My move in was 10 days ago and everything seems ok so far. I requested maintenance for a leaky fridge and broken screen door and that has not happened yet. I also do not have a trash can yet for valet trash (which was on my bill for this month) Otherwise, all is good.

We just moved in and leasing office has been so nice and accommodating and the apartment is beautiful! We set up fast and neighbors have been very friendly and we love our new home so far! Love the area for my dog she loves walking around here and loves the new digs as well! Everyone is friendly around here residents and office people included!

nice quiet place to live everything is kept up and maintained, they are quick if you need a repair and they have events for the entire community to come out and socialize, like food trucks coming in, pit beef cook out plus other gatherings. My 3 years here have been great.

I just moved in an everyone in the office was very nice and polite. Every neighbor I've run into has also been super nice and welcoming. The apartment is beautiful and the noise level is minimal. So far I love it here!

Okay, not the best. Glad to be moving out. I don’t recommend for anyone at all. I wouldn’t even live here for over a month. The neighbors are there worst.

Super Friendly Neighbors!! First day of move in, many people introduced themselves. One neighbor even helped us move out heavy dining table.

Do not rent here if you want any maintenance request completed in a timely manner. I moved in July 2024 and placed a maintenance request for a window to be replaced because it didn’t close all the way. I honestly didn’t follow up on it because I put curtains up. I was not contacted until APRIL OF 2025 for them to come measure the window for replacement. The window is now scheduled to be replaced June 2025 almost a full year after the request was made. My AC has been not working for over a week now in an EXTREME HEAT ADVISORY. I came to realize if I’m not calling everyday to follow up there is no one actually calling the ac maintenance contractor to get it fixed. They provided one portable AC unit that only slightly cools one room in the entire apartment. The thermostat in the house reached 93 degrees as I am now on DAY 11 with no central AC and they refuse to provide an additional portable Ac unit. I can’t even make food in the kitchen without getting dizzy. It’s unbearable.

Other residents are friendly, it is clean and spacious. We came from a not so good complex to here and our moods have changed night and day. The leasing agents also live here to which proves that it is a place where you can live if their own employees live here

Apartment smells like weed and cigars almost every single night. Other neighbor blasts music with heavy bass late into the night multiple times a week. I STILL HAVE OPEN MAINTENANCE TICKETS FROM 8 MONTHS AGO

The office team is nice and friendly . My apartment is nice I never hear my neighbors. The hallway always clean. Maintenance is nice and free send text messages asking if they can come in if you not home. The gym is nice and always clean and smell goods. The valet trash man is nice and friendly.

The staff is friendly and prompt. i had a maintenance emergency and they had someone out within the hour to help me out at 10 at night. they’re prompt with communication, i never have to wait too long to hear from someone when i have a question or a concern.

Quiet place and staff are friendly. Will like to see more lighting around the complex. Too many dark spots. Will like to see security around the complex as well. Too many people walking around late at night.

Just moved in. Loving it so far i was given a discount on my rate due to the place not being able to be renovated but it’s still nice wish there was light fixtures in the bedroom.the leasing office is very friendly love the pool!

The property is very clean and quiet. The pool and fitness room is a plus and the clubhouse is a nice place to relax. Cleaning ladies does a great job keeping the property together

Very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors and office is easy to get a hold of and maintenance is always on point fixing your issues. Love the pool. Dog park, fitness room and how ReNew always have different events going on.

Great place to live. Amenities are great, the holiday events and food trucks are great. If there is ever an issue it is always fixed in a timely manner.

Can sometimes hear neighbors, but not so much that it’s bothersome. More like a little reminder that we have neighbors. I’m home during the days but it doesn’t disrupt my sleep either way.

Love my apartment and the community and most of all the friendly faces that work in the rental office. I am still waiting on a couple things to be fixed or to be addressed but overall, I am happy to be here

Great Maintenance Workers George and Devin are awesome. They came in, assessed my concerns, and fixed them without too long of time. They even took time out to explain to me some problems that may have caused the breakdowns. Cleaned the areas in which they worked and kept things to a minimum. Best maintenance people that I ever had.
