Seamless Move, Fantastic Team and Wonderful Home I recently moved into my new apartment/home here at Redwood Texas Township and couldn't be happier with the experience. The leasing team was so incredibly helpful and polite. They answered all my questions (even the silly ones!) and were just great to work with. The apartment/home itself is great. Very clean, modern finishes, spacious layout and the community just feels amazing; really giving me peace of mind. Great location with plenty to do in the nearby area. Loved Redwood Absolutely loved Redwood. Loved the area in Texas corners. Would still be there but became too expensive. Therefore only 4/5.

Missing garbage can I set out my garbage can the night before a morning garbage pickup, and when I went outside the next day, the can was missing. I reported this to the Redwood office and the missing garbage can was swiftly replaced. Thank you, Redwood!

I have lived in these apartments for 2 1/2 years and have never had any maintenance issues. Even if you call on a Sunday, someone gets up to you as quickly as possible. All of the guys are very friendly and helpful.

Loved staying there but pricey! Needs to do a better job in the winter with snow removal, considering in the summer how often they are cutting the lawn. In addition, water/sewer should be included in rental fee. You ate paying enough to live there!

Great Place to bad there were just a few things that wasnt the best. Snow removal needs to be done better. Also paying for water-sewer separately from rent. For the price of rent it should be done better and as for water/sewer it should be included.

I visited Redwood because I was looking for a single level apartment with two car garage. Redwood Texas Township is excellent, with upgraded appliances and vaulted ceiling, it will be like living in individual house. I definitely liked the apartments.
