The outer northeast portion of Dayton sits approximately 8 miles from downtown and encompasses Huber Heights and part of Vandalia. The large area features a variety of ranch-style homes, apartments and condos that house a mixture of families, couples, singles and senior citizens. Good school systems, lush parks, numerous restaurants and a variety of stores make the outer northeast portion of Dayton a great place to live. Sad to leave I truly enjoyed my time at Redwood! There is nothing that I would change. The apartment was amazing! I loved the peaceful atmosphere and friendly people. Plenty of room to walk my dogs for hours and let my son explore nature. The staff were super friendly and helpful with anything that arose. Danielle was wonderful and professional, she was such a delight to work with. I recommend Redwood to all my friends who are renting and she has a huge part in that. I was transferred by my job and I am sad to leave such a great community.

Redwood Vandalia We were the first people in our apartment so that was great. We loved that it was a one story ranch and had a 2 car garage. The yard was a great place for our dog to play. Our experience was good. It was quiet.

Wonderful place to live Redwood has always been my favorite place to live as I’ve lived in two separate communities now. The only thing I wish they had were any kind of amenities. A pool would be fantastic or a decent dog park or park benches with some shade. But u do love the attached two car garages!
