Redwood is truly an apartment home. A large well designed one story apartment that feels like home. Very professional and friendly staff. This is the third time I've lived in a Redwood apartment, and decided to live in Troutman because a vacant Redwood apartment was available.

We have had a good experience with our move in and also quick response from manager and maintenance guy. My suggestion would be to use a better quality of paint on the walls. As these are apartments they may need to be wiped off and cleaned. We love the one story apartments with the attached garage!
