From the moment I set foot in Registry At Windsor Park, I knew it was where I wanted to call home. The grounds are well kept, with lush landscapes and a large pond that offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I’ve leased with Registry at Windsor park for the past year. The property is beautiful- inside the unit (Augusta), as well as the grounds; located near the beach, great restaurants, and shopping! The gym (fully stocked I might add) and other resident amenities are always clean, safe, and easily accessible for residents. I especially appreciated the support of office staff Lena and Holly. Overall Excellent Experience.

I absolutely loved living at the Registry. I was sad when I had to move out of the state. My apartment never gave me any problems and Kaitlyn in the office was always a pleasure and easy to work with. She always organized really fun events where I got to meet my neighbors, who are now my lifelong friends. I recommend.

I have been a resident here for 1 1/2 years and recently transferred to a new apartment in the same property. I love the view and the property is very quiet and neat. The best part is the leasing and management team who will go above and beyond to help you with the move. Kaitlyn and Hollie are very helpful and supportive and I am glad that I have chosen to stay here.

Staff was helpful and cared about my needs. The apartment was spacious with a screened patio and lots of upgrades. There were a lot of workers outside at the tennis court, pool and on the roof. You can see management is working to keep this place nice.

Hello, I would like to express my personal experience with the Registry At Windsor Parke was a most exciting and enjoyable experience done to the professionalism and expertise quality of care from the staff employees are knowledgeable kind and polite. The property is exquisite well kept clean quiet and comfortable. I had high hopes in anticipation of leasing one of the gorgeous units there unfortunately I did not meet some the the qualifications. Even though I did not meet some of the criteria the extended over and above their obligation tried to to refer me to possible other affiliated properties was a kind gesture I have not experienced in my still unfruitful search. This apartment complex has been wonderful the 1.5 years we have lived here! We are only moving due to work. From the get go - moving from VA to Jax, they made the process so easy and answered all of our questions. Everything is quick and the staff has been fabulous. A lot of residents have lived here for a long time and it shows.

Mayo Patients, do not sign a lease here in case your medical team decides you need to return to your home of record for further treatment which could happen anytime. They charge 2 months rent to break your lease and will not work with you or your team to let you go. Mayo will not recommend them.
These apartments are PERFECTLY located on the East side of Jax. 10min from Jax Beach ocean waters and a great music community. 10min from a fantastic Town Center for shopping. 30min into downtown Jacksonville which boasts a strong banking and insurance business for great job opportunities and a wonderful city of the arts. Within an hour of St Augustine *voted one of 10best holiday destination in the world! The apartments have all been completely renovated and the view of the lake, florida forest and Windsor Park Golf Course is fantastic! A great pool area and gym are complimented by the amazing property management who are exceptional in efficiency and good spirit. The neighbors are wonderful and the flora and fauna that surround this beautiful space make it a PERFECT apartment!
Huge bedrooms, huge living room and porch. Bathrooms are easy to "go" to.
