Withamsville exists as an unexpected springboard into the rest of suburban Cincinnati. The town is just 17 miles east of Cincinnati and just shy of 15 miles east of the Kentucky border. There's trash everywhere. I can't believe how much this place is going down fast. I've been here almost 8 yrs & used to be very clean the outside is horrendous. I hopebthe cleanliness gets better.

Clean & quiet neighborhood.c Close to numerous stores & highway. (Still very quiet )Maintenance requests easy to submit & is responded by quickly & they are very nice & easy to get a hold of. Very pet friendly & with a dog park. Lots of sidewalk area to walk, ride around the apartment complex. Prices not bad for apartment comparing to others . If I had anything negative to say it would only be wish there was a pool.

I enjoy the community and love my neighbors. The only thing I would like to see change is better consistency in common area cleanliness. The landscaping is always kept up. I also like that there are online seminars for different things. I think that is much needed to a lot of people these days.

I love my new updated apartment! I love that it feels more like a community and for the most part I really like my longer term neighbors. The maintenance and property are both maintained well and I enjoy the fact that the property hold special events.

I feel like things could be alot better. Apartments are run down, every building needs new windows and screens. The amount of dog poop you have to walk over is gross. Bald patches bad and everywhere in the grass. Every week there is some kind of new rule. I used to enjoy living here. Have been here for 5 years, but the past 2 have been not great. They mention a playground on apartments.com, but there is no playground.

The Re/New apartments are a great place to live. The apartments are mostly sound proof. I never hear my neighbors through the walls or ceiling or floors. Believe me when you can, it is very annoying. I feel the apartments are solidly built. The staff here keep the grounds in good shape. If one needs maintenance, it will be done in a timely manner. I have no complaints.

Newly updated, which has been a blessing in the world of apartments however there are some hardware issues with exterior doors and windows and screens to these are not all updated. Some have little holes where bugs, including but not limited to wolf spiders, lady bugs, and stink bugs, have gotten in to the apartment. Besides this point the apartments are nice and enjoyable community to be a part of.

I've had nothing but a good experience living here. No problems in the community and maintenance is right there whenever you need them. They keep updating the complex so its just getting better around here.
