I like that the landscaping is kept neat and clean. The hallways don’t smell and are clean for the most part. Also this is the cleanest apartment I’ve moved into, i didn’t have to do much cleaning of myself.

I love the being by the water, it’s so peaceful and everyone is so nice. The location is everything, so many things so close and new things open up all of the time so that is good as well.

Such a nice place to live here. Apartment Located in 0.3 miles to Bus stop, 0.8 mile to Walmart. Clean atmosphere and a cooperative leasing staff, who responds immediately to your issue.

Terrible place to live. Took maintenance 6 months to fix our washer and i told them they need to let me know when they are coming in each time they came they walked right in with no heads up. As well as they said they would come look at our dishwasher so later on they told me everything looked good when they never even came. Only 3 washers and dryers for the whole unit and they are always broken or people leave their stiff in their for hours. hallways smell very bad. Just terrible experience. Four cars in the complex got shattered windows and stuff stolen including me and they said “oh well it happens” had no security footage

It's good with all amenities. Have all the stores like Walmart, Aldi nearby, also public transport is in walking distance. For children there is Kellogg Woods park nearby.

Very nice community but maintenance request take a while before addressing an issue. Ive been struggling with my dishwasher and every time they come to come check it out they say its fine but its not. It has ben leaking and no one has done anything about it

I am into my 15th year of living here at Renew Kentwood, formerly Kellogg Cove . I love it here. The nature and wildlife that surrounds this community, and the convenience of walking and stores and restaurants close by. I regret ever having to move, and hope i can afford to live here for a couple years yet. Rent is extremely high everywhere, especially for seniors no longer working. I love the remodeling that is gping on. The first time ever in the 14 years I have lived here. Come take a tour, and see for yourself what you are missing out on!

Lots of car breaks in and theft during the day and especially at night. Not a generally safe area. Apartment complex needs to install better safety measurements for renters and access to parking lots.

Having lived here for over 30 years this complex is home to me. For the most part I've been happy here. Things get fixed in a timely manner, except for the busted intercom system but I understand it's being worked on. Management have improved the outside appearance and are updating the apartments. I'd recommend friends to check it out.

Renew Kentwood is not just an apartment complex ,its a community of neighbors getting to know each other through the activities planned by Sue and Nicole.From movie nights to hot cocoa bar or just stopping in to say hello these 2 ladies are always available to us residents. Cameron and Alfredo the maintenance have done an excellent job when I need something fixed in my apartment .This complex is close to school within walking distance of the bus line,grocery stores and restaurants. This is a great place to live! Property is nicely maintained. Maintenance staff provides fast service whenever needed. Nicole and Sue are very helpful and always pleasant. They encourage friendly relationships with other tenants with fun get togethers. Happy to be here

Very friendly environment and the staff is always around to help when needed. People are respectful. Only problem is the trash is always full. it would be nice if they would invest in a larger dumpster

The longer I have lived here, the more I love this community! Management has been updating so much including: the inside of each apartment, the landscaping, and the fantastic community grilling area that was installed over the summer. I love attending the monthly events (announced in the monthly newsletter), as they give everyone living in our community an opportunity to connect and get to know each other and the staff on a more personable level. Everyone so far has been friendly and neighborly, and the staff is driven to maximize the potential of this community. I haven’t yet mentioned that the leasing office frequently hosts raffles for the community members to participate in at no cost. Raffling off items like a popcorn maker, a ninja air fryer, gift cards, and even a flatscreen TV! I would absolutely recommend Renew Kentwood to anyone searching for a conveniently located, safe, and fun place to live!!

The leasing office is very friendly and communicative on any issue/question both prior to/after deciding to lease. As a first-time apartment renter, the attentiveness to prospective tenants makes it a glowing place to consider. The units may be small on paper, but they are very spacious and offer nice features to make it a great starter/ending residence. The service team is prompt to address issues reported. Looking forward to seeing how the rest of my first lease pans out.
