Really helpful staff. Maintenance is very quick. Amenities are great, clean gym, pool. First apartment for my husband and I and really love it. Tabitha was great help.

I’ve just moved in and overall, my experience has been very positive. The location is fantastic and is in a nice and quiet area. The management team is responsive and helpful, quickly addressing maintenance requests and concerns.

Nice area. Friendly staff. Units are older and need a lot of work done. Luckily, maintenance team is great. Best part is everything is so close by (Wegmans, shopping centers, etc).

Darien's maintenance supervisor came to fix my bathroom toilet promptly with no delay. And told me what was wrong . He is a great employee you would think he had a staff of 10 but it is just him doing a 100% job the same as top-notch office staff. Kevin Watson 501 Eastview Terrace # 2

Overall very happy with experience living at Renew Harford. I do not have any complaints at this time. Would like to possibly see more equipment in the gym.

Very pet friendly and nice amenities. Good neighborhood. Residents are all very friendly. Maintenance has been very good as well. I recommend this community.

Run away. Management changes like the seasons here. My water bill has increased consistently since I moved in and now just basic utilities without BGE is like $135. They add that to the rent. My window has been leaking since the spring, was told it would be replaced and never heard a word. Since the old maintenance guy left, that’s been a joke too. They replaced my spigot in the kitchen and put it in sideways. I did get a new washing machine after mine finally was condemned. The dryer is the pits. Takes two cycles to dry. I could go on.

I have been here for less than a year and I have had to call maintenance for repairs more than I had to do at my last residence where I lived for over 15 years!

My experience has been positive so far. Property is well maintained. Very quiet neighborhood. Also pet friendly. The only thing I would suggest is a package locker room. Because if you package doesn't make it to your door someone will open it.

I have received multiple late notices from the office saying my rent is late. They are supposed to pull the rent from my account each month. They have done this for multiple years. I've left many messages and texts with no response to fix situation. Also, I put a work order in multiple weeks ago to have a board replaced on my balcony and painted. It still has not been completed and no update at all. Very displeased.

Excellent and friendly property management and maintenance staff! Great amenities and clean landscaping. Will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes.

I've just recently moved into Renew Harford a few weeks ago, but my experience so far has been wonderful! I love the layout and features of my apartment, the amenities are great, the community is well maintained, my initial maintenance requests were handled so quickly and efficiently, and Tabitha & Jean are absolutely terrific to work with!

The maintenance is great here. Very responsive. Sometimes the office is slow to respond. I feel safe in the neighborhood for the most part. Lots of places to walk your dog and love our dog park. Wish Xfinity was not the only choice for tv/internet service.

I really love living in this apartment community in Abingdon, MD. Our neighbors are very nice and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Not to mention it is dog friendly!

What a gem! Hidden in the spotlight. Small, quaint quiet and I’ve already met three neighbors and their dogs lol and that was just day one. The property manager Sam is so sweet! Loving the choice that I made.

This is a nice place to live and I feel safe here. There is adequate outdoor lighting and plenty of parking. Neighbors are all regular people with jobs, some with families. Dogs are allowed, which helped me make this my choice. The pool is lovely. Maintenance is awesome!

The leasing staff is helpful. Maintenance is responsive. However my car was stolen from this complex and there was no camera system or help with that situation. They need to have security because it’s happening often in the community.

I truly enjoy living at Renew Harford in Abingdon. The staff is always very nice and my fellow residents are nice as well. The pool is great during the summer as well.

Good memories here. You'll definitely feel like everyday is a vacation. The apartments are well spaced, even walk-in closets were thoughtfully designed. Complete gym, swimming pool with lifeguard, dog playground, and a play area for kiddie soccer. Even school bus stops at Renew! The office sits on top of rolling garden and the eye candy view of Crisfield. Instagram is in proper order! Also, Manager James is good mannered, Area Supervisor Kevin is trustworthy, funny, easy to talk to. If only these units are for sale, we'll stay forever!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The community is kept super clean by Kevin and James. Our first day, Kevin helped us fix all broken fixtures and made our move in easy and fast. The pool, gym and dog park are maintained great as well. The only downside is the thinness of the walls and the floor/ceiling and the transfer of sound between apartments. Not sure if the amount of noise is normal because at my old apartment I never heard footsteps and other peoples conversations through the ceiling. All in all we’re still settling in and have enjoyed it so far.

The move-in process was very simple. Between the online portal and the help of the leasing agent, Kristina, I never had any questions or issues that weren't resolved quickly. The apartment itself has a slightly strange floor plan in terms of finding a good furniture arrangement, but the recent renovations are more than enough for me to overlook that.

Apartment is good and spacious with a lot of storage. However, residents below/around us smoke weed and we can’t get the smell out of our place.

Just moved in. 50/50. Everyone is very nice. Return of phone calls an issue. Having issues with electric. My apartment wasn’t ready on move in day. But the surroundings are lovely. The porches need serious help, afraid I’m going to get a good size splinter. They look hideous.

quiet, clean and safe neigborhood. and the floor area is bigger not to mention it is cheaper compared to other aprtments. will definnitely recommend to friends and family if they decide to move here. very near to hospitals, shopping centers, schools and parks.

Easy application process and move in. Quiet community near the main roads and strip malls. Never issues with parking or difficult neighbors.

This complex has been horrendous the last year and a half we have lived here. The pool is almost never open. The water is “emergently” shut off at LEAST 4x a month. Mold in the kitchen and the team LAUGHS at you when you call to report. Rent goes up continuously (which is to be expected in an apartment) but the service is continuously declining. Horrible. Do not move here or waste your money. Wish I could put 0 stars.

I enjoy the neighborhood and I love my apartment. Any request is met quickly. There are some neighbors who leave trash bags outside over the weekend causing squirrels and other animals to tear into it.

I love my apartment great neighbors and great costumer service from the leasing office . I love the environment and the 24 hour Gym Access. Kid friendly!

Apartments are clean and well kept, wonderful amenities including the pool and the dog park. Staff in the office is very friendly and helpful with any problems or questions.

Fantastic location!!! It is 3 minutes away from 95, restaurants and shopping, and yet the complex is silent. There is no street noise. The buildings are older, with thinner walls and ceilings, so one does hear noisy neighbors and footsteps from above. Check out the apartment first. Some have new energy efficient appliances, while others have relics. Above the cost of the rent, there is an additional monthly for trash water etc. Expect around $55 for one person. It's more for more people. The internet cost is ridiculous, because there is only one provider, Xfinity. After the introductory period, I have been paying over $150 a month for just high speed internet. Xfinity has a monopoly, so they can set the price as they please. Finally, rent does go up at least $100 a year. If one has the money and can get 3rd floor apartment, it's a great place.

The staff really knows how to take care of you. Development is clean and quiet with friendly people. Plenty of things to do in the community love the center plaza.

Just moved in. Great so far. Like the space. Neighborhood is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Lived in country walk prior. These Apts are more modern and better equipped.

Its been a great experience so far for our first apartment. The people that I have meet are very nice. The dumpsters area are kept very clean.

Great apartment community in Harford County! Pet Friendly for sure. The staff and maintenance crew are very nice as well. Love going to the pool in the summer.

It’s not the best but it’s an okay place to live. To many extra charges every month on your rent bill. Only had to call maintenance twice and out of the two times, they showed up once. Nobody ever answers the phone in the rental office. After nine months here, I still don’t understand the extra $100 in fees tacked on every month.

Love the complex, the dog park, the amenities, the area. the people that work in the office are always so nice and helpful. Maintenance isn’t great.

The location is great! Some of the apartments have updated, energy efficient appliances, but not all. There is only one cable/internet provider, so the rates are very expensive (after the introductory rate). Both the maintenance and office staff are great. The rent increases upon lease renewal tend to be very high.

Clean, peaceful and quiet surroundings. Everything is accessible especially the school and the hospital where we work. We are pleased with our decision to get this apartment.

My experience here at The Douglass has been great. The management does a great job distributing information concerning the complex. The apartments are in good condition and it has all the amenities needed to enjoy the outdoors. It is also very pet friendly.

I have lived here for 5 years. Everyone who works here are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Any time I have needed anything, someone is always there to help. The Douglas at Constant Friendship is multigenerational and the people that I have had contact with are always friendly!

The building i live in may look nice but the quality of the apartments in this building is absolutely HORRIBLE
