever. Never makes me feel bad for anything and always greets us with a smile.

Love it here! This is a great building with wonderful staff. Oak Park is a very walkable community with lots to do and ReNew is in the middle of it all.

I love living here! All the staff are so friendly and they’re doing a great job holding events to make us feel like a community. They’re also renovating the spaces to make them better which is wonderful!

This has been one of the nicest apartments I have ever been to. The management is patient and really helpful. When moving in, they answered all of my questions within 24 hrs. I was able to view the exact apartment I got. The apartment was clean and all appliances were working. In comparison to the other apartments I been to since I have been looking for apartments, this apartment is a dream.

So far so good. Staff has made everything so convenient. It has been a very reassuring that we are in good hands when it comes to how accessible they have made themselves to our needs.

Just moved in and I am loving it so far! The building is a short walk to everything. I love the residential events and the amenities. The property management team is great.

The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and courteous! Tamisha, leasing manager, was prompt in her communication and made relocating a breeze! The building is pleasant and clean and anything you need or want is in walking distance. I’m so happy we choose ReNew Oak Park!!!

Great place to be! A little on the expensive side, however very clean, staff is helpful, units are updated, consistent service when needed, great amenities such as the gym, social/club room, free daily coffee and events! Garage right underneath which is super convenient. Would recommend!

I have been a resident here for almost 3 years now and I really enjoy the community here. I realize that there has been a lot of changes in management which has been a concern of mine since I became a resident. I do like how friendly the staff is, and how prompt they try to resolve issues even they arise. The main issue is the smells in the hallways due to the old carpeting, the uncleanliness of the elevators, the sour smell that comes from housekeeping using old mop water, the uncleanliness of the outside space (couches are sometimes soiled and dirty), the gym equipment bring out of order for long periods of time and it just needing to be updated. I am hoping that with steady management, that all of these issues can be looked at. But overall, a great place to live. I see myself calling this home for a long time!

We love living at ReNew Oak Park, the space is clean, calm, secure and beautiful. Everyone is friendly and there is so much you can do at a walking distance! Not to mention the great view!

Everything from viewing, applying and move-in went exceptionally well! Staff here is so warm and welcoming! The building is kept in a clean and organized manner, including package delivery. The building is quiet and the building seems largely made up of professional people.

Pretty good—- planned to stay for just two years but now here over five. Like the fifth floor terraces, the lovely views and the great location.

Great size kitchen. Nice shared space both inside and outside. Easy move in set up. Fantastic location. Dog friendly. Several Resident activities.

Very Clean building with wonderful amenities. Great location. Building staff friendly & helpful. Love that it is dog friendly, even though I don’t have a dog currently.

Tamesha and Vera at the front desk are friendly and helpful, and Randy from maintenance is great - he responds immediately to any service requests. Just great!

I've lived here for years and have only had a good experience here. The team - Randy, Joseph, Ismet - they're always fast to address and fix any issues I've had. It's safe, conveniently located, and well designed layouts. But the team make it.

it's a really nice and quiet safe place to live in, and if you need anything from the maintenance, they will take care of it immediately, especially Randy he is really nice with always a smile on face.

$700 move out bill for a one bedroom. My husband and I lived here for 6-7 months then got military orders to move. I deep DEEP cleaned before we left and I was thinking maybe the move out bill would come out to $200-300 but to my surprise it was $690!! They took blurry pics as “evidence that showed no damages. Wasn’t charged a cleaning fee but they charges double gas, water, sewer, common area utility fees aside from the $320 in “damages” not even in my most luxurious one bedroom apartment did I ever pay close to $700! Chicago is a rip off . So glad we’re done with this city and this apartment . Thankfully their billing company lowered my payment since they agreed the apartment didn’t have proof and didn’t want to provide receipts of the damage & paint costs

It is a quiet, clean, safe place with green areas to enjoy outside the apartment. the neighbors I have met are respectful. I love that the administration is animal friendly, my pet enjoys the environment.

The location and fabulous maintenance crew are the only reasons to live here. Smells and sounds permeate throughout. The hallway rugs are filthy. Worst of all, the management team is not welcoming, responsive or helpful. Way too pricey with lots of fees. My rec: find somewhere else to live.

Originally, in 2016, I was happy with my third-floor apartment. Then the owners built a giant weight room next to the gym and across from my apt. Since then, my peace and quiet depend on whether anybody is using this noise chamber. People often do at 9 p.m. or later. The problem has been going on for a year and a half. After seemingly endless delays, they put in some padding, which lowered the noise level from insane to highly unacceptable. I and others have repeatedly complained, but management (and they're now on their third management company in three years) is helpless. I'll move out soon unless I get a big rent cut to compensate for the unwanted imposition of this nuisance.

I got a bill from collections for a small amount less than $1. Also they'll charge you a cleaning fee even after you hire someone to clean your place. Find a different place!

It will be very hard to feel safe in this building during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are not enough safety measures in place regarding residents wearing masks. I’ve had so much anxiety living in the building because many residents were not wearing masks in the elevators and lobby areas. I really felt unsafe in the package room. There are hundreds of packages in the room and it is a mess trying to find your package. It can take 15 to 30 minutes to find your packages at times because they are not in order and are left in a pile for residents to sort out. You’re there trying to find your Amazon or postal packages while other people are looking for their packages without masks and standing right next to you in a small room. I could not recommend the building because of these safety issues during Covid. I don’t feel safe.

5 stars for Vantage Oak Park! Excellent location, fantastic amenities, beautiful apartments and great staff - I could not be happier that I now call Vantage Oak Park home!

In these unique times traditional community living has been nearly erased. It has been a pleasure, (as well as comforting) to reside in a place that, while continuing to provide the expected building management support services, also navigated our population through the endless and often evolving issues and requirements relating to COVID 19. They communicated thoroughly and confidently about the buildings need to adhere to government restrictions and what that would mean upon application. Their response to posted resident concerns or criticism were always delivered with recognition of the residents dismay, yet would reinforce the value of a particular restriction and its affect on the greater good of the building and its inhabitants. That constant monitoring and concern made everyone feel a bit more protected and therefore less at risk. Sharing that peace of mind with family and friends who are not living in a similar situation truly brought the unique benefits to light. Thank you for the extra effort and the resulting healthy building environment.

Although newly residing, it seems to be a great place to live in Oak Park.

I have been here for almost a year and just signed a 15 month renewal. I love the location and amenities. It definitely was the right decision for me.

Perfectly located . . both urban yet calm. Wonderfully welcoming . . . with neighbors invested in community. Modern design celebrated throughout all spaces . . . updated constantly. Amenities everyday, for everyone . . . beautifully delivered and always available. Safe, secure . . . providing private and building wide peace of mind. Care taking . . . a team of on-sight professionals that exceed expectations, even during these challenged times.

Vantage is a great place to live. Its well maintained, clean, secure, modern and convenient. The staff are great as well - professional, personable and well organized.

Vantage provides the best downtown Oak Park location! It is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and parks. Transportation to the City is quick and easy for all age groups. The Frank Lloyd Wright historic district is steps away. There are no better views of the skyline or surrounding areas. Watching the seasons change is magical. The floor plans are varied and the units are comfortable sizes. Look no further than the Vantage of Oak Park.

Extremely well maintained luxury apartment building with an extremely great staff and maintenance team.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The place is a non-friendly zone. There has been constant construction thats blocked traffic, the garage, and the elevator. There is constant smell of marijuana on every floor. For some reason the kitchen smells like the sewage system and I asked them to fix it, but all they told was to pour some cleaning wash. Horrible service.

Vantage is terrific. Its clean, well maintained, and safe.

Very respectful building no disrespect aint nobody judging you cause of race or age love it here
