Mr.Larry & the maintenance staff is the best part of living here however. The water is frequently shut off without advance notice, leaving residents unprepared. Hallway carpets are dirty and not cleaned often. Inconsistency of information from the management staff. Different staff members have provided conflicting answers to the same question. It would be more effective and professional for the team to acknowledge when they do not have an immediate answer and commit to following up, rather than providing information that There is significant potential for improvement if management were to approach residents with empathy and professionalism. Kindness, transparency, and consistency would go a long way toward improving trust and community morale. It is perfectly acceptable for staff to admit when they do not have all the answers, as long as they follow through and communicate updates in a timely manner.

I’m grateful to have a roof over my head and I appreciate the maintenance staff here. However, the apartments themselves are outdated, even renovated apartments look like they just slapped a new coat of paint and replaced the appliances. The water is always being shut down, there isn’t an efficient fire system, the hallways typically smell horrible and the carpets need to start being cleaned daily. I also do not think management or owners care about residents. New tenants get perks while old tenants get astronomical rent increases with no care about how long they have been in the building or what a good tenant they have been. Lastly, they need to update the game room and ensure tenants can actually use all the games provided as well as get new ones!

The experience is good. All the maintenance people are very nice and the staff is also nice. The place is pretty clean and organized. There are some troubles within the building with the building maintenance but all the problems have been resolved quickly.

Overall, the complex is quite satisfactory. The only point I would like to bring to your attention is the absence of regular vacuuming or cleaning of the hallways on the floors. In my experience living in similar communities over the years, there was always a scheduled weekly vacuuming of all hallways, regardless of their apparent cleanliness. This regular maintenance helped to maintain a consistently tidy environment.

Wonderful location, very spacious and comfy, and overall a wonderful place to live! All of your needs are very accessible such as the availability of the front desk, the mail stop, parking, and even local businesses that you can stop by. All the neighbors are sweet and friendly, including building staff! Only complaint will be at times the walls can be thin in certain spaces of the apartment, but that’s it!

Clean apartment with good facilities and helpful staff, but the painting of the walls of the unit has been done perfunctory and the painting of the kitchen and bath cabinets are unfinished. They show visitors a search room with a printer which later you'll notice they know that it has problem and doesn't work. Also there is a coffee machine which is supposed to serv coffee to residents every day which is filled with coffee once in a month so at the end week of the month it finishes and there is no more coffee till next month.

I am living here since last 3 years and everything was amazing. Quick maintenance service, cool leasing staff and other staff, good location, 10 min walk to Penn station, 2 min walk to light rail station, and plenty of paid and free parking space.

Great vibe and security compared to many apartments near downtown. Safe for students. Good amenities, I like the fact that the packages or any orders are very safely delivered.

I just moved in but so far it's been great. Staff is super kind and helpful. The only complaint I have for now is that the AC fans are pretty weak, so they don't help much with cooling down.

It’s not the worst but also not the most amazing experience. They don’t tell you about the heat and ac seasons. You one get one key fob. The staff needs work there’s only one solid person in the leasing office.

The building is decent and reasonably priced, however management treat residents with utter contempt, which often verges on outright rudeness. There are also continuing problems with heat, air conditioning and hot water.

The best part about living here is the level of service provided by Larry! Jamal and the maintenance team also do a great job. The view, the pool, and underground parking are my favorite building features. In-unit washer/dryers would be nice. Lived here for 12 years with no intention of moving.

In my current stay if about 5 months, I have encountered paying over 1,000 dollars in my car getting towed. Tiny little neighbors that we can all call mice, and recurring days where my hot water is not working. They renovated the apartments but not the building know the difference. I have days where my clothing has has paint on it from the apartments not being polished with paint. The best part would be having access to the stores downstairs, which do close by time you get off from work if you’re 9-5, and having access to the gym.
