The use of the pool closes early, before Labor Day, when it should be open to at least the end of September. The children park area sucks. It needs to be updated and relocated.
Nice place to live a little pricey but all in all a nice community.
I love the community. But it' getting even more expensive.

The staff and maintenance department is great and always responsive! I just find the constant issues with the gate and the trash on the main road to be discouraging. I understand not all of that is in your control. But overall I have enjoyed my 3 years staying in this complex.
I have enjoyed residing here at Reflection for over 5 years. The quality of service concerning maintenance has declined.
I just love the professionalism. From the office to the maintenance folks.

I would because the community and staff is nice. The only thing that will hurt the community is the prices on rent, if you renew your lease, rent goes up and for the price I'm paying, is equivalent to a larger apartment.

We received an email about “suspicious Activity” yet the gates are usually open.
I would definitely recommend living here because it's absolutely amazing! I feel comfortable and safe. It's so peaceful living here. The customer service is A1. I have nothing bad to say about Reflections on SweetWater.
Go back to receiving packages especially mail from the post office. Or install boxes for large packages. Many residents work the same hours as the post office is open.
Living at Reflections on Sweetwater wasn't just a apartment community. It was home , a place you felt safe and cared about.
It's a great community, not to far from the neighborhood stores.

This is definitely the place to call home your apartment will make you not want to leave home I plan to resign my lease every year the office staff to me is more then people in the leasing office they are family and it’s great to get a family vibe from them
I still believe that this community is nice and very likely to recommend but definitely not building 8.

I would recommend this community because it is safe. I love that no one can enter at their own free will. Essentially you must be a paying tenant or be a valid visitor to enter. I also love that it is clean & the management team is very friendly and helpful. My future apartment is beautiful and spacious. I am very excited!

I love my physical apartment, but this place SUCKS! The neighbors are SO RUDE! The pool closes at 9pm and I am currently listening to blasting music on a Tuesday night. There is glass all over the community, and when I emailed management about it, they said nothing, and it’s still left everywhere. Kids “hang out” at the gym and little kids play on the equipment. Everyone here is very rude and management doesn’t care how disrespectful the people are.

I feel safe. Whenever the gate has been broken, it has been repaired in a timely manner. All the leasing office personnel is very sweet, honest, respectful, and kind. Everyone has a positive attitude, making me feel welcomed to ask questions.

It is disturbing that the residence leave trash in the parking lot and around the property. Total lack of respect for other residence. Some unnecessary noise on occasion. The exercise room needs to be cleaned, at least the floor vacuumed more than once per week. Equipment is generally in good shape except for the TV's. They are hard to adjust to medium volume. Either too loud or nowsound.

The apartment complex was safe, well maintained, and overall a nice place to live.
It is a very nice community. I dont really care for the lack of parking. And rent is a bit on the higher end plus the whole car break in thing but honestly i cant imagine choosing any place else on that street.
I?ve renewed my lease in October and I don?t regret it ! You guys are great ! And always take care of your tenants
