Pretty mellow, just a lot of dog poop every where, you can tell that some dog owners don’t pick up there poop and it’s very nasty to look at.

My unit is great! Maintenance has been slow and I still don't have a mail key, but the ladies at the front office have been kind and when things are fixed, it's pretty nice. I'm fortunate to have the almost-perfect unit for me.

Needs to increase the security last year security was romeing around the community till midnight.But now a days not seeing any of them and more theft also happening like broking car windows, stolen car wheel, number plates .

Located at a very nice place , closed to all our daily needs places. VTA station is outside the community. No gated community, so security is a concern.

ever since I moved in; I have enjoyed coming home every day, a very welcoming residence with a perfect location. I really enjoy being so close to the malls highways and convenience stores in the neighborhood, plus the coinless washing machines and the pool with the gym integrated in the community. this is the first time that I've ever liven in the reNEW apartment complex and it has a very enjoyable experience so far, and my appreciation to all the staff that made my move in and stay a welcoming one.

Pretty good it's quiet and calm area. Love seeing kids be kids playing outside even my son goes out to play. Definitely recommend these apartments they also fix anything broken within two days in my experience

Parking lot is always full. we have to park outside all the time.garbage is always full our ac is so old we can't even used it we reported it so many times but they won't replace it

The amount of hospitality I’ve seen and experienced since becoming a resident at Renew apartments has been outstanding. Since the first day my partner and I have moved in, the renew community was more then helpful with lending a hand while unloading our belongings and directing us to locations when we we were first learning the area. The maintenance team has been more than helpful and quick to repair any problems with our unit, As well the management team is friendly and open to any questions/concerns when brought to their attention. They are pet friendly and they have many accessible doggy waste stations available making cleaning up after pet a breeze.

I love this apartment, it is located on the most convenient location in San Jose. Firstly public transportation is easily accessible, secondly all the major grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, boba places are in walking distance. Everyone is extremely nice at ReNew Berryessa. No one causes any issues with one another. The apartment complex is well maintained by a friendly crew of workers. Pets are permitted at this apartment complex and when nature comes calling there are bag dispensaries garbage disposal areas.

The community is great it’s nice and quiet. Lots of street parking available if you have visitors over. The pool is a nice decent size and the laundry room is well kept and always clean

The new administration is making the property look better and better. I love that. Also I feel like the office crew really cares about the residents because they are very kind and helpful. I specially like how much our safety is valued, it shows with the new locks everywhere and the new parking permits.

Apartment was near to VTA and some grocery stores. Safeway and CVS pharmacy was in walk bull distances. Staff and maintenance was good. Few minutes drive to great mall outlet stores.

Been here 3 years. It's home close by to malls shops schools. Close to the freeways. Many restaurants parks. 15 min away from the airport. ??

I’ve enjoyed living here since November 2019. It’s been a great experience. I get a quiet nights rest after a days work . The well maintained amenities are a plus . My neighbors are friendly and it’s a dog friendly property as well. The new property staff are amazing. They’re quick to respond in the event of any need that you should address regarding property. I’d definitely refer anyone searching for great place to live , to head over to ReNew Berryessa .
