Property Ratings at ReNew Andrews I & II
Started off good staff was nice. As I started to make maintenance reports they started to be rude and disrespectful. I have had multiple problems with my ac along with a few other things. I ask for an exterminator for the roaches that are coming out of the hole in the wall. they just told maintenance to cover the hole and the pesticide person was coming in two weeks. Which I pay for every month and only see them every 3-5. I also found mold in my apartment and asked for a mold test and the report was closed within 30 minutes of the maintenance guy showing up to work.
The apartments here are extremely unkept. Maintenance fails to fix anything on time, if at all, and does a poor job of it. The staff is extremely unorganized, lazy, and greedy. They will only do there job if they will profit from it, other than that they are useless. They treat people differently based on some conditions that I don’t know of, and unfortunately, as a current resident, I was one to be treated horribly. Horrible place and horrible staff
Current resident! Very dirty! Poor maintenance! We wish we could just leave. Cannot stand it. If you have any other choice do not hesitate to take it! Thank you for reading our review and good luck to everyone in need to rent a place!
Current resident of 2 years now and absolutely love it! Very calm, affordable, quiet, and clean apartment complex. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable office staff and very helpful maintenance crew. If any issues ever come up they take care of it right away in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely suggest and recommend this apartment complex !
I moved in on November of last year and its been Fantastic here. Whenever I have a problem with something they do not hesitate to fix it. There is nothing but love and support from the office
