I want to start this review off by saying I enjoy living at reflections, and will be happy to change this review once my issue is resolved. Be careful when signing up for the specials, as I have had multiple issues on the end of reflections. When signing my lease at the end of January, it was advertised I would receive a free month of rent and 6 months free garage. My free month rent was then applied for April instead of February, not communicated to me at the beginning, only for me to not pay February rent and receive an eviction notice on my door. I am now being suckered into paying an additional $150 per month for the next 6 months for a garage I haven’t used and would not have signed up for, under the guise of “fair housing”. Again, I like living at reflections. There’s nothing wrong with my apartment, but the admin staff has been frustrating to work with.

I scheduled a tour during office hours with April for 5/25/25 at 12:30pm. I arrived at 12:23pm and waited until 1pm, but there still wasn’t anyone in the leasing office. I attempted to call and email and April wasn’t present, nor did anyone get back to me. I drove nearly 30 minutes to tour this apartment and never received a tour or a callback apologizing for what happened. There were residents sitting there waiting as well

Staff at the office are very responsive and helpful. Maintenance comes for requests usually 2-3 days, depending on urgency of the request. Neighbors are quiet during night time hours, even on weekends. Need a place to move? I recommend Reflections on 92nd.

The apartment is quiet and private and seems to be well-maintained. Would be nice if there was more than one place to drop recycling but it's not too far of a walk. Office staff is quick to respond and friendly but professional.

I have not been at this community very long but what a breath of fresh air let me tell you! This property is always clean and well maintained. The staff is super friendly (Sam shes the one who got my boys and I in) and always willing to help. My son loves the gym and the fact that you can go 24 hours is super cool! The location you cant beat either there are so many places to eat and shop. Feels like home.

The staff in the office and the maintenance team are very friendly, professional and responsive. The gym and pool facility are nicely equipped and maintained and I really like the new package pick up service. This has been such a great process to move in. Amy helped us through the whole process and was wonderful! We were able to get the place very quickly with basically no problems and Amy made sure to let us know if we needed anything else very quickly. Ive had such a great experience here, so far! The staff are very quick to respond and are knowledgeable of all the questions Ive had. The small maintenance issues Ive had have been resolved within a half a day. The grounds are lovely to walk my dog around with plenty of doggie stations to collect the waste. I love it here!

Overall, Alvista Falls is a quite, peaceful place to live. They have a beautiful outdoor common area with dog park, outdoor workout equipment, gas fire pit and grilling area. The apartments themselves are spacious in comparison to other places I looked in the same price range, and they all come with large patios. Conveniently located near highway access, as well as a nice walking path.

I received great help in getting an apartment here as I was out of state at the time and thought the process was going to be difficult, but ended up working out great! I havent been here long, but so far the management and maintenance crew have been a big help in my moving process.

We've lived at Alvista Falls for almost two years. It is convenient to a lot of great amenities both inside and outside the complex. Large parking spaces and well maintained grounds. I'd recommend this as a great place to live if you commute to Denver or Boulder.

Good amenities but I wont ever pick an apartment off of amenities again Ill be picking a place off of reviews and feeling safe. It would be nice to be shown a remodel and a classic version of the place youre going to be living in when you ask to see an unremodeled apartment they say they cant show you and there is a reason for that.

My experience and Alvista Falls has been overall decent so far. I cant say its been amazing because it is nothing like expected from the portrayal of the apartments through the website. I got a totally different floor plan than expected because the website for the different two bedroom apartment layouts, has the exact same picture of the floor plan for both, even though there are completely different layouts. It does not even have a picture at all of the layout of the apartment that I am currently in, which is very misleading. Also the amenities state new cabinets, high ceilings, electronic thermostats and a fully equipped kitchen, which the apartment I am living in has none of these.
