This is a community of many different nationalities when we look out for one another without putting in overall it's very peaceful. I just wish the point system would be easier to Redeemer card I wasn't able to redeem my last one as far as living here I've enjoyed it

just moved in & so far it’s great. absolutely love my unit. there has been one or two issues with small things needing fixed but other than that it is great. laundry is very easy to do & the app is easy to use, the gym & pool are very easy to find.

Nice and clean apartment Leasing manager is very kind and nice person . The environment in the leasing is very nice and clean . Every thing in our apartment is new .

This has honestly been the smoothest move process! So greatful to be here , The office staff has been truly so accommodating and kind! I highly recommend this complex!

Good staff and our neighbors mind their own business and don't make too much noise. The scenery is beautiful too with the big trees and the well-maintained lawn.

This is a great place to live! Apartment is a perfect size and layout. I love that it's quiet. Management is great! I will stay here until I can afford a house.

People just letting there dogs out to go poop or walking them and not picking up the poop! Dog poop in front of my door, on walk way , or in plant area stinks kids stepped in. I believe all owners need to be fined. It has to stop it’s so disgusting.

We are 100% satisfied with our stay at Apartment Renew 4247. The apartments are spacious, well designed and comfortable. The laundry room and the pool are always clean and functional. The territory is beautiful, well maintained and clean. The location is great, everything is nearby, including the school. The staff is very polite and friendly. Maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. If you are looking for a place where corporate money is not required, then this place is definitely Renew 4247.

We have been living in this apartment for the second year, and we like everything without exception, it is quiet and cozy here. The staff is wonderful. Priscilla, the face of this apartment, will always help, will not refuse anything. Further prosperity to you, friends.

Besides the initial maintenance that needed to be done of my apartment the first week, living in this complex has been such a joy. Everyone is so nice and The quality of the complex is top-notch!

I like living here. Priscilla and Brittany are fantastic managers. The grounds are clean maintenance. Takes care of everything on time. It’s close and convenience to shops and businesses.

Absolutely love it here. I am going on my third year here at the renews and I absolutely love the community. The neighbors are great. The staff is very helpful maintenance when you call is Always on time

Good place to live over all. Good staff and maintenance help. I like the upgrades they've made in the surrounding areas where we live the trees beautiful and the grass are done well.

After submitting my request, maintenance resolved my issue. I only had to reach out to them once theough the online portal. They respected my time and feedback.

I love it. Great area little complex that's right knit and great leasing office workers. From everything I've seen so far there really helpful people who are in tune with the community and always on top of everything!

Been great quiet and peaceful. Me and my family love how everyone is nice. I love the gym it’s roomy you can play music in there and you get a great gym pump from home!!

Beautiful area to live it, staff are really nice and gets back to you fairly quickly. The maintenance are really nice and helpful. Too bad there isn't any 3 bedroom here it would of been great.

It would be so much better if gym was open 7 days a week. I think it’s unfair for some people scheduling. That is my opinion. I would like to seee that happen.

I've lived here over 3 years now and couldn't be happier! The layout of my apartment is perfect for me and I love having an extra bedroom to use as I wish!

Overall safe place to live staff is attentive and maintenance is great they come and help you right away but of course the rent is very high everywhere and that's disappointing.

The apartment here is nice and quiet. Especially after hours, the property is clean and neighbors are friendly, welcoming. The majority of the property is family oriented and is nice to be outside.

I like living here because the property is well-maintained. Maintenance issues get handled quickly. The young lady that works the office. Priscilla is a very sweet, young lady maintenance or great anytime you have an issue it’s handled very quickly.

It’s been amazing ! Lovely community and management. i love the gym area it’s great for my workouts and i can’t wait to check out the pool during the summer!

Love the pool! Maintenence workers are extremely friendly and do quick work of any problems, when they can't fix it we get promised they will get it resolved quickly which they have done time and time again.

It’s been such a great place to live, and it’s very family friendly. All of the neighbors are very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend a friend if looking for a new place to live

Renew 4247 is a nice location for schools and shopping. It's easy to take a walk around the block for a quick bite to eat or to run errands. The apartments have a pool for the summer and a nice small gym. There is also a laundry room that is convenient. There are many kids that know each other that play all around with each other with all the parents looking out for them all together. It's a nice community.

Could be worse, but definitely not the greatest. Cameras and security don't really help when people break into our cars and dump their trash (ehich we get charged for) in the dumpsters. Rent keeps going, yet I have the same torn and bumpy carpet, ugly linoleum and janky cabinets and bathtub that the orginal Renter had 8 years.

A clean and quiet community. The leasing office is open 5 days a week and has an onsite manager always available to help you. Security also patrols the vicinity and are available on call whenever they are needed. Great amenities and very spacious apartments.

Move in was very good! Pricilla helped us out a lot and was very helpful. Apartment is very nice as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

All of the staff and maintenance team has been super nice and very helpful with our move in! And our apartment looks great so far!! I can’t wait to start decorating !

Great community helpful staff and also kid and pet friendly. Management tries to keep community engaged with health and wellness classes. Community get togethers and holiday events

Love the staff .they are absolutely amazing anytime I have a problem it gets taken care of right away. Dustin the maintenance technician is a sweetie. And the young lady in the office is a very nice young lady.

Front office staff is great. Only thing is little hard to get them to answer the phones. Move in process was smooth they even left a little goody bag of cleaning products. Apartment was super clean and nice. As advertised

Overall, Renew 4247 is a decent place to live. The maintenance is handled promptly, the ammenities are up to date and accessible, and the community is nice.

A Work In Progress. Tenant/staff communication needs a lot of improvement. Area not secure from stragglers. Professionalism with certain contracting staff is non-existent. Rent rates fluctuate often with late notice. Needs a lot of work still.

First time moving and living in an apartment complex. Overall the experience has been great. The neighbors are very kind and welcoming, it’s definitely kid and family friendly. Maintenance and office staff have also been friendly and easy to deal with. No real complaints the neighborhood is also very nice and convenient with an elementary school across the street and surrounding area are plenty of stores including grocery and pharmacies.

I enjoy living here so much. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. It’s not even loud and you would think it would be since there is two school a crossed the street.

I’ve lived here for the last three years and I’ve enjoyed it here. So close to stores and schools. I you end up staying here you’ll also enjoy living here.

I love it here. So peaceful and nice. The neighbors are always friendly. My son has lots of kids to play with. Very home like environment. I have been here 3 yrs and continue to enjoy this place.

Brittany and Pricilla (all staff too) were amazing. The complex is very well maintained and the pool is so refreshing. Laundry is state of the art and super convenient. I love having so many local shops and eateries walking distance. Great place ?? to live.

It has been okay. There is a lot of police and crime though. First night in apartment someone smashed car windows put. Ad 2 days ago there was a shelter in place with police everywhere because of someone in the apartments.

Great management (Brittnay), when I put in an order for something to have fixed, Steve gets there as soon as possible, or else I get word rather it's by phone call or text. This complex has changed for the best in my opinion. I've been here from 2009 to present, I fill safe now.

Its quiet and people are great here the gym is nice and clean the managers are so nice sometimes me and my family would go and give them food and they would love ittt

Very helpful staff from the beginning of our tour and showing up to our move in. Fixed whatever we listed that needed fixing and communicated with us very fast and efficiently. Neighbors were also friendly and welcoming.

New Owners of the complex. The pros: Communication via email from Office has been a nice improvement. Cons: Still waiting on our replacement mailboxes to be installed. We have not had mail service here for over 2 months due to the mailboxes being damage from break-ins. How long are we expected to go without mailboxes? Driving to the post office to get mail every time is getting very old. The laundry room use to be so clean. It's now a mess every time I see it. More trash around the complex. We've always had an issue with trash all over the place, definitely seems worse now. It finally felt like they were getting a handle on the trash around here before the new company took over. Landscaping - Bushes are overgrown, need attention. I'll update my review in a few months to see how things progress.
