Quick move in Met with Cam on quick move in and was blown away with the attention to detail and the maintenance/cleanliness of the units. We were approved and ready for move in 2 days later, no issues and the App process was painless. Can’t recommend Cam/Cara enough, super efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Moving in experience I was very pleased with everything in our new apartment except the shower and bath . The shower is very small, no grab bars, small place for soap, etc. Shower bar for shower curtain too high to reach, required extra long shower curtain. no rack for bath towel. The tub is too deep to stepinto. with no grab bars for assistance. Very poor design of both bath and shower area. Other than that the apartment is comfortable.

I’m a current resident and came wait to move! In the 7 months I’ve been here, “their lender needs to inspect the properties” twice! Seems they may want to find a different lender to prevent constant interruptions to their residents. It’s not just the lender inspections they need in. They need in a series of visits leading up to their lender’s visit. Our front door to our apartment seems to be a revolving door with the management needing to come into the apartments for this or that. I’ll go ahead and mention along with the lack of privacy from management. They should focus more on the grounds keeping. One would think that they’d have an irrigation system to water the grass to prevent the grass from dying and water in the fertilizer to prevent weeds. If you don’t like having privacy, like dead grass and weeds instead of grass, and weeds in the landscaping, this is the place for you!

I love living at Redwood at Andover! There's nothing better than having a brand new apartment home and to be the 1st person to live there. The attached private garage is one of my favorite features. It's so nice to come home, pull right into the garage, and walk right in with my groceries. The homes are single story, so there's no one living above or below me. The patio is wonderful during the spring, summer, and fall. Unlike your typical apartment, you can have a grill! This is definitely the best apartment I have ever lived in!
