Very comfortable apartment in a good location, with well-equipped common facilities in good condition. I've used the gym in particular and found it to be fully equipped for what I needed. The pool area is a bit small but cozy. Overall, the location, tranquility, and common areas are all very good.

Worst apartment I’ve ever seen regret moving here paint job is terrible the walls aren’t even textured they painted over a really dirty stove we said we didn’t want the power to the kitchen went out with us being here for 2 days
Im happy with the quiet living and community it's nice as well as the office staff are customer friendly Bri is very kind we enjoy walking around the pond and walking our animals a the dog park

I feel safe. Noise is limited. Parking is not great but that’s my only complaint. There is a great park across the street that is great for walking my dog.

Me encanta vivir aquí es muy tranquilo y acogedor
I like the people in the office they are very helpful. And a like the lil lake with fishes in there. But I'm very disappointed about the swimming pool, it is always dirty, and the spot in the parking lot. There is not camaras so sometimes there is people opening cars or hitting them.
The office staff is amazing! Ashley and Taylor are the best! Always there when you need them. I love how the office has wellness material and does breakfast from time to time.

I’ve been living out here for almost a year now and I love it. The ladies in the office are very attentive and understanding. The maintenance are always on time. I feel bad for the people moving in here. When you do a walk, notice how many empty apartments are around you. Everyone who has been here as long as all of us are just fed up!! Document everything that happens to you. I promise you’re going to need it. I have been here for 4 years and the list I have of the things these apartments have done to me is getting obnoxiously long. I have pictures and videos to go along with it and you probably need to start one too. From 3-4 day leaks to leaving me and my dog in 84 degree temps because “it’s not hot outside so it’s not a priority” to fix my a/c. Staff is super nice on the phone because they’re being recorded. But go in asking a question of some sort that you have an issue with, that’s usually their fault btw, you get an attitude. I’ve been super nice and my niceness hasn’t been reciprocated for a very long time. I’m fed up, I’m leaving, you should too. Matter of fact, don’t even come near here. You’ll get fed up like the rest of us!

Brizjane was amazing! She really helped throughout the entire process, and was both knowledgeable and friendly. There was an issue with the front door lock, and I told her about it. Right that moment, she sent the maintenance staff to take a look and the issue was immediately fixed. Everything inside the apartment was nice, clean, and well kept aside from a few minor problems like cabinets sticking or not shutting. Nothing major was wrong. I like the neighborhood. Everyone seems very friendly, but the only complaint i have at the moment, is that my neighbor above me is pretty loud and it sounds like kids running above me. Other than a few minor issues, I'm liking it so far!

I use to have great experience with the office and quick maintenance requests but it seems now they never answer their phones or get to me as quickly. I’ve been waiting on a window repair to fix my window that has never fully closed since I moved in.. They said they ordered a repair and it’s been a few months and they just forgot it. I have asked for a specific item that should be included in the dishwater 3/4 times and never got it. I asked them to fix 2 cabinets in my kitchen and they only fixed one.. Currently, I am waiting about 2 weeks now just to get my dryer fixed so I can do laundry in my own home. Every time I call it seems they never answer anymore. I love my apartment and the space and neighbors but I feel it isn’t the same.

Honestly great place for first time renters, the units aren’t very up to date on appliances and the units definitely need some new structural work, but overall nice community.

I’ve had multiple issues since I’ve moved in. I’ve been here not even two months yet and have had a maintenance request in for 6 weeks about my washer. I also have three other pending requests and no one has bothered to communicate with me about them.

Quiet little apartment complex, overall process and maintenance can be slow. Units are hit or miss some are newly renovated while others retain their original build, however prices will reflect that.

Estos últimos meses pésima administración. No responden los teléfonos, la alberca tiene 1 año descompuesta, no tienen suficiente personal de mantimiento, tardan mucho para atenderuna orden de trabajo. La renta aumentó de precio pero las amenidades que queremos usar no están disponibles, deberían de hacernos un descuento en la renta. Cobran 25 dlls por recolección de basura, y el personal no pasa por ella a la hora que debe de pasar. El alumbrado en la noche es deficiente, no funcionan las lámparas del condominio. El personal que tienen no habla español y necesitamos personal bilingüe. La administración dice no tener conocimiento acerca de esta App y dicen no saber aprobar canjes de puntos por recompensas, he intentado canjear puntos por una tarjeta de regalo desde febrero y el status dice aproval pending por la manejadora y voy a la oficina para decirles y dicen no saber nada de esto, que no me pueden ayudar, y tampoco están dispuestas a averiguar y aprender de que se trata.

The apartments are great, only issues are my upstairs neighbors and the fact that the pool isn't open even though there have been days with 100 weather

The staff is very Responsive and helpful! Anytime I’ve had a question I just go into the office and the ladies are able to answer it quickly!

Everything is pretty good, but maintenance tends to not be very good at their jobs! Takes a while for them to do a request. Other than that I would recommend ReNew Midland

I have been here now for 5 years and this was a really great place but for the past 2 years everything has gone down hill. The maintenance for repairs is very poor now and management keeps changing and i pay for trash service which we go weeks with out any service. This used to be a quiet community but now my neighbors are loud and smoke weed all of the time. This is not good especially for the families living here with little ones.

Not too bad of a place to call home. The valet trash is a hit and miss and we pay monthly for pest control services but we don’t get them monthly

Sometimes my issues get resolved quickly but more often than not I get ignored. Since the office never follows up I will follow up and the attitudes I typically receive come off as they don’t care and not helpful.

It’s always a good time.. I had an issue, took a week to fix my hot water and that’s only because I finally went to the office. Thankfully, the new lady was super sweet and kind and willing to help myself and my son. She did explain they were short on maintenance staff to help that so I understand. I truly appreciate her being active and working hard because we had our issue fixed that same day. Much appreciation to that front staff! :)

Friendly office staff. Maintenance staff could use improvement. Grounds are well kept. I'm not afraid to let my kids walk around the property at night

Very quiet and peaceful place to live. There is a park nearby for the little ones and plenty of parking. The trash valet services are on point when collecting.

Everything has been going extremely well. Neighbors are nice. Trash valet is nice. I just wish there was designated parking so there wouldn’t be so many issues with cars that are parked wrong taking up more than 1 space
