my experience here so far has been okay. Alot of my neighbors are loud and rude, had an occasion where my neighbor pounded on MY door because she had no way inside.

My experience has gradually gotten worse as the lease continues. Water was shut off for my entire building with no notice or reason nor an apology.

Staff are so helpful with personal situations with apartment work / apartment managemen, they both provide excellent work and communication . I personally love the great attitude and communication they give once they’re in contact with you .

I have lived here for 6 years, I have seen much improvement with the pest. Be aware this is a dog friendly apartment complex, there is dog poo all over the the grass. Residents don't pick up after their pets unfortunately.

Rent seems high. Wish they had a better intercom. Staff is friendly though. Hard to reach staff over the phone, and maintenance is sometimes very slow to respond.

I like living here. The staff is great and quick to respond. The only issues I have had is the water bill. I reached out to the service provider they use and requested info but never got it. My bill is lower now but seems like the water bill was really high for awhile. Other then that no issues at all

The apartments building I live in is quiet, all the people are nice. Leasing management is nice and helpful. Maintenance comes and fix this fast and efficiently.

So far so good. I’ve been in my apartment for 3 weeks now, anytime I need any assistance with anything, maintenance and the people who work the office are more than willing to assist me. One thing I would change is, when I call the office no one answers the phone.

Good place to live, the staff it’s very nice, the apartment was really spacious, we have a beautiful view. There’s a large area for kids to play on the grass

It’s okay but they take their time fixing anything. I wish they put locks on the doors to keep out possible people. They also need someone to come through and clean and mop the floors.
Everything has been so wonderful. Quiet space and area. It is very clean. When you need something they are there for you. No problems since I have been living here.

Be careful giving your money to places like this. They will never return your call after they've taken your money. They will advertise one thing but then give you something completely different than what is advertised and you will be stuck with it. Be prepared to not receive a response and if you do receive a response, be prepared for that response to be a lie. I have found that the maintenance team is very responsive. Unfortunately, this is an office management issue. It is absolutely the office staff. It is the most horrific and unprofessional experience that I've ever encountered. It would seem that the best thing that you can do is to take it to God in prayer and ask for Him to deal with this type of matter and these type of people for you. They obviously feel like they are above reproach from "poor" people. Even though you won't be paying "poor people" rent, you will be treated like nothing, only for giving them your hard-earned money and expecting them to deliver on their promises and contract.

Pest has been and continues to be the number one issue most residents experience living here. Maintenance responds to work orders in a decent time frame for the most part, there have been a few occasions where it took them weeks to respond. The walls are very thin, I live on the 3rd floor and can hear everything to peoples conversations to someone coming and going. Rent has increased and the quality of my apartment has not lol The pros in my opinion, close to gas stations, shopping center, liquor store, laundry mat, city bus stop, school bus stops as well and the neighborhood is pretty quite and safe for the most part

it was a good experience but it was kind of a hassle to move from first floor to 3rd floor do to bugs. we were accommodated very quickly so that was amazing. but we ran into other problems while in apartment but things were fixed fairly quickly.

My apartment is currently flooded and under 4 inches of water. I've put in several maintenance requests warning that this would happen but there is no such thing as maintenance here. There are roaches. I didn't have heat for 2 months this winter as no one knew how to fix it. This place makes me cry daily.

Issues with property damage the team will refuse to address. They put a sign by the dumpster saying it’s being recorded to prevent dumping but can’t in their parking lot where cars are being broken into- and won’t respond with a yes or no if you ask about installing cameras or flood lights. This company is buying up a lot of apartment complexes in the area, slapping cheap new hardware and a fresh coat of paint everywhere. Areas are poorly primed so that fresh coat will come up and you can see it wasn’t even cleaned prior to the landlord special. My move in process was butchered and I wasn’t charged properly for months until someone noticed- they didn’t address it with me, the tenant- and opted to try and charge me hundreds in late fees. Also check above the kitchen cabinets when touring any potential units- a pest problem was never discussed with me but they sure don’t mind leaving evidence behind of one. This place is not worth the cost, there are landlords that care more in this city so you don’t have to commit to the mass conglomerate one.

For the most part residents are respectful, I have had packages stolen from inside the building. People not cleaning up after their dogs is awful. Things broken since sometime have yet to be fixed.

It is very quiet and nice here. There are a lot of families who are all very nice and welcoming. It is in a great spot and the apartments are very nice.

I love my apartment! I only wish that my neighbors took more pride in where they live. Just cleaning up behind themselves and stop breaking bottles in the parking lot every weekend . This would be a much better place to live.

Building has roaches! The cabinets were all filthy! Shelving falling down. toilet didn't flush. Called maintenance 3 times to come fix, each time wasn't fixed properly. Had to have a family member come in and fix things that maintenance didn't fix or couldn't fix. It's only been a week and half and if I could leave I would!

My move-in experience wasn't good at all the apartment they gave me had many maintenance issues, and it was dirty whoever did the painting or the resurfacing on this apartment did a terrible job!

I started living in this community since 2019 and now it’s 2024, so that speaks for itself. Overall my experience has been positive one. In walking to the shopping center Mediterranean Island, several diverse restaurants, ice cream parlor, tattoo shop, adult beverage store , dentist and schools . It’s a nice community and people are friendly, which really appreciate.

Everything about these apartments are false nothing is being done. Property management is great but the maintenance is horrible. Nothing is being fixed or replaced in these buildings

The office has been helpful, i really dont have any issues with the place itself, I like my apartment and its convenience. The utilities seem a little high since they are more then what I was paying before I moved here and the place is smaller. I went from a 5 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment but the water bill is higher

Honestly not to bad of a place to love. Been here since November, the 1 complaint I do have is the roaches. I wish they would clean the place up more. Maintenance has been a small issue as well.

It's quiet around here and there is no craziness going on. I haven't had any problems with any of my neighbors everybody seems friendly and respectful. They keep up the grounds very well around here and the maintenance staff is very prompt when you need something done.
