I love the leasing team they have been so helpful and made my family happy. I made huge choice to move from area that wasn't cutting it for us! It isn't easy to move from one house to another but Renew help me in this journey. Renew understood my stress and had nothing but kind words of understanding and my distance coming back and forth to the office from one part of town to another so my appreciation to the staff on McKee is huge, thank you for options to make it much easier for me by assistance in this change. My persistence to keep pushing forward wasn't so difficult because of Renew staff. I absolutely love the apartment we live in now. Thank you guys Nancy, Martha and other ladies in the office. They all are amazing.

Really clean and great community, it’s super easy to submit a facilities ticket with a fast turnaround, but sometimes it can be difficult trying to get in contact with the leasing office.

So far I have had a lovely experience here at this property, aside from a loud neighbor, and some mild repairs needed, everything has been as expected and our neighbors are very friendly!
Well maintained grounds, polite staff; not always the most prompt but they do their best to take care of any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Lived here for about 10 years unfortunately. The area has been getting bad through the years, several car break in's. Also management here is not great, they seem to not be able to keep management around for to long. So it's never consistent. There was recently a fire back on Oct.2020 and let me tell you, management sure as hell did not care about the residents affected. Talk about no empathy not even a letter to us residents stating " We are so sorry for what has happened, we know it's a tough time right now. we can help with........, or any letter with updates. " We did not receive any assistance. This is what triggered me to leave these apartments, I don't want to live in a place where me and my family don't feel safe and have no support. So be very cautious when choosing to live here all they care about is themselves and just getting your money. Also deposit maybe be cheap, but don't expect to get it back, half of it will go to hiring a cleaning company, regardless if you leave your apartment spotless. These apartments are definitely not worth the money!
Moving during a pandemic was stressful enough, but the PTW team made it a breeze. Im incredibly thankful we moved into these apartments; the complex is clean and quiet, neighbors are respectful, the maintance team is friendly, and the leasing office has quick turnaround for responses. Could not ask for better!
Nice clean comfy apartment in a great location at a reasonable price. What's not to like? Feeling very happy here.
