I would recommend this community because it is safe. I love that no one can enter at their own free will. Essentially you must be a paying tenant or be a valid visitor to enter. I also love that it is clean & the management team is very friendly and helpful. My future apartment is beautiful and spacious. I am very excited!

NEIGHBORS AND MANAGEMENT STINK
I love my physical apartment, but this place SUCKS! The neighbors are SO RUDE! The pool closes at 9pm and I am currently listening to blasting music on a Tuesday night. There is glass all over the community, and when I emailed management about it, they said nothing, and it’s still left everywhere. Kids “hang out” at the gym and little kids play on the equipment. Everyone here is very rude and management doesn’t care how disrespectful the people are.

I still really liked the community. The car thing was rather unfortunate but if I didnt need to leave I probably would have stayed.

I would definitely recommend reflection apartments in fact I already told my family about it. kalah was amazing very sweet and definitely explained everything perfectly for me . Very professional but at the same time felt like we were close friends or family she's very welcoming!

I feel safe. Whenever the gate has been broken, it has been repaired in a timely manner. All the leasing office personnel is very sweet, honest, respectful, and kind. Everyone has a positive attitude, making me feel welcomed to ask questions.

It is disturbing... (Verified Renter)
It is disturbing that the residence leave trash in the parking lot and around the property. Total lack of respect for other residence. Some unnecessary noise on occasion. The exercise room needs to be cleaned, at least the floor vacuumed more than once per week. Equipment is generally in good shape except for the TV's. They are hard to adjust to medium volume. Either too loud or nowsound.
