I'm not sure why the main page says 5 stars/excellent. If you look at the reviews you can see mostly 1's, which are well deserved. This place has no idea what customer service means, or how to keep records. STAY CLEAR! I lived here for two years. The management is terrible and the grounds are usually a mess. The pools and gyms are poorly maintained. The management is the worst - 1) I called ahead to schedule an appointment to see a unit because I was coming from out of town. When I got there they didn't have a record of my appointment and weren't going to show me an apartment. When I insisted I couldn't come back, they finally did. 2) Unfortunately, even after my initial impression that it wasn't well managed, I had to move to Reflections because they were the only place that had a unit available the weekend I needed to move. Now I know why! I made an appointment to sign the lease, which they required I do in person. After traveling nearly 3 hrs just to give them my deposit and sign the lease, the staff told me they didn't know I had an appointment (again!) and that they had no units available. I wasn't budging at this point, trying to figure out who was lying and if they had any apartments available. They finally figured it out. Needless to say, I called about four times before my move-in date to make sure that when I showed up with a truck I had a place to move into. The only thing good was the maintenance crew, who always did what they could to fix problems. However, the management gives them limited tools to work with so they are always scrambling to find parts and figure out how to repair things that are broken since they are not supported by the owners or management. I felt sorry for them.

Hello... I am here to leave another review. This time, I am not going to be as nice. ADVICE for people who are looking for an apartment... if you want peace and quiet, I do not suggest living here. If you want to live here and you have kids, do not choose to live upstairs (YOUR NEIGHBORS DOWN STAIRS DO NOT WHAT TO HEAR YOUR KIDS), if you have heavy feet (footsteps) DO NOT live upstairs. If you like to play your music/tv loud, GO FIND A HOUSE FOR RENT! I am very disappointed with how my living situation has been the past 3 months. It’s been horrible... I live downstairs and my neighbors upstairs have absolutely NO RESPECT towards me and my daughter. I called 3 times to address this situation with the office and pretty much I have to deal with this chaos going on upstairs. I work from home and while I work, I like my peace and quiet, but instead, I have to hear kids running, music being played loud, and footsteps all day long. Not only that, the loud noises interrupts my daughter’s nap. If you have a baby or toddlers that take naps, do not count on living here cause nap time won’t be peaceful for little ones. Seriously, if you would like to hear everything your neighbors are doing, then this is the place for you. The disappointing thing is I really love my apartment, such as the setup etc. but the disrespect I am dealing with is NOT OK. I pay an arm and a leg to live here and I was told there is nothing that can be done to tell the people upstairs to be QUIET. Again, I have to suck it up and deal with it... sadly. While the people upstairs can enjoy their stay here. Make sure to find an apartment Complex where their noise complaint policy is your neighbors will get evicted out if too many complaints are being made. Here, they are just going to tell you “Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.” because they can careless about you. VERY disappointed...

Roaches! The roaches here are so bad. The neighbors have no respect at all, loud noises at late hours from banging in their unit to sitting outside blasting music from their car. I HATE IT HERE. Worst decision signing a lease. Save yourself the trouble and dont do it!
Please think before moving here. I was there for 14 months. When I moved out on 5/19, they withhold my security deposit and charged me $1,040 for normal wear and cleaning. They want to renew their property with resident security deposit.
Where do I begin! I applied for a unit and was told by Jaz I would need to pay a collector on my credit, which I was unaware I had. I DID! I then was contacted by Jessica a few dates later stating she couldn't get a hold of my previous place of employment but was able to get everything else cleared. I provided her with a direct number to a personnel in HR our my job. On Sunday Gloria calls and stated they cant rent to me they have to cancel. I asked they reason, she states they only have 3 days to process an application and couldn't confirm employment or rental history. FYI I SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION ON MINDAY AND RECIEVED A CALL FROM JESSICA ON FRIDAY.NOT ONLY DID I PROVIDE MY CHECK STUBS I PROVIDED DIRECT CONTACTS I FORMATION.I also called the HR and my prior rental apartment myself. ALL STATES NO REQUEST WAS EVER RECIEVED! Leading me to believe that the application wasn't even processed though I paid a application fee. I HAD ALSO PROVIED A MONEY ORDER WHICH IS A HASSLE TO REFUND. THESE PEOPLE WASTED MY TIME, 1000 OF MY MONEY AND HAD NO REGARDS! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND SIMPLY HEARTLESS. If you choose to rent from this place please have a backup plan!
Customer is very unprofessional, they had us waiting all night to open apartment door, and were wanting to charge us. When it was an issue with the key that did not work. The issue is consistent other friends have also gone through the same issue. During the waiting period various attempts to called and follow up on how long it would take for them to arrive and unlock the door. Our calls were being ignored they would just hang up. The staff was very rude.
The neighbors are fine, a few delinquents walking around here and there but nothing too bad. Some cars get broken into but it’s fresno so it’s to be expected. The staff is the problem - there is one worker who literally meets you with attitude every single time you talk to her no mater what you’re saying or asking. I finally had to ask her if she just hates her job or if that’s her personality. Anyway, the reason why I’m saying to stay away is because they take advantage of their tenants - our mailboxes were broken ever since I moved in here, I even had my identity stolen due to their faulty unsafe mailboxes, I complained many times and so did other residents and finally the USPS ordered them to replace the mailboxes and refused to deliver our mail here. Now we have to drive several miles to the post office on Griffith and blackstone to pick up our mail. This has been going on for months now and they said no idea when will be fixed. They take advantage of my poor neighbors on social security and can’t drive so they have to take a taxi or Uber to go pick up their mail and they’re on a fixed income!!! Can you believe this.
The women in the office are liars. They claimed they were trying to contact me for days but couldnt reach me even though I mailed my check stubs to them and employment verification number. So they had my email and my phonr number on the application. They told me my credit was bad so my application is denied even though the young lady, Lacy or leslie, assured me "everyone gets approved" and if my credit is bad just pay $150 more. But they had a miesha call me to tell me i would have to call all my creditors and make some kind of payment arrangement that day and bring them proof. At this point, i realized i dodged a bullet dealing with these idiots. I have a great rental history, never was behind in rent and paid early each month. My bad credit has nothing to do with me making sure i keep a roof over my head. Why do they care about peoples debt as long as they get their rent each month? A bunch of legit morons sharing one brain. Forcing people to tie up their money in old debt is bad business and stupid. Do these idiots want to make sure they get their rent or not? Lol. Im glad they denied me or i wouldve been dealing with these silly women till my lease was over! Beware, these apartments are small, overpriced and not worth the money nor time these people waste. That same day i heard from heroin pointe and approved to move in on the 10th! Glad i dodged a bullet! Phew
I have a one bed/bath apartment and I feel very safe in this apartment complex. I see security during the night time and the office staff is very friendly. When something goes wrong, they make sure to take care of it in a timely manner.
The Reflections is a peaceful community... the staff here are very friendly and helpful...apartments are very well taken care of... the maintenence dept. Does an exceptional job of taking care of any problems. I would recommend this community to anyone and everyone...
Look, like everyone else I read reviews of apartment complexes before I visited them- this place had some bad reviews and a few good ones. I never like to take other peoples opinions without checking out myself. I am so glad I did! The property is beautiful, the office and maintenance staff are great to deal with, and I've never had a problem with crime or bugs. I am so glad I check them out. I would HIGHLY recommend Reflections.
Just moved in a week ago. Move in day during the walk through, the aprtmant was dirty. The person just noted it. Did not try to get someone to clean it. Two days after signing the lease roaches started appearing. Really gross. Trying to figure out if there is a way to get out of this lease.
When we first applied, they said they would check our credit and get back to us the next day. They waited until two days after to let us know the employment verification didnt go through. They called my boyfriend's manager, who told them to call another number because she can't legally verify his employment. They ended up calling the manager three or four more times within two days. They had us go around in circles trying to get everything they asked for, and when you brought it to them, they said it wasn't good enough and we needed something else. I recently found a well-paying job, but they were suspicious because I hadn't been working there long (a month and a half) and even my bank statements weren't enough (even though I make sufficient money, and our rental history is superb). Finally, five days later, they tell me I can't run a business out of the apartment, so we can't get the apartment. They drug us around, has us run all across town trying to get this paperwork, and that paperwork, and then back again when it wasn't good enough, and they finally tell us we can't get the apartment, because of a reason that should've been let known from the beginning.

Ilived in reflection round 8 years . I never delay my paying . first they have good maintenance . later they got meany maintenance . some times my kids spread the food in the carpet , the maintenance came to fix something he found the water and food spreaded this is my home I payed to them monthly rent and Iam gon aclean it. he inform the manger about that she came and talk to me badly . they should be clean the carpet because we lived long time they don not care . and they payed us a lot of fixing in the apt . after we moved they payed us $1300 + the deposit . BE AWARE " I give them F
