Tej only good thing about the community is its location. It is situated near the domain. Even if someone does not have a car, there are public transport options with cap metro pickup trucks and buses. Grocery stories are nearby. The amenities are not very good. The gym is basic. Rent is expensive when you renew. For new people it is cheaper.

it is nice and quiet here. i've rarely ever had an issue and if i have had an issue the team has been right on it, even if it was a holiday.

Really good management. Apartments are in a good location. Appliances are a bit outdated, even for the "remodeled" units. Countertops for the "remodeled" units are just painted over, not real stone. Parking is awful. There are too many garages that take up a lot of space that could be used for regular or carport parking. Couldn't find any reserved parking spaces near my unit so finding parking after coming home from work is kind of a free for all. They have really good internet options, you can get set up with at&t fiber which was kind of a convincing point for me. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Plus, there are a lot of shopping/eating options all around which is really nice.

Everything is amazing living here! Super clean, nice people and office staff are amazing. I would only recommend new gym equipment and making towing a requirement. Have several cars that don’t move AT ALL and they are taking up spots.

It's good, but could be better. Wish we could hang up things on our patio and have better communication with USPS since we are having problems with them delivering to the wrong apt or rejecting packages at the leasing office. Overall, it is good and never had a problem with my neighbors.

I have lived at this property for 3 years and I love my apartment. What I love most is the great communication with the office staff. They are all really friendly the Iselda has always been so nice to me and my wife. The maintenance are really good and friendly. The new renovated pool it’s always clean. Thank you for the Father’s Day event we enjoyed it.

Condescending management. Unfriendly, loud neighbors. However, the maintenance requests were handled quickly. And the floor plan was decent. I restored the kitchen cabinets as they were in terrible shape when I moved in. I made the place better, lol, yet management treats people like garbage. :/

Nice, big, and clean apartments in a quiet area. Close to everything on the north side of town. Office is always fast to get maintenance request done. Love the quiet area we live in

Great place to live, maintenance responds promptly. Gate is broken most of the time but seems they try to fix it. The pool was recently refurbished right in time for summer.

Thank you for recognizing our efforts in maintenance and the pool resurfacing. We apologize for any inconveniences caused by the gate not being quickly fixed. This is mostly always due to the time it takes to process claims with the vehicle's owner insurance company. If the gate is broken its more than likely a residents/visitors rushing to enter/exit our community. We wish there was a way to avoid this issue as well. Again, thank you for your 5-star review.
Living at renaissance has been alright. There are issues with apartments like roaches, appliances being old, etc. But the neighborhood is great.

Wish community had events and updated amenities. More upgrades seem to be going to the external ares of properties instead of pool and gym. But maintenance is amazing request are answered and fixed timely.

Gates are always broken, staff is unfreindly, neighbours are unfriendly, have heard loud party noises at late nights. Bare minimum amenities, they don't even let you take a look at the apartments you are going to rent - so you just have to hope that you get a good one. Appliances are from the stone age. No events are ever done - no sense of community

Often, simple misunderstandings or explanations of policies/procedures can be construed as negative or as a member of our team exhibiting rude behavior, however, please rest assured that such is not the case, as we aim to provide a pleasant living environment for all. While you are correct in your assessment that the gates have malfunctioned, unfortunately, the vast majority of the times this is the case, is a direct result of improper use such as people exiting through the entrance and vice versa, or residents/guests trying to rush through and colliding with said gates. Again, we thank you for your feedback, and ask once again that you not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have!
