The biggest issue was the carpet was not changed. Previous renters with a cat (which I am allergic to) had damaged the carpeting in all the rooms, mainly the guest bedroom, it is awful! All I smell when I walk in the apartment is cat pee. I also found cat food and cat hair throughout. And I was told the carpeting was cleaned three times. I'm still dealing with this issue! I was told the solution is to replace all the carpeting however, I would be responsible for moving my own belongings. Not the best solution after the fact. I've already had to push to get the dishwasher replaced and now I'm working on getting a new dryer. The dryer is burning my belongings.

I just moved in and throughly enjoy the apartment complex so far! The residence manager was very kind and helpful. Maintenance processes and responds to maintenance requests very fast. Facilities are clean and well kept.

It’s been good so far, there are friendly people we have already met! I have no bad complaints about this community. People seem to be friendly for the most part. I live here in the two bedroom style with a yard with my girlfriend and friend. Even though there's three of us in there, I still feel like I have my own space and there is enough storage for all of us. I really like the style of the apartment and there is a great amount of parking spaces if we ever want to have friends and family over.

For the most part everyone here follows the rules. There are a ton of residents that smoke on the property and especially near the playground now that the weather is starting to get warmer outside. This is a huge issue as this property use to be a smoke free environment, which was one of the reasons my family choose to live here. I have chronic asthma and to have people smoke when kids are playing at the playground they're putting not only my children but all the children to second hand smoke. The new lady has a very nasty attitude and doesn't like to listen to our concerns and issues that we have. For example the yellow jackets are back and I wanted them to call pest control to spray my backyard again so my tiny tots can play back there but my husband was told we don't do that here if you want them gone you can go to Home Depot. What is the point of paying a pest control fee every month if we can't request to have our pest gone?

Overall, pretty nice place to live! Great for families, very quiet, and there is a lot of outdoor activities to partake in on and around the property. Maintenance cuts corners sometimes, but its not that bad. Front office people are nice and helpful, and don’t get annoyed when I come in asking questions.

The people here have always been incredibly nice and accommodating! I’ve really enjoyed my time living here with the amenities, the area, all of that, but we’ve had a lot of issues requiring maintenance requests. Maintenance has always been as timely as possible, but the amount of work orders we had to put in felt excessive.

I have enjoyed this community. They are good with communication and will work with you to solve problems as quickly as possible. I will say we have had some significant maintenance issues while living here but maintenance handled them as fast as possible.

Renew East is a nice complex. The staff are friendly and the maintenance people keep the common areas nice. It has a nice pool and fitness center. Maintenance needs are addressed in a timely manner. The apartments have nice closets in them and having a washer and dryer in the unit is a major plus. I would recommend these apartments.

So far, so good. Neighbors are mostly quiet and conscientious. One neighbor had dogs that go bananas whenever you walk by the building and their owner isn't around, but it's not happening at unreasonable hours so it's really not too bad. Amenities are nice and well maintained, and I enjoy the proximity of FACE and the gas station, plus being removed from most of the city is cool. I don't mind the drive to the store, and I definitely appreciate the access to the natural environment and how quiet it is around the complex.

This is a really nice complex with nice amenities. Overall the staff are very nice. The apartments themselves are nice except the exterior doors especially since they are exposed to the outdoors. They let in the slightest noise, are not airtight, and are not very secure. The biggest disappointment is the lack of loyalty to current residents. Shameful to raise the rent on current residents. Rent should stay the same and not be raised for residents willing to renew their lease.

A very nice apartment complex. The grounds are always kept up nice and the folks in the office are friendly. It is quiet and has a nice pool as well as a dog park and fitness center. The apartments are spacious and have a lot of closet space. I had an issue with my A/C and the maintenance guys came the very next day!

I have lived here for 3 months. The apartment is very nice with nice amount of closet space and additional storage. The staff are very nice and the facilities folks keep the place nice. It is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. There was a small issue with my dryer and it was fixed the very same day! I would recommend this community.

I have enjoyed living ReNew East. The renovated apartments are very nice. I have enjoyed using the equipment I the workout room. The clubhouse is very nice as well.

I enjoy living in a community with all the amenities this residency has. I enjoy the air conditioning in summer. the maintenance team is always friendly as well as the office staff. The text and email notices are good to have.

I'm not thrilled with new management. The snow was not plowed from some walking areas- the gym is not kept up. There has been dirty toilet, no hand sanitizer, no paper towels nor toilet paper at times. My neighbors are a nightmare. They fight- scream and do drugs.. it's a shame- it's such a nice area!

So far I have had a great experience here! Especially compared to my last complex I'm happy that there is always available parking. And I use the gym often which is a big plus.

Everybody is nice just a lot of loud dogs that bark at night and early morning. There is a lot of space to park Even when you have company. Park is nice

Renew is a nice quiet community with nice size apartments and plenty of parking but thin walls and my bedroom doors don’t actually close but it gets the job done

Love this place. Love the atmosphere and the location. The only thing is that towards the evening its hard to find a parking space when you need one.
