I am in my 15th year here. I love it here, and this is truly my home. Close to shopping, stores, restaurants. Alot of convenience and choices.
Nice quiet neighborhood beautiful pond well kept grounds pet friendly.Alyson and the lady who just came back from having a baby so cheerful nice friendly always professional and helpful . The maintenance staff quick to reply and fix what needs to be done in apartment ! Close to schools bus stop restaurants even grocery stores and gas stations within walking distance. I enjoy calling Renew Kentwood my home
I love the being by the water, it’s so peaceful and everyone is so nice. The location is everything, so many things so close and new things open up all of the time so that is good as well.
I have enjoyed living in this community for the past 6 years. Much has changed and hopefully they continue to make improvements. I have not experienced pest in the past 2 years so thank God for that.I am happy to be moving out, very bittersweet.

Such a nice place to live here. Apartment Located in 0.3 miles to Bus stop, 0.8 mile to Walmart. Clean atmosphere and a cooperative leasing staff, who responds immediately to your issue.

Terrible place to live. Took maintenance 6 months to fix our washer and i told them they need to let me know when they are coming in each time they came they walked right in with no heads up. As well as they said they would come look at our dishwasher so later on they told me everything looked good when they never even came. Only 3 washers and dryers for the whole unit and they are always broken or people leave their stiff in their for hours. hallways smell very bad. Just terrible experience. Four cars in the complex got shattered windows and stuff stolen including me and they said “oh well it happens” had no security footage

It's good with all amenities. Have all the stores like Walmart, Aldi nearby, also public transport is in walking distance. For children there is Kellogg Woods park nearby.

Very nice community but maintenance request take a while before addressing an issue. Ive been struggling with my dishwasher and every time they come to come check it out they say its fine but its not. It has ben leaking and no one has done anything about it

I am into my 15th year of living here at Renew Kentwood, formerly Kellogg Cove . I love it here. The nature and wildlife that surrounds this community, and the convenience of walking and stores and restaurants close by. I regret ever having to move, and hope i can afford to live here for a couple years yet. Rent is extremely high everywhere, especially for seniors no longer working. I love the remodeling that is gping on. The first time ever in the 14 years I have lived here. Come take a tour, and see for yourself what you are missing out on!

Lots of car breaks in and theft during the day and especially at night. Not a generally safe area. Apartment complex needs to install better safety measurements for renters and access to parking lots.

Having lived here for over 30 years this complex is home to me. For the most part I've been happy here. Things get fixed in a timely manner, except for the busted intercom system but I understand it's being worked on. Management have improved the outside appearance and are updating the apartments. I'd recommend friends to check it out.

Renew Kentwood is not just an apartment complex ,its a community of neighbors getting to know each other through the activities planned by Sue and Nicole.From movie nights to hot cocoa bar or just stopping in to say hello these 2 ladies are always available to us residents. The longer I have lived here, the more I love this community! Management has been updating so much including: the inside of each apartment, the landscaping, and the fantastic community grilling area that was installed over the summer. I love attending the monthly events (announced in the monthly newsletter), as they give everyone living in our community an opportunity to connect and get to know each other and the staff on a more personable level. Everyone so far has been friendly and neighborly, and the staff is driven to maximize the potential of this community. I haven’t yet mentioned that the leasing office frequently hosts raffles for the community members to participate in at no cost. Raffling off items like a popcorn maker, a ninja air fryer, gift cards, and even a flatscreen TV! I would absolutely recommend Renew Kentwood to anyone searching for a conveniently located, safe, and fun place to live!!

The leasing office is very friendly and communicative on any issue/question both prior to/after deciding to lease. As a first-time apartment renter, the attentiveness to prospective tenants makes it a glowing place to consider. The units may be small on paper, but they are very spacious and offer nice features to make it a great starter/ending residence. The service team is prompt to address issues reported. Looking forward to seeing how the rest of my first lease pans out.

I’ve been here roughly 7 months. Cabinet doors have fallen off twice already. Wood is split very badly. I’ve tried repairing it myself but haven’t had the best of luck. Gonna try using anchors next time. Seems like something that should’ve been taken care of better before I moved in.

It's been a good over all experience. Tons of updates to the buildings. Now after the buy outs we are able to have dogs now. Love the new brighter lights in the parking lot, tons brighter at night now

Very well kept grounds excellent staff Sue Nicole and Cameron very helpful and friendly. Quiet neighborhood close to bus line ,stores within walking distance. Great community to live at would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful friendly place to live,

My fiancé and I love living here! We could not recommend it more to anyone who may ask! We have no complaints! The grounds are so nice and well kept! We have no issues with the office at all!
Very thoughtful, loving community and neighbors also a great view. I’m pleased to say it’s very quite and even pet friendly. The pond is great.
