Over the Top Care!!

Shoutout to Christian and his maintenance crew!! When my movers gave up on moving my couch inside, he jumped in and help make sure we got it in the apartment! I have only been here 4 days and I cannot wait for the rest of the service they are going to provide. I am so excited I chose Regency for my apartment living!

We’ve loved our home here

The entire team here has just been truly phenomenal. Rebekah, the manager, has gone out of her way to accommodate us on several occasions. Brandi is the one that helped us get moved in, and every time we’ve ever had a question, she’s never been unable to answer it. Alie has been helpful every single time I’ve called with a question, and has the patience of a saint. They also managed to navigate the complexity of the pandemic with such grace and made us feel safe every step of the way. The maintenance team keeps this entire complex in tip-top shape. Every inspection, they do random things to help improve the quality of life here (WD-40 squeaky doors, clean the vents, etc., all without us even having to ask). This has been a great place for our family, and I’m so glad we moved in.

Constant construction & landscaping

Live here if you like to be woken up before 7 a.m. by constant landscaping and construction workers stomping on your ceiling. Apparently it takes more than 3 months to repair a roof. the apartment complex does not take noise complaints seriously and they have shown favoritism throughout the past two years I've lived at this property. Please prepare yourself to be woken up at the crack of dawn by leaf blowers multiple days throughout the week, rain or shine. I've woken up multiple times before 7 a.m. to leaf blowers and construction workers stomping on the ceiling. Also be aware of the complex accusing tenants of violating the contract when they aren't even in the state let alone on the property.

I never imagined how happy I would be in an apartment after I down-sized. The Regency has been everything I wanted and more. It is safe, quiet, perfectly-located, spacious with super amenities and residents! The office and maintenance staff have incredibly positive and service-oriented attitudes. Thanks, SallyS

Great place to live! Lots of well kept landscaping, large apartments, pool, works out rooms, plus lots of little perks along the way!

Regency Apartments

This gated comunity offers a great way of living. If you are a family household or live a single lifestyle, you will find everything you need and more. The clubhouse will provide workout needs, downtime activities, and an area for business meetings if needed. Located close to many food and retail stores, along with wonderful access to the freeway, without all the noise. It is a friendly, private place to live and the staff is friendly and always available. I really enjoy my place of residency.
