First Day second day I moved in I had a water leak from the upstairs down into the dining area. There was a car blaring their horn so couldn’t sleep. Other than that, my leasing process was absolutely amazing!

The office lady is so good at getting my concerns met , the matience people are quick to fix and get to any work that is needed .theres hardly any wait for the job neeeded to be fixed .

Recently, maintenance response time has been significantly faster. I submitted two maintenance requests Sunday night and they showed up Monday morning.
ReNew might be the name, but that is not the renovations. The property looks like they just slapped on some paint and new floor tile,but left the old fixtures and countertops. Straight out of 1999.

If your considering holiday hill to be your next home you are definitely headed in the right direction . The staff here are so friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand . Very clean community and quiet . Lakisha has also been super helpful and not one time did she get frustrated with my move here also extremely helpful . I was pleased to see how staff checks on you after the move to make sure you are comfortable in your new apartment. Overall I love being part of the community!

Nothing gets fixed properly or in a timely manner. No maintenance on site you have to wait for someone from another complex to fix things. Wouldn’t recommend renting from here.

Great community! Nice friendly and safe . Anytime something needs to be fixed they do so and it doesn’t take them long to get around to it . Very clean as well

Quiet community, close to shopping and dining. Large apartment for a good price. Covered parking is a plus especially in the west texas summers.

Was nice in the beginning. I wanted to quit my lease and after texting Lakisha about an amount she blocked me . So , I had no knowledge of my price. I called the office and she said it was 5500 $ just to quit my lease .

The grounds are always clean and the neighborhood is very quiet also. When I walk my dog the fenced in area is always available and never crowded.
