My building has been enjoyable except for when the gym was installed so there is much more noise and unwanted people in the building.the office staff can be helpful I also have had challenging crimes with maintenance on different issues in my apartment through out the years

The community is amazing so far. The rental office was very helpful with my move in . The maintenance team did excellent work "turning" the apartment for move i . Everything was amazing when i did my first walk through.

The community is good and haven’t had any issues with neighbors or anything. I will say though maintenance is non existent. if you have a big problem and you’re not home just know youll have to contact them several times before someone comes and puts a band aid on the problem. Other than that and the one mouse I had, not the worst place i guess

It’s a nice place to live except for the laundry room. And the fact, that I’ve had a decent experience considering my move in was a nightmare and the original apartment that I was supposed to have was filled with mold and I had to move within 24 of moving in to another space then had a huge flood in my apartment from the people above that ruined a lot of my personal belongings.

There are several things that I really don't like about the inside of the unit. All the hard earned money that was spent for the apartment. The stove doesn't even work properly. The shelves are uneven and don't even stay up. I pray that I make it through the lease because I definitely will not be renewing.

It is not the best but is ok. I am not too fond of this management company. The office staff are great. I do feel like the emails are a little excessive. I don’t like the kids playing in the parking lot instead of the areas they should be playing in. I’m afraid someone is going to get hit by a car. You can’t see them around the dumpster.

A convenient compound to live in.It’s near places I shop from, as well as a near mall and parks to have nearly daily walks. I have been living here for 13 years.

It's a safe neighborhood to live in. It's a very nice sized apartment. There's an issue with mice, which has been the case since I moved in years ago. The parking spots are small. There's no washer or dryer in your apartment.

New management is better than before . Now all outdoor area is clean . They take care mentainance order immediately. We offer our relative and friend move here . Only the one thing rent is some expensive then before . We are staying long time . If they consider that much better .

The environment is quite clean safety and experiences staff good to have renew appartment as a home. Its been 10 months and i didnt find any problems over here

I had a great experience with my move in, the process was simple, and I was well kept informed throughout the move in process. The apartment is nice and was just what I was looking for. The location is great, many stores nearby.

I haven’t had any issues with my apartment since I moved in in June. The problems I did have were all addressed in a timely fashion. Parking is always available and the neighborhood is relatively quiet.

Community is great, it’s clean and safe, staffs are nice and warm, but some policies are unnecessarily strict especially about the balconies! If we can’t plant, add chairs and tables or decorate it, i don’t see how do we own it!

It’s a good apartment complex. The area is clean and most times quiet. I was skeptical about moving to Baltimore but so far a good neighborhood.

Living is good but there is lots of cockroaches It’s clean in the surrounding They try to clear up the maintenance quickly but my bathroom flush hasnt worked good no matter how many time they fix it

can give this place zero or less review if I could. I lived here for more than 3 years. The former management was not the best but still not as horrible. The new property only care about the aesthetics of the property nothing else.The property manager is extremely rude, is full of attitude and is never available even if u have appointments scheduled and will keep u waiting and very unapologetic about it. Had to deal with mouse infestation, mold, water leaking in our living room from lightbulbs literally, kitchen and bathroom roof, as well as overflowing of toilet, bathtub and kitchen sink you name it. (I got charged for all of this when I left when I had proof the leaks were from floor above and I had video proofs). They will add extra unexplained charges to your rent every chance they get. You will have to chase them down for even the slightest conversation. Maintenance is never available, even if someone shows up days later they will not fix anything just there to come look at the problem. The property manager will give u her word and doesn’t stick to it (promised us she will handle our maintenance issues properly and the next day she denied it and said there’s nothing she can do) Will blame the old management for an excuse if they can’t come up with good excuses. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this place. Your leasing office should not be your biggest stress factor.

At first, they said if I moved within a certain period of time, the application fee would be waived. However, they charged me the application fee anyway. I called my bank to dispute the transaction, but later they doubled the price and threatened to send it to collections if I didn't pay $400 just for the application fee, even though I hadn't stayed there.
