It is a perfect experience with the excellent quality of good environment. And with satisfactory customer service and support from apartment management.

I love it here. I've already been here for two seasons. The only thing is they have steps that are in the walkways and that is by far my only dislike but it really only affects you if you have an apartment down there...which i do. i would highly recommend I AM DEF RENEWING MY LEASE

The neighbors are cordial, the apartments have nice layouts, the community is maintained well by maintenance staff and vendors, the leasing office staff is communicative and the neighborhood is peaceful.

The neighborhood has been so nice and calm, I can wait to use the pool as well, so far we haven't had any issue with anyone i really like being i always look forward to get home after a long day of work

I have only been this community since Thursday, the move in was pretty much on the smooth side. It has been quiet, some (minor) issues inside the apartment but nothing to speak on seeing that I haven’t spoken with anyone referencing them as of yet. I have a one br and I feel that it is perfect size for me. Zena is the lady in the office that helped me from start to finish, she fell under the weather for a couple days at that point the other ladies in the office stepped up and helped me out…upon return Zena got me in the office and out with key in hand within no time! Thank you,??

I’m grateful for my beautiful apt, cordial and peaceful neighbors and nice amenities. I would like to see more communication from management since there’s been a change in staff. Overall it’s a nice community to reside in with an affordable rent price point.

Our first time in a new home, all staff has been so kind and helpful on all procedure, it has been so easy to move in, it is a good neighborhood and everything is nearby

My experience with the Regency property, leasing and maintenance staff has been blessed! My position and apartment size are perfect for my pet and I, neighbors are cordial and helpful and the grounds are kept well! I’m grateful that the staff are diligent with record keeping and processing work orders and this has made my life easier. Blessings!

There were a few hiccups getting initially moved in, but the leasing agency handled it and promptly rectified the situation. The apartment complex is pretty calm, easy walking distance to places and I’d say is overall safe.

The leasing staff has been very assuring with my lease renewal process and I’m grateful to reside here again for another year and continue to enjoy my beautiful and humble abode.

Everything was Great. I’m so happy with my decision. My kids love it! I just can’t wait to get everything settled. Thank Thank for having me and my boys.

Worst experience. I regret my decision to move here. Terrible maintenance service. Valet thrash is ridiculous mandatory $25 monthly payment when dumpster sitting few steps away also thrash doesn’t get picked every day! Gym access keys and account setup process stays in the air since moved in 2 months ago while paid full amenity fee. Just waiting for a lease to complete the period!

I like staying here. I don't plan on leaving unless I buy a house or get a new job. I have no issues here. I like the location, staff is helpful, and neighbors are cool.

Super nice staff and maintenance team. Always willing to help and go above and beyond. Conveniently located. Quiet due to it being back from the main road and lush since the land is surrounded by trees. My only negative is that my rent has went up so much since moving in. That’s just a problem with renting in general, but companies need to be held accountable so 4 stars :)

I already gave my Cudoos for the neighborhood. I'm safe, happy, and still living. I love the neighborhood. The maintenance people come when I call. I'm close to my daughter's residence. And 911 comes when or if I need them. Thank you Regency Apartments!

Within my first week of moving the leasing agency has been very helpful and kind! There have been some minor issues but overall a decent move in and so far residency experience.

It’s an amazing place to stay. Staff is super nice and welcoming. Always makes you feel like you’re welcome and friendly. I recommend this apartment hands down.

Love it! It has always been clean and the office is so nice. Maintenance is always on time. I am really gonna hate when the time comes that we are gonna have to leave.

The complex is still quiet and low key community with cordial neighbors and professional leasing office staff and efficient and respectful maintenance workers.

Very quiet and conventional to 540 restaurants and shopping of all varieties. The property is quiet and clean. Alot of amenities for your family and guest .

Regency Park Apartments is a clean, quaint and quite peaceful community. I’m hoping to renew my lease to enjoy another year here! Happy 2025!

I wish the rent was a little cheaper, and there are some roaches, at least in our building. I don't know if everyone has the pest problem. However, the staff is helpful, maintenance responds pretty quickly, the neighborhood is decent, and the location is good.

Amazing! The help and communication has been great! Moving in was a breeze with the amazing people here. The apartments was better then the images online showed and I couldn’t be happier.

Parking lot needs the lights fixed, it’s pitch black and feels very unsafe with a baby, can someone change the bulbs?? Been asking for 6 months!

Peaceful, pleasant property and people best describes my 8 months of residency at Regency Park! I’m definitely enjoying my apt and look forward make more great memories here in this community!

Very friendly, easy to locate using Lyft or Ubber. Large bedrooms. Maintenance is very reliable. Pest control is really good. And the staff is friendly and very reliable!

I love the calm and serene atmosphere here in Regency Park and looked forward to keep living within the neighborhood. Hopefully we can keep all the amenities and good weather within the new year.

So far I like it here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the apartments are clean?? It felt like a breath of fresh air moving here! DEFINITELY a step UP from my last complex!

It's a nice quiet neighborhood. No complaints. Everyone seems to keep to themselves. I had a few issues since moving in, but they've all been taken care of.

The staff, amenities, and community are amazing glad to call this place my new home. Visited the gym and equipment is great, clean and everything works

I just moved in and already I feel so at home! The leasing staff are so friendly and my neighbors have been so welcoming! The area is perfect because there is so much locally as far as shopping and food places!

Easy move in everyone in the office was nice answered every question and had my paperwork to back it up. I would recommend this place to anyone

The community is great. I had always lived in a single family home and had never lived in an apartment community. My neighbors are great people and helping a lot watching out for each other. Talking to each other helps keep the peace. I can not say enough about the staff, especially the maintenance crew. Just a great bunch of guys and they stay on top of things.

The leasing staff listened to my concerns for community safety when a lamp post wasn’t working at night. Thankfully, the issue was resolved the same day and the light is working again.

So far so good. Nice and quiet. Great location to restaurants , schools. Public transportation is neat by. Neighbors mostly stay to themselves.

My experience at first was extremely rocky. The original unit that I moved into was a complete disaster. However I was able to take a look at different units until I saw one that was up to my standards. The ladies in the office definitely made sure that I was happy and made lot of accommodations through the process. Now, I’m satisfied with my unit and I have no complaints.

Horrible wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Nasty apartment, trashy people, bad customer service. 10/10 don’t recommend. Overall terrible experience

Great place to live. Customer service is wonderful! Maintenance staff is accurate. I love the pool area. It is peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood is very friendly. Always can find a parking space in front of my building. Overall it has been great!

Not the best move-in experience. The apartment was far from ready; it was not clean and had multiple maintenance issues that needed attention.

Not too much to complain about. I am comfortable in the neighborhood and feel safe with my children here. The office tries their best to get things done and communicate. I appreciate that!

I’ve experienced committed management staff, work orders handled expeditiously and pleasant neighbors. Im grateful for such a community and look forward to more enjoyable moments in it.

Everything was ok until I found out I was living in a apartment with black mold. Now I have to move again after I just got settled in there.

Great help moving in and getting the process done. It does take a couple weeks to get all the paperwork in but they were a great help informing me how it was going

Long move in process. Probably old place with slapped on new fixes. Good price. Quiet so far. Have to pay for stupid valet trash. Still, price is good.

I can say that this community is very nice and supportive to there members and I am really grateful to have my family in this community. I look forward to experiencing more that this community has to offer.

Definitely feels like home and has a nostalgic feel to it. Ms Hayes was very helpful, professional and on top of everything, made the process so much smoother. Thank you for being awesome!

Will be my 5th year living here and the only reason I have stay is because of proximity of my son school and I love the space in my apartment. Some of the staff could definitely use more customer service training skills. Things really have taken a downward changed here over time in this community.
